They start by giving you a nice soft blanket, warm foot bath to soak while they massage your head, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Then comes the warm neck roll, ahhh. Then the chair reclines and they massage your calves and feet, ending with hot stones. We always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. You got to try it.

The massage table was upscale with very soft leg cushions that were very relaxing. The female masseuse was great and used medium pressure witch I like and targeted the shoulders, upper and lower back, glutes and legs. It was a wonderful experience releasing lots of tension and knots. I was so happy I went back and will continue to have massages in the future on a regular basis at this establishment.

More importantly, the female masseuse I had was great! I like a lot of pressure and she definitely brought that; she also properly targeted the common shoulder, upper and lower back, and even glutes & leg areas where I think the majority of people experience lots of tension and knots (and I really felt it), whereas I feel like at other places the masseuses just mechanically work through whatever routine they're taught without any thought, and totally miss the spots I need addressed. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a pleasant staff who will walk you to the room. I have never had to wait for my appointment and even when I get there a couple of minutes early, they accommodate me instantly. One time they had to push my appointment back by an hour but that was communicated with me early on during the day which I appreciated a lot. When I got there, I still didn't have to wait at all. I feel that my time is valued and respected. It's also very easy to set up appointments with them!! You can do it via texts which is nice for all the introverts like me. The place is very clean, soft music, quiet rooms. The atmosphere they create is certainly relaxing. The massage itself is amazing!!! I have had Lucy and Leo during my visits and both of them are great at what they do. They have slightly different techniques but both were highly skilled and knew what they were doing. They speak limited english but constantly checks if you're ok and comfortable. I normally do 90 minute sessions where they do 60 minutes of body massage and 30 minutes of foot massage. It includes hot stone as well. I have recommended the place to my parents (who have been there a few times for couples massage) and few friends. Overall I think this is a wonderful spa with very reasonable prices. I will definitely continue to be a regular customer.

There was a bit of a language barrier to be able to communicate the amount of pressure desired. Much of the focus (like at other Asian places) is on the shoulders and back... and it hurt! I liked the hot rocks on the back and certain other areas but I didn't feel relaxed afterwards. You could also hear a lot of things (other people and the phone calls) because everyone is pretty much in the same room. It has a sister location in Orangeburg which I assume is similar. Get a groupon for a better deal. The Plaza contains a Walgreens as well. Parking was easy.
