I am giving this 4 stars because the foot massage was very good. I told the masseuse my knees feel achy. He paid extra attention to the knee area. I am giving it 1 less star because the woman at the front desk is not friendly. She seems miserable. She seems outright RUDE actually. A friend recommended me to come here after positive experience. Came with my fiance and wow! There was a line to check in but were helped as soon as possible and taken to the open back room for our 45 minute foot reflexology. The masseuses brought out warm buckets of water for our feet and immediately started with a shoulder massage to start to loosen our muscles. After about 5 minutes he asked me to sit in comfy chairs that were reclined back slightly and the put a footrest under my calves. The relaxing music truly added so much to my experience. After the massage the same rude woman confronted us for a tip we gave her 17 dollars (more than 20%) and she very nastily said " is this for both"?. I'm not sure what I was expecting but it was definitely a nice relaxing 1 hour. Booked the foot massage and received 15-20 min back and neck massage followed by the feet. You lay in an extremely comfortable chair and have a blanket placed over you. The room is dark and it is easy to completely relax and feel comfortable. That said you were still in the room with other people and unfortunately the guy next to me fell asleep and was snoring quite loud which was annoying. Back to the good part, the gentleman I had obviously does this all day every day and knew exactly where to press and push. My feet had been cramping due to ice-skating and walking miles and miles so it was well needed for days prior so they were happy to get this attention. Just FYI they don't just do foot massage but also have private areas if needing a full body. Very reasonable for what you get in my opinion. Just make sure you tip well being you aren't paying a fortune and it's not included. read more

Go here for a very interesting foot massage experience! I wanted to love this place because I'm dying for some reflexology and the price is right but this unfortunately this did not hit the spot. You walk into a room of about 12 recliner chairs lined up wall to wall with a bunch of random people. There's a back room where some of the staff were having a curtain war which was entertaining and I was wondering what was happening because I do believe someone was really enjoying their services back there. In the main room, Someone would close the curtain then someone would walk from the front just to open it. Which added more light into the dark room. They put a warm blanket over you and that helps get over the awkwardness. However, my lady first had me take off my shoes and soak my feet while she faced me towards the chair and gave me a "back massage" where she put all her body pressure on my shoulders. It was painful and I am typically the type of person asking for "more pressure" on a normal sports massage. I don't think she had any training because I left with my back and neck in bad shape. She proceeds to fall asleep while giving the actual foot massage. I still left a good tip even though I actually left and had to see a Chiro out of pocket....I felt really bad for someone who's worked so hard they fall asleep on the job. I'd give this place another shot only if someone recommended a specific masseuse that they had experienced themselves by name. read more

It's a little strange because everyone is in the same room, and everything is being done at the same time. First you soak your feet it water while they give you a back massage for about 15 minutes, then you lay back in a comfortable chair with a nice blanket for the foot and leg massage. For $35 it's worth every penny, but I wouldn't say it's a relaxing spa experience since you're in a room with other people. I went there on Friday and had a really great foot massage. I asked the man who gave me a massage his name and he said Mike. When it was time to pay, I asked the man at the desk if he had any openings on Monday with Mike because I wanted to bring my Mother on Monday, for a foot massage, as a Mother's Day gift. He said, "Yes." I let him know I had to call my mother to find out her schedule and I would call back. The next day I called and scheduled a appointment for 1 pm on Monday with Mike. We arrived at 12:58 pm. The man is already calling me like I'm late. Then he's arguing with me about the time. When I asked if my Mother's appointment is with Mike, he acted like he never heard the name. He said, "No one works here with that name." I had a virtual meeting at 1 pm, so I didn't have time to debate. However, once the meeting was over I came back in and questioned him some more about Mike. He says, "There's a Michael that works here, but that's different than Mike." I told him, "Mike is short for Michael." I really don't like funny business. All he had to do was say Mike is off today or Mike no longer works here instead of playing games, but he didn't because he has no accountability! Therefore, I will no longer be a customer. After reading multiple reviews, I called and made an appointment for heading in. However, when I arrived, they had no recollection of me even calling, which was a bit awkward. They didn't seem to be busy, but also didn't seem eager to see me and get me started with a massage. There was also a lot of confusion at the front desk with different phone calls, there's definitely a language barrier, and a lack of organization. The one hour for massage is $35, and definitely well worth it. However, they do expect you to tip generously, which makes sense because leaving a 20% tip on $35 would really gyp them. The massage was good, interesting experience as you sit in a large room with lots of chairs and others come in for a foot massage also. They include a partial shoulder massage too. I used to love this place, but now I refuse to go back. I don't know if the management has changed but this place has gone down the toilet. To begin my massage was not good and the woman was carressing my toe for a solid 35 minutes and was not putting any effort into the massage. I wanted to just walk out halfway through and save my money. But I paid and went on my way, and when I went to tip the woman who did my massage and my boyfriends massage, the woman rudely snatched the tip out of his hand and didn't even look us in the face or say thank you. My girlfriends and I went for a fun time at the Thai Foot Spa. We all had a very positive experience with the masseuses. However at the end of our treatment we tipped each person a nice tip. Our experience suddenly changed from pleasant to shocking at the owner demanded we pay more for the tip. I always thought that a tip was an expression of appreciation for a job well done.I was shocked ( and frankly turned off) my the demand for more money for the tip. I came here for much-needed foot reflexology to de-stress. It was highly recommended and I'm glad I did. While it's a no-drills establishment and you get your treatment in a large space in the back, the technician did a good job. I opted for the one-hour reflexology, which consists of a 15-min neck, shoulder and upper-body massage followed by a 45 minute foot and leg massage at a very reasonable price. The only reason for 4/5 and not 5/5 is that because of the lot in the back, you have to walk through to the front, past the massage rooms and section of reflexology chairs, to get to the front desk and check in. It's not terrible, but it can create a little noise during an otherwise quiet experience. It definitely seems to get busy, so booking ahead is a good idea. A note on gratuities: People, TIP YOUR SERVICE WORKERS WELL! I am always baffled by patrons outraged about being asked to tip more on unusually low tips. It is standard in the beauty industry (hair, skin, nails, spas) to tip at 20%. Unless your service was poor, tip at a minimum of 20%! If service was poor, then explain to the manager why. These bargain-priced massage places are a steal, but it does not mean you get to tip less too. In addition, consider that massages are labor-intensive work. This is not like Europe, where service jobs can be salaried, and therefore gratuities are unusual and unexpected. In the USA, service workers earn less than standard wages because gratuities make the majority of their earning potential. Any restaurant waitstaff would agree. The third time I had a meh experience- nothing worse than a casual foot rub when you are expecting the relief of real reflexology. I went this past weekend for 60 min Reflexology. We sat in the waiting area then was taken into the back where its dark, music playing and two rows of seats all of which people are getting Reflexology. Its very quite. It was a little warm in the room. No ventilation, and it had a bit of an odor. Your given a water which is nice! Oh the smell..it may just be me since my sense of smell is like a blood hound. The message itself was good. You can either have an hour of Reflexology or they work your shoulders and back and split the time in half. I will definitely go back again. read more
