The interior rooms are very large, there were two men at the bar (in another room) and only one table with 4 diners in the main room. There were a least 20 tables and booths that I could see in the room I was in....so the dining rooms were very empty yet it was lunch time. Initially there was no one at the front desk to greet us, I had to walk into the dining area and gently call out and someone came out of the kitchen (a buzzer on the front desk going into the kitchen would help them!). After she helpfully took our order she went into the kitchen and we never saw her again. We waited...and waited. Much later the manager happened to come out. He was very nice and explained that when you ask for "extra crispy" it takes longer...but 40 minutes? And I had only asked for extra crispy fries! He did go in the kitchen, let me know they were "working on it" (still?) and it was almost ready. At that point two other orders were brought out by the woman who had greeted us. And then our order came out about 5 more minutes later. BTW, our order was for only two people...not a big order. It looks like they do a big take out place.
