They always take time to answer my questions, offer guidance, and keep me in the loop. The site is neatly organized, clean, and totally secure. They have some common sense rules about getting in and out, and they enforce them properly, so I always feel like me and my things are safe here. The inside climate is just perfect! Not too dry and not damp at all. Also, not too hot or cold. I have had some temperature and moisture sensitive items to store long term here, and they have always come out in pristine shape. Access to my units for moving and to retrieve items on a daily basis has always been very easy. At first, I was wary about the set hours of operation, but I found over time that structuring the hours added to the security of the complex and I could easily plan to make a trip during access hours. We have had a stressful series of moves with many unpredictable problems, but this place was not one of them. Totally reliable and a pleasure to use!

Couldn't find my info because supposedly my name was reversed. Pretty sure I know how to type in the order of my damn name. Then the guy (Don't know his name. Has a mohawk and tat on the right arm) proceeded to show me a more expensive unit and not the units matching what I reserved. How do I know? He asked me the upselling questions and never showed me the reserved unit and said none of them were available to show until the day of the move-in? Then why have me reserve? Do you think I'm dumb enough to rent a unit I've never seen? They have 2 dollies for the entire building btw. Then he was performing some speech, pumping up the storage building like a sales pitch he just learned in his Management 101 Class. Cut the bullshit. And show me the unit I reserved. I finally had to share with him I've rented for a decade at all different types of storage companies so I already have experience of what makes a good or bad storage company. This guy either needs more training or put in another role. He wasn't receptive to being challenged with feedback. The whole fake salesman persona was offputting. Come to find out this is new management which they should have been upfront about. They've only been here a month. You can tell if you ever have issues with this storage location that they're going to have every excuse. Bottom line is if I reserve a unit online, I expect to be shown a unit that matches that criteria. What a waste of time. And please don't tell me to email your generic customer service email regarding this situation which will most likely go nowhere. But at least, I can warn people to not rent here.

Every customer deserves to be treated with basic courtesy, and this interaction fell far below that standard. RATS destroyed, peed, and pooped on my items when stored in Bay Self Storage. The owner April was rude when trying to resolve the issue and decided to argue about who is at fault for the RAT problem rather than taking responsibility for the situation. After it took them over a months to clean the chair that had rat poop and pee on it they deliver it by throwing the chair on the side of the road in front of my house.
