Chris, my trainer, is extremely personable, focused, and on top of all our objectives. I've always thought the best customer service experience is one where the client feels like they're the only client in the universe, and that the party providing the service is devoted to the singular task of addressing the client's needs. Obviously, a bit of a fantasy given a business with multiple clients, but some businesses pull it off: they create an environment where you feel like you're truly cared for, as if you're the only client. Evolve Athletic Club has accomplished this with me. The staff here are extremely competent, supportive, attentive to detail, and prioritized all my personal objectives. Every question has a good answer and every workout is challenging. A lot of care is put into recovery and nutrition. The space is very clean and organized. The staff has done a great job to build amazing rapport and trust. On a side note, you know the expression, "zero fucks given"? It's this attitude where a person literally does not care about a single thing. Plants need watering? No. Need to pay rent? Nah. Clothes getting dirty and need washing? Whatever. Failing school? Ite. Evolve is the opposite of this. In fact, I think they're the opposite of this plus more. Not only do they do everything you think that's required of them, they also do stuff that you don't consider. They take the initiative to say: "hey, this is cool and could be beneficial to you. Why don't you try it?" But, but...you're reviewing a business. Aren't corporate entities "it's" and not "they's"? Sure. However, I stopped thinking of Evolve as a corporate entity as soon as I started working out there. All the staff members look organically happy and engaged, and everyone has a great sense of humor. It genuinely feels like the people here are part of a family. Perhaps I'm just happy that I'm in much better shape. But, at the end of the day, results are results. Not only did I get results, I got them with a process that was fun and engaging. I'm more encouraged than ever to work out and be healthy.

I was expecting teeth chattering cold, but received a rather pleasant euphoria. It started with a sensation on the lower back, at 2 minutes 30 seconds a slight tightness of the muscles just above the knees and across ones midsection. 3 minutes seems like forever, then when it's over so quickly. My first Cryotherapy was to test the effectiveness on my Peripheral Neuropathy. Because you wear long socks and gloves it may have negated the benefits of that. Will try local in a couple of weeks for my PN in my feet. Now my arthritis in my hips, and weakness in my left leg, this was a complete surprise. I could easily climb stairs and getting on my bicycle pain free. Both hips are shot, but honestly they felt better. Waiting to see how long it lasts, going on about 11 hours. It may only last a day or so, but that is an accomplishment compared to using steroids that do more harm overall.

Easy to find and parking is plenty. Inside shopping strip on the corner. On first floor, no need to look around. Dave explain the Cryo process really well. It's pretty comforting since it can be very intimidating at first. You strip down to undergarments and wear socks and slippers and put on a robe and mits. When you get in the machine you take off the robe, and it begins. It was pretty cold so you'll shiver, quiver and stutter if you're talking. But the time goes by really fast. They also have packages to buy, so if you don't have ClassPass-don't worry! They have at least 3-4 individual changing rooms (like you would in a spa-they have benches and robes and socks in the room and mirrors for when you get dressed again). The room with the chamber is nice-clean, aesthetically pleasing and they stay in there with you to monitor (if it gets to be to cold, etc). I really like that they played music during my session-it helped to pass the time. If cryo is what you're looking for in the Morristown area, this is the place to do it.
