Now you would be expecting this place to be some dive for that price but seriously, while certainly not plush, it is comfortable and clean. For the foot massage, there are about 6 comfy chairs in a darkish room...very relaxing and they soak your feet and then get to work... and at the end they even give you a little shoulder rub... in one word "Heaven." For the body work, you are in a big room with about 8 other massage tables separated by curtains...not as private but this room is dark as well ...so really not an issue. They offer many different types of body massages and I usually opt for the deep tissue massage which is always great. What I also love about this place is that you really get your full hour and sometimes even more... not like most traditional spas where you only get 50 minutes out of an hour. Although English is not spoken too well here... with hand gestures and my google translator app... I have not had a problem with communication.

Whether you're looking to relax or work out some tension, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Yesterday I went back to the Li Health Foot Spa in Closter, NJ and had a full body massage for one hour. The price went up along with all other prices. The massage table was upscale with very soft leg cushions that were very relaxing. The female masseuse was great and used medium pressure witch I like and targeted the shoulders, upper and lower back, glutes and legs. It was a wonderful experience releasing lots of tension and knots. I was so happy I went back and will continue to have massages in the future on a regular basis at this establishment.

While the space has the standard no-frills vibe, the first thing I noticed was that the owners here have made sure to line the massage tables with plush, heated bedding and very soft leg cushions that immediately relaxed me - something I haven't seen in any of the other businesses. More importantly, the female masseuse I had was great! I like a lot of pressure and she definitely brought that; she also properly targeted the common shoulder, upper and lower back, and even glutes & leg areas where I think the majority of people experience lots of tension and knots (and I really felt it), whereas I feel like at other places the masseuses just mechanically work through whatever routine they're taught without any thought, and totally miss the spots I need addressed. I know I need more than 1 session to undo all of my built-up aches and pains, but this first massage really feels like it made a difference!

They handed me a 20% off coupon and a punch card, which convinced me to give them a try after doing a color run and desperately needing a massage the next day. The spa was clean, quiet, and relaxing. It was just a really good massage experience. When I left, they even gave me green tea mints, and a mini bottle of water, which was nice. I've been there three times since they opened. I did have one rough experience with a male masseuse who was a little too aggressive.. almost angry, but the women there have all been fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend Sunshine Wellness Spa if you're looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to unwind.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a pleasant staff who will walk you to the room. I have never had to wait for my appointment and even when I get there a couple of minutes early, they accommodate me instantly. One time they had to push my appointment back by an hour but that was communicated with me early on during the day which I appreciated a lot. When I got there, I still didn't have to wait at all. I feel that my time is valued and respected. It's also very easy to set up appointments with them!! You can do it via texts which is nice for all the introverts like me. The place is very clean, soft music, quiet rooms. The atmosphere they create is certainly relaxing. The massage itself is amazing!!! I have had Lucy and Leo during my visits and both of them are great at what they do. They have slightly different techniques but both were highly skilled and knew what they were doing. They speak limited english but constantly checks if you're ok and comfortable. I normally do 90 minute sessions where they do 60 minutes of body massage and 30 minutes of foot massage. It includes hot stone as well. I have recommended the place to my parents (who have been there a few times for couples massage) and few friends. Overall I think this is a wonderful spa with very reasonable prices. I will definitely continue to be a regular customer.
