I liked the hot rocks on the back and certain other areas but I didn't feel relaxed afterwards. You could also hear a lot of things (other people and the phone calls) because everyone is pretty much in the same room. It has a sister location in Orangeburg which I assume is similar. Get a groupon for a better deal. The Plaza contains a Walgreens as well. Parking was easy.

They start by giving you a nice soft blanket, warm foot bath to soak while they massage your head, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Then comes the warm neck roll, ahhh. Then the chair reclines and they massage your calves and feet, ending with hot stones. We always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. You got to try it.
