I just had the BEST massage of my life. Charmaine was my massage therapist, and she was incredible. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders she was able to work on them and not hurt me, but really work out the knots. I will definitely be back! read more

I've tried this place out twice and haven't had a great experience. First of all, both times, they tried changing my appointment time multiple times after I booked it. If the masseuse is not available, the time slot should not be open in their first place. When I got there, the masseuse made a comment about having to wait for my appointment because otherwise she could have left early. Not exactly great customer service. Then, the next time I went there, the masseuse was clearly sick. Needless to say, I got sick right afterwards and I can only assume it was from the massage, which should have been cancelled if the masseuse was not feeling well. Not very relaxing. read more

Nice interiors, but was disappointed by my massage therapist who had come highly recommended by friend of friends. I paid extra for deep tissue and received basically a rub down with no pressure. Therapist was texting several times during massage ! Not professional at all. read more

Just wanted to say that I loved the massages I had in the past, but unfortunately I can no longer manage the stairs leading to your business. If you ever move to a location that is on the first floor or accessible by elevator, I will once again be a steady customer. read more

This is one of those reviews that I kind of hate to write because if everyone knew about how great Perfectly Kneaded is, it would be much harder to get an appointment. But alas, the People deserve to know. The place is nice, modern, and clean, and there is almost always easy parking. Dana is a facial goddess. She deserves an award. She has the magic touch and with everything else, and she knows how to listen to the client. She also really cares. I am a forever client read more

Candra was incredible. She spent time finding out my past history, what i was currently going through & what could she do to help me. It was the BEST MASSAGE i have ever had, by far, and I've had a lot of massages. This, my first one since Covid was, can i say?, PERFECT. Candra worked each part of my body & i could sense my body going through such positive changes even on the table. My back pain that an orthopedist and an acupuncturist had not improved in months, is now feeling significantly better. She is intuitive, smart, very likable, strong and just outstanding. My wife signed up for a monthly account. She had Virginia and it was her best massage ever.Next week I'm going tosign up for the monthly plan too. This massage was Perfectly Kneaded by me. read more

My massage therapist was very capable and gave me a hour long, relaxing massage. I will definitely go back.

I received a gift card through Spa Finder, so decided to try Perfectly Kneaded. Recently having a baby, my back was in terrible shape. Susan gave me an amazing therapeutic massage which was desperately needed! She applied the necessary pressure to help alleviate some of the pain I've carried around for the past 4 weeks. What appreciate most about the session was how considerate and warm Susan was. Understanding how bad my condition is, she gave me great tips for managing the pain at home through self-care. I highly recommend Susan, and Perfectly Kneaded. The spa itself is very clean and has a nice aura to it. Also, I think prices are pretty fair. I plan to try their monthly subscription when things settle down with my baby. Thanks again! read more

I have now been to perfectly kneaded twice, my first experience didn't exactly match my expectations BUT when I expressed this, the owner went ABOVE AND BEYOND to reach out to me and ask what I felt didn't go as I wanted and then she offered to provide me with an AMAZING experience HER-SELF!! On a snowy Saturday morning I made the thirty minute drive for a thirty minute experience in heaven! In today's day and age I think it is rare to have a small, successful business owner take the time to read and take reviews seriously. I commend Ellen on her professionalism and passion!! read more

Had a prenatal massage with Koffi and it was exactly the massage I was hoping it to be. From the minute I met her she had a very peaceful aura and I felt at ease immediately. She worked out a looooot of knots in my shoulders and back and I felt so amazing afterwards. She knew exactly where I was hurting and I can't wait to book her again. I actually live in cresskill and came here because of the reviews. read more

This was my first visit as I received a gift certificate for Christmas. I've had many massages in the past but this was by far the best one I've had. Ellen was fantastic! I mentioned my trouble area in my shoulders and she spent a good amount of time getting rid of all those knots I had. She suggested cupping which did hurt (I've never done it before) but felt amazing after. She took her time explaining how it's more beneficial. I'm so relaxed and my shoulders are so soft now. I already booked my next appointment. read more

Love this place!! I was looking for a massage to address my needs from an injury and they exceeded my expectations!

Matthew, the masseur to whom my appt was transferred unexpectedly (AFTER I had advised that I was fine w either a male or female therapist) is, well, the term "[expletive] magician" comes to mind. I sought help because I hurt myself running and wanted to try to hasten recovery, or at least reduce my pain, especially with Memorial Day races one week away. There weren't a lot of options in my area of northern Bergen County that would accommodate a Sunday appointment, but I found Perfectly Kneaded through a Groupon to: (1) have Sunday openings; (2) have online appt booking; (3) be within my price range, even without a Groupon discount; and (4) be worth a try. Thank you Groupon. Thank you Matthew. I'm very skeptical of Eastern or "alternative" so-called medical modalities, so the session wasn't off to a great start when Matthew used a pair of tuning forks to "reset" my nervous system. (His explanation). You'll note from the rating the extent to which this affected my overall experience. The remainder of a solid hour of bodywork involved a combination of massage, focused pressure (acupressure?) and limb manipulation. Some of it was painful but in a therapeutic manner, and Matthew was very careful to monitor my experience and communicate to make sure he was not being too dynamic. Wow. At the end, I felt and feel great. Wow. Matthew came across as compassionate, genuinely concerned for my well-being and, well, I can't think of how else to put this, generous of spirit. He clearly knows what he is doing and does what he knows. The myofascial release therapy he provided NAILED the pain that 13.1 miles of running had made a significant problem. He also offered some advice for self-help in the future. I enthusiastically and gratefully recommend Matthew and, by extension, Perfectly Kneaded for anyone who seeks relief from a musculoskeletal injury. read more

They were super nice and prompt, but the massage was truly not up to standard. I had some nice work on my neck but even when I asked for more pressure, I wasn't given more pressure. It felt like a waste of my time and money and I won't be returning. Again, they were very nice and accommodating, but I didn't feel they did the work that should have been done for a deep tissue massage. read more

have had 2 pre natal massages with Susan. The spa is quiet, relaxing and provides a wedge pillow for pre natal massage comfort. I'm suffering from sciatica pain and Susan is very thorough, professional and ensure I'm comfortable. Very relaxing massage while also addressing my problem areas. will definitely be back. read more

I have been here twice now for one hour sessions and seen two different Massage therapists who were both wonderful! I have been dealing with low back pain and this has given me some relief. I highly recommend giving them a try! read more

I went in for a HydraFacial with Dana and she exceeded all of my expectations! She explained everything step by step and her customer service was way beyond 5 stars. She went above and beyond what I expected. I went in thinking I was just going to get a facial but Dana also provided aromatherapy, a scalp massage and even a shoulder and arm massage. She even took before and after pictures so I could see the drastic transformation. It was the perfect, relaxing end to a busy work week! Thanks Dana! read more

I just had my 90 minute massage with Koffi and by far the best massage I ever had! I have chronic neck/shoulder pain and TMJ, as well as, back and hip pain, she focused on all of those areas and more! She eased my muscle tension more than any other therapist who massaged me. Definitely I will be coming back! read more

My absolute favorite place! I've been going here for several months to see Condra and I've never once been disappointed! She talks to me before every session to see what I want to focus on, makes sure that I'm comfortable and always asks how I feel after the massage! I've tried a few different types of the massages offered but I think my favorite was the cupping! The table you lay on is heated so I'm always so comfortable and relaxed! I fall asleep every time Condra massages me because she gets me so relaxed! I recently found out that there is an aesthetician that works there so I definitely want to get a facial as well! I highly highly recommend this place to everyone! read more

Ellen is incredible. She has great technique and magic hands and will even gently stretch you out. The atmosphere in the massage room is restful and therapeutic and Ellen herself has a really good energy for this sort of work. I highly recommend her. read more

Honestly, I have had many massages in my life as it's a routine part of when I travel and go to away on vacations. I started working a lot more on my computer and phone with my new business, and with that, I was experiencing some severe neck, shoulder, and wrist pain. I looked for a local massage studio and came across Perfectly Kneaded and have been going to them about twice a month now for the past few months and I've loved my experience EVERY single time! I've been worked on by multiple of their massage therapist and each of them different and all amazing! They just renovated their space, and you just feel relaxed as soon as you walk in! I love their professionalism and attention to detail with every request I ask for them to spend more time on. The owner Ellen is so nice, and so is all of her therapists! It's a beautiful and comfortable space right in the heart of Glen Rock, and I would recommend it to ANYONE looking to relax and in need of physical healing! read more

If I could give Dana's facials more than 5 stars I would! She not only is extremely knowledgeable on her craft, but she is just such a kind and genuine person. You not only leave her appointments with glowing skin, but you feel so relaxed from the inside out. She puts so much effort and time into each client, and really goes above and beyond. I have rosacea and other skin issues, so I've always been so hesitant to get facials but since I've met Dana my skin looks even better. Highly recommend making this apart of your self-care routine!!! read more

Had the opportunity to book my first massage here last week with Sharon. It was a 90 minute Therapeutic massage which was absolutely excellent! She was very nice and personable, asked for areas of concern and if I had any preference of firmness. I felt awesome in the days following the much needed massage. I definitely recommend Sharon, you can book with them in advance online which was convenient. read more

Love, love, love this place and the therapists. Sharon gave me the best prenatal massage ever. I went back, and Ellen helped work out my sciatica--we joked about me just wanting a butt massage, but pregnant ladies, you know what I mean! They even have the belly pillow!! Ellen and her team are super accommodating with appointments; in fact, they're open 7 days a week and actually listen to you when you tell them what's wrong and work to fix it for you! Definitely check them out! read more

I had a body massage with Sharon. She was great. The atmosphere is nice and I felt very relaxed after it and that was the purpose of my massage. I will definitely go again. read more

Excellent business! I've had numerous massages here - pre natal and regular - and they've all been top notch. I've had two different therapists and both were excellent. It is the most relaxing hour ever! Very professional and friendly. read more

I cannot sing the praises of Perfectly Kneaded enough. They are a small business with all of the amenities you'd expect from large massage chains. Their rates, packages, and special offers are readily available on their website, and you can also easily book an appointment with them online. I greatly appreciate this convenience. Their newly renovated space is incredibly warm and welcoming, as are all the members of the staff, including the owner, Ellen (who is also one of the therapists who has worked on me). I work out a lot and have a pretty stressful job, so a good massage every couple of weeks is almost a necessity for me. After every session at Perfectly Kneaded, my body feels amazing and my mind is calm and clear again. I honestly cannot see myself getting a message anywhere else anytime soon. read more

I have had my share of massages, but the massage I received from Koffi, by far was the best I have ever had. She was precise, knew the exact amount of pressure to apply and was very sensitive to what oils to use on me. She did a combination of a therapeutic, stretching and aromatherapy - it was truly amazing. She is amazing and I will definitely recommend her to everyone and anyone! Jenn read more

Amazing amazing massage place!! Clean, personal, and everything perfect. Groupon & coupon offers available

I was so in need of a good massage and had received a Groupon as a gift recently when I saw they had a special rate for a 60 minute relaxing massage. Jean was my massage therapist and she was amazing!! There are 3 massage rooms nicely decorated and very clean. I really liked the fact that it was very quiet and she played soothing and calming music during my massage. Highly recommend this one lace and will be back!! read more

I have had several massages from different therapists and always had an amazing experience! The raindrop technique with Sharon is my all time favorite. I have gotten it several times now and will be coming back for more. Ellen, the owner, is friendly and super accommodating. Susan's relaxation massage was amazing too. I am super sensitive and she really listened to my needs. Highly recommended! read more

I had a great experience here for the past year or so, but it looks like it was specific to one masseuse. after she left my experience was polar opposite. I had the worst massage ever last week. My neck is sprained from it, and she pinched my shoulders until I was in pain. I'm still in pain. I was made to pay for aromatherapy, ( which I had asked for) but the masseuse didn't know anything about aromatherapy and what each oils do, and didn't know how to use it either. I was never given a smell, and I have no idea if she even used it. Loud upbeat music was playing in the massaging room, clearly not suitable for massage, and I had to ask to first turn it down, and then asked to turn it off altogether. Her attitude was so bad, when I complained about the pain she made it seem like I shouldn't be in pain. I was also charged for my monthly membership after I complained about this massage and asked to cancel the membership. No one replied to my text or apologized either. you just lost a loyal customer who believes in supporting small local businesses! read more

I had a massage done with Sharon and it was amazing. One of the best massages I have ever had. She was so kind and made sure I was extremely comfortable throughout the entire massage. read more

I went here with a Groupon for reflexology and a cold stone face massage. I've had reflexology before, but never heard of a cold stone massage. I researched it and saw the many benefits of it. Although I didn't suffer from any of the ailments it treats I decided to try it anyway . Both were great! I walked out of there completely relaxed and refreshed! Highly recommend both treatments. read more

Has a perfectly lovely massage from Candra. Feel absolutely wonderful. I will go there again. I highly recommend this business.

Ellen is incredible! I had the best massage ever here. It was my first prenatal massage and it was absolutely amazing. Ellen is super sweet and the office is clean and beautiful. She really accommodates to you and your needs, which is sometimes hard to find. I will definitely be back!! read more

I would like to start off and say Ellen is amazing. I've had knots worked up for over a year, and she sat there and got each one of them out. She is very dedicated and focused on making sure to hit every area you need to be worked on. She listened to where I said needed the most work and gave me such an unbelievable massage. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. read more

Had a great massage with Susan when I visited for the first time last month. I'd been getting headaches and she did a great job working out the knots in my shoulder. I walked out feeling like a new person! Since I couldn't make a same day appointment online, I wasn't able to take advantage of the first time visit discount, which was the only downside. read more

Had a wonderfully relaxing luxury facial by Dana in a beautifully appointed room. Dana has a light, lovely touch and calming, supportive demeanor. After this hour of relaxation, I almost felt no need for the massage that I had also booked. Massage (with cupping) by Candra was great. The room for the massage was as relaxing & as pretty as the facial room. Soft music, soft lighting and Candra's expertise and approach made for a very good massage experience. I'll be back! read more

Very disappointed. I called for an appointment for a couples massage and was told we may not be in the same room but we could come in at 10:00am on Friday and have a massage at the same time. Karen took my information and said if their was a problem she would call me. My husband and I showed up at 10:00am and there was an employee just finishing up with a client and looked confused as to why we were there. I told her we had an appointment and she asked us to sit down in the waiting area. She came back a few minutes later and said she was trying to get in touch with her boss because she said their was no appointment scheduled and no therapists there!!!! My husband and I had the day planned and they said they could try to get therapists to come in or we could reschedule. Reschedule!!!! This was our day off and we had been looking forward to this massage all week. We had other plans for the rest of the day so we couldn't sit around and wait. I never heard from the owner which I would have greatly appreciated with at least a sorry.....I know things happen but unfortunately I will not be "rescheduling" read more
