I only waited maybe less than 10 minutes after ordering. A lot of people take out since there's a few irritating flies and a couple small tables and chairs. The aunty that works there was so sweet and got me hoisin sauce and black pepper and told me to scoot my small table and chair to eat in the shade. I ordered a Mango Boba drink which reminded me of Guri Guri to be honest. (If you're visiting Maui and haven't had Guri Guri, go get yourself some asap!) I loved it. I usually get Honeydew but Mango was just as good! The Chicken Pho was delicious! They gave me a couple slices of jalapeños, bean sprouts, a small lemon wedge and a lot of Thai basil. I loved that yummy comforting broth with slices of white onions, green onions and shredded chicken. Perfect for Maui "winter weather" which is usually 60's-70's lol. If you're looking for a yummy Bahn Mi, I recommend the Chicken (or Tofu) Lemongrass sandwich on Crispy French bread or the Vermicelli noodles with Pork and Imperial Rolls. I've also had their Garlic Shrimp plate and BBQ chicken in times past with Salad and is also very tasty.

The ambiance is simple and relaxed, a walk-up window with covered outdoor seating, perfect for a quick bite or a casual lunch. The service was friendly, fast, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If you're looking for something light, tasty, and satisfying, this spot is definitely worth a stop. I'll be back to try more of the menu!

Lots of seating, good for groups. You order then sit (I believe) as thats what most people were doing. They bring you your food (think pancake & Waffles) when it's ready and you grab your own condiments. I ordered The Bento because I couldn't make up my mind. It included rice, mac salad,1 slice spam, Mochiko Chicken, BBQ Beef, and 2 large pieces of Shrimp Katsu. Mochiko Chicken is light and crispy and the Shrimp Katsu was battered and huge. The BBQ Beef was succulent and juicy however the sauce wasn't overwhelming. Spam is spam. The rice was a tad dry however the mac salad was good. I did not eat any of the other plates however since all were empty, Im assuming it was Ono. Next to the register there is a display case with various desserts. The next day going home, we stopped by to grab some dessert. The Lava Rocks come in a pair at $5.50. Moist, soft and super chocolaty. The chocolate haupia bar was very nice and not overly sweet. The Chantilly brownie was very chocolaty with a hint of Chantilly and nuts only on top. Both bars were a Shareable size. Overall the staff is very helpful and friendly, the restaurant itself, very bright & open and the food was very Ono! Highly recommend.

We were there on a late Sunday afternoon. Mostly locals but in a nicer strip mall with a great Safeway for groceries and other business. Good parking generally. I just got a basic Saimin and it was adequate and tasty. Not best ever but I enjoyed it. My wife got the Ono burger that was in fact Ono brah! Nice small staff and pretty quick service. It was a better and more enjoyable choice than Tin Roof as inside dining available though food quality between the two choices is subjective to the one eating. Tin Roof is closed Sunday and Monday. Kaleis has some great deals on bento combos weekdays I was sorry we missed but maybe another time when we are in town! Go Try Try!

We ordered the Hamburger Steak, Pastele Stew, and Pork Adobo, that included three sides, and everything exceeded our expectations. My wife and I were able to share comfortably, and we still had leftovers! The flavors were bold and authentic, especially the Hamburger Steak and Pastele Stew, which were both absolutely delicious. The Pork Adobo was on the saltier side, but that's the classic Filipino style. To top it off, the service was great. A kind and friendly woman prepared our food with care, and it showed. We'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

They are a casual, takeout lunch spot that's okazuya style where you point and choose the individual items you want. They have a handful of entrees and side dishes for you to choose from and the different portion sizes include: - Mini (1 choice) - Mynah (2 choice) - Mayjah (3 choice) I went with the mynah which also came with two scoops of rice and two scoops of a side (mac salad). For my entree choices, I got the pastele stew and the pastele char siu sausage. I've never seen/heard of pastele char siu sausage before so it piqued my interest. The pastele stew was flavorful and tasty and hit the spot as I have been craving pastele stew for a few weeks now. The meat was tender and the olives also paired well with the dish (I don't normally care for the olives). The pastele char siu sausage was unlike anything I had before and I thought was really interesting. It was a bit on the dryer side, but the more I ate, the more I liked it. Just maybe needs more fat to moisten it up. Overall, I enjoyed my lunch and look forward to trying more of their menu items in the future. Do note that parking is quite tight with enough space for maybe 3 small cars up front, but you don't have to wait very long and people are in and out quickly.

We had the Nutella and the Lilikoi, and they are absolute units--massive, beautiful and perfectly executed. The pastry is light and incredibly fluffy, but stays dense and decadent because they don't skimp on the filling (it's actually in the center, not just a garnish on top!). The Lilikoi was a total standout--bright, fresh, and perfectly tart. I found myself breaking off the flaky layers just to dip them into that golden center. If they sold it in jars, I'd be the first in line. If you're looking for the best bakery on the island, this is it! XOXO, ChelsieFletcher

I thought the shape of this croissant was funny and I did want to try something guava. I did find it to be dry and quite bready? I've never had the cube croissant before so perhaps this is just the style of them. I liked the guava filling but thought the cube croissant part was okay. It did seem like this one had more dough than filling. - Lilikoi Croissant (between $6 and $7) - I found that this croissant was not really flaky. There was a really good filling to croissant ratio in this one. However, I did appreciate the strength of the lilikoi flavor in this croissant, and the filling did taste fresh. - Macadamia Nut Latte ($6.85)- we both got ours iced, 12 ounce and with regular milk. We honestly enjoyed these lattes more than the croissants. The macadamia flavor came through quite strong (in a good way) and was pretty unique. There is a small parking lot and lots of seating inside. We saw a couple chickens wandering around outside when we grabbed our pastries.
