Really used to like it here, but since the new owners have taken over it has gone down hill. Got a one hour foot massage today. The pressure was awful because the masseuse kept falling asleep. Because of this I only tipped 15%. They are now pooling tips. When the masseuse handed the tip to the boss, the boss proceeded to count it in front of me and then told me I have to tip 20%. Excuse me? Tips are optional and at the discretion of the customer. If they want more money they should add it to the price and give better service. read more

Two days after the worst massage I've ever experienced and I'm still in so much pain I'm having trouble moving. He left bruises on my arms and seemed to not know what he was doing. My husband said the same about the woman giving him a massage. "Elbow Queen" was how he described the experience and he is still in just as much pain as I am. Is tipping 20% or more....mandatory? According to this male masseuse... he thinks so. Where on the massage panel that it says mandatory 10 dollar tip?? As far as I'm concerned... tips are up to the discretion of the customer. If the workers at this establishment ask for a certain amount of tip they need to post it so customers know beforehand. I didn't stiff him but I gave him in my head a decent tip, 17% tip. When I handed him the tip he threw my tip on the counter and laughed. Like he was disgusted. Spa was sparkling clean. Foot massage felt amazing. I am sorry I only had 30 minutes but it was a generous 30 minutes. Therapist's hands felt heavenly. I like this place very much for foot reflexology. Twice, though, I have had massages too deep and strong even when I tell them, they don't lighten up enough. So, I go elsewhere for massage but continue here when I want reflexology, which I have been a proponent of for years. I benefit greatly from this service, and having had it done many places, I am confident that this is one of the good ones. Although the room isn't private, you are in a recliner and they cover your eyes (and made up now with Covid regs) and provide headphones with relaxing music. That makes it a relaxing experience while receiving the service. Prices extremely reasonable. read more

I discovered this place through Groupon. So nice. It was clean, dark and relaxing. It is a big room that is sectioned off like cubicles so it's semi private-although as soon as it started I I was in my own little world. I sat in a comfy recliner and got an hour foot massage. It was great ,it starred with a short shoulder and neck massage while my feet were soaking. Then the foot massage-amazing. I've been coming to Ho Shun for over 2 years now. At least once a month, sometimes twice. Any masseuse I get have been great. I usually go for the 90 minute.(60 back-30 feet). As they work on your tension areas, you actually feel the relief. I highly recommend Ho Shun Foot Spa. read more

If you want a no frills foot or body massage, this is a great local spot. Like many foot stations, this place is basically a big room, with multiple reclining chairs and a couple private rooms. My one hour foot massage started off with a backrub, then an amazing foot massage. It ended with hot stones. At first I thought the room was brighter than most, but then my eyes were covered with a lavender pillow and I was given headphones. You can use your card here, but they charge $1 extra. They also have a frequent user card, so you get a free massage after your 10th visit. Great, affordable place, is come here again. read more

Second time here yesterday and although I loved my massage and the price was great I was a bit put off when I tipped 20% and was told point blank "this is not enough" by the gentleman at the front counter. Sounds like their staff is not too thrilled with their low prices! My last visit was about 6 months ago and 20% tip was sufficient then, not sure what has changed. I've been here twice. The first time I came with a friend from Finland. The second time I brought my son. We all loved it! The foot massage takes place in a recliner with bluetooth headphones, a warm mask over your eyes, covered with a towel. The massage is over the top. Thirty minutes of bliss. The body massage is also fabulous. Clearly, these people know how to give a massage. You feel like a million bucks! I didn't want to get off the table. You feel very pampered here by a staff that really wants to please. They send you on your way with a bottle of water and a lolly pop. Just perfect! This is my new favorite place. This is my second foot reflexology treat men& it was very good. The layout does not allow for a private area since the walls separating the treatment areas are only 4 ' ht. They should be raised to at least 6' high. The therapist was great and the treatment was worth going back! read more

Ok let me start off by me saying I brought two groupons each for my husband and I for an hour each foot and back massages...... I've been looking forward to this all week because work/life is stressful. Ok my husband in one room and I'm in another for one hour, once we're done my husband came out and the first thing he says I'm in heaven and I'm like I'm in hell. Ok he loved his massage and he should have that's what I paid for however the gentlemen who did my massage wasn't good in my opinion. His touch wasn't good and the massage was jus to rough and hard and I walk out with my back jus hurting and feeling worst then when I came in for the massage so I'm PISSED!!!!!!!
