Why did I ever think to try BWW again? Prior to this visit we hadn't been here for a few years because service was always lacking. I thought maybe this new location would be different. We stood up front for 5 minutes waiting to be seated. Once we did get seated it was like we were forgotten. Waitress did come over for 10 mins. Between us sitting down and getting our drinks it was 30 mins. The floor wasn't even busy, we walked in at 2:30 pm. Needless to say it was another 30 mins to get a burger and 6 wings. The food was ok at best. Do yourself a favor and go to further down Bridgeport Ave for anything else. At least the Strawberry lemonade was good ! read more

Just discovered this wing restaurant, had never heard of it before and am glad I didn't because we would have been discouraged from walking in. Most of the reviews we read were pretty negative and had I read them before we stopped in we would not have! I think if you going to dine there the biggest complaints are probably all true. They are understaffed in the kitchen and dining room (there is a sign on the door that says they're hiring) the wait for help and food is WAY TOO LONG. That said, the two employees we eventually spoke with were extremely nice and helpful and knew their menu. The food was very well made and exceptionally tasty. The portions generous and the price good. So we're hoping that in the future our called ahead "pick up" service will overcome the most common complaint. Although the person who took our order (she has worked for them for 14 years...that says good thing about the company) was extremely helpful, however it took 45+ minutes to get our two person, not a super large takeout order. The interior rooms are very large, there were two men at the bar (in another room) and only one table with 4 diners in the main room. There were a least 20 tables and booths that I could see in the room I was in....so the dining rooms were very empty yet it was lunch time. Initially there was no one at the front desk to greet us, I had to walk into the dining area and gently call out and someone came out of the kitchen (a buzzer on the front desk going into the kitchen would help them!). After she helpfully took our order she went into the kitchen and we never saw her again. We waited...and waited. Much later the manager happened to come out. He was very nice and explained that when you ask for "extra crispy" it takes longer...but 40 minutes? And I had only asked for extra crispy fries! He did go in the kitchen, let me know they were "working on it" (still?) and it was almost ready. At that point two other orders were brought out by the woman who had greeted us. And then our order came out about 5 more minutes later. BTW, our order was for only two people...not a big order. It looks like they do a big take out place. It's no wonder with all that loud music and so many tv sets running it's really not enjoyable being inside the restaurant. It's a marketed for teens OR folks who want to watch tv and eat (why go out)? The place is very clean. It was 12:30 on a week day and we were surprised that barely anyone was there even tho the parking lot for all the other stores and restaurants was filled with cars. The food is better than the average wing place with lots and lots of variety and well thought out optionsl The menu is large with offerings other than wings. Even the fries tasted like real potatoes!! Thinly cut, fresh and not overdone. Our wings where mixed as we requested (with bones or without bones, all kinds of marinades. The wings they advised us about being hot...were, but not so hot you cuoldnt eat them! Take their advise tho! The sauces were very well made and the chicken well cooked. Very tasty chicken (not "fowl" as we suspect more and more being sold as chicken even in good supermarkets) and wings were a good size, small and meaty but not tiny. And it came with a large drink. No complaints at all about the food...or the employees...just the incredible amount of time it took. So we shall try to call in an order and pick it up. If we have another very long wait then we will ;ile;y not go back. And we will try to go and pick up a while before dinner time, not during rush hour or weekends! I think that will give them a fair shake! They definitely need help but if you're looking for more than "decent" wings...this is the place! We will NEVER eat there, the ruckus would be torture (and maybe that's a decision a lot of would-be customers have made and why it was so empty...does this really work for them? The thing I wonder is, if you're food is good enough (and for what is is it's way better prepared than most) why ruin your sit down business making it so chaotic with noise?). And yes, we're "older" but love all kinds of music. We're just not deaf. Surely people don't need a tv everywhere their heads turn! It distracts from the pleasure of the eating. I guess I just don't "get "sports bars". If your food is this great don't you want to appeal to a less specific diner as well instead of losing them a clients? All that said we will come back to order again. Hope it not "just once more". We shall add 10 minutes onto whatever time they tell us it will be ready for pick up tho. My son and I came here to spend time together and have dinner. I have been wanting to come for sometime now since it's a new location in are area. We ordered the House Sampler which consisted of Onion Rings, Mozzarella Sticks, Nacho's with Chicken, and the original Chicken Wings. We ordered the Asian Zing Chicken Wings for are House Sampler and we also ordered the Orange Chicken Wings. We alway get the Asian Zing flavor so we decided to try the Orange Chicken flavor wings. The Orange Wings were okay. I wouldn't order them again. It was not my favorite flavor. I like Asian Zing Chicken Wings and I think we will stick with that. The House Sampler was pretty good and when my kids and I come to Buffalo Wild Wings we usually get the House Sampler as it is enough for us to share. The House Sampler looked bigger at this location which I appreciated. The food was good and my son and I were pretty full after are meal. Customer service was spot on. The waiter was very friendly and he checked on us a couple of times. I would definitely be back. read more

I had the late night munchies (like ready to eat the couch cushion hungry)& needed a fix ASAP! I discovered Buffalo Wild Wings is open until midnight. Bless them!! We (party of four sat down) pulled up like the Avengers on a mission. We were greeted right away by Sara(our server). She was so sweet I almost got a cavity! I ordered boneless bbq boneless wings w/ fries. Yeah I'm basic! I know, I know! Our food took a bit to come out, probably b/c it was late & the kitchen staff were running on Red Bull & pure willpower. While waiting, I got to sample mozzarella sticks that were so cheesy & gooey I considered proposing to one! When my chicken arrived they were fresh,flavorful & smothered in that sweet & tangy bbq sauce that made me feel emotionally supported.The fries were hot & crispy but not too crispy(like they understood the assignment). I drowned them in ketchup like a saucy little villain & had 0 regrets! No dessert for me(it was late & my stomach filed a cease & desist)! The vibe inside was chill! Music was playing! The place was clean! The ac was set to refreshing but not frostbite temperature. Before I left I ordered potato wedges & a triple bacon burger to go for my bf. I got to sample that as well(b/c I'm greedy like Scrooge). The bacon was so crispy I thought I heard it snap in high definition!The meat was so juicy (like bite into it & duck before you get hit level juicy).Those potato wedges! Pure magic! Honestly really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight. They're running the $10 all-you-can-eat apps deal, but it took over 40 minutes just to get appetizers out -- and the place was practically empty. Same issue with drinks: we ordered and nothing came out for a long time. Our menus were never taken, we could barely find our waiter, and overall it felt like nobody was paying attention to the tables. The whole experience was slow, disorganized, and frustrating, especially considering how dead it was inside. Had a family lunch here on a Saturday. the restaurant is clean and bright The service was excellent and very friendly. We order a few boneless wings specials. The wings and fries were good. Only have two negatives for this meal. We ordered fried pickles that were forgotten (our server ensure they weren't on the bill). Hubby and I stopped in today. Since it's Football Sunday we expected to wait. We were seated immediately and surprised there weren't more patrons. We looked over the menu. Decided on drinks, appetizers and meals, no one came to greet us. As we looked around wondering who our busy server was we noticed (1 bartender just standing there staring off into space, 2 servers near their kiosk laughing up a storm hanging out, 1 server walked by us to clean a table next to us. 2 more servers cleaning another table together) and no-one even looked our way or bothered to greet us. My husband asked the gentleman sitting at the next table with his empty dishes and cash on the table waiting to check out, how long did he have to wait for service and he said he sat there for over 20mins before someone greeted him. That was when we decided our 20mins was up and went down the street to outback! Watched the game had a great server and spent less money than we would've at Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

My family and I showed up on a Saturday evening at 7pm, got seated within 10 which was cool. Then our waitress comes over and explains to us that %80 of the menu they are out of. No salads, no toppings or anything that goes into a salad, not even for toppings on a burger. No Onion rings or fries...Wtf!!! Only thing they had for a side were cheese curds. I asked if they had chicken for hahas and they were very low on that. How is a big business like this operating on partial staff and no supplies. My wife and I ate there last Saturday, 9/13 and had a Spicy Chicken sandwich and the Spicy Nashville sandwich on challah buns. We enjoyed them very much. So much so when we were out earlier today 9/17 we ordered the same sandwiches for takeout. We were GREATLY disappointed. Both sandwiches were on smaller hamburger rolls, the Spicy Chicken only came with cheese and three pickles that looked like someone stepped on them, the Spicy Nashville includes cole-slaw (got that in a small cup on Saturday) that was put on the bottom of the bun which totally trashed the sandwich. Decided to order some wings for lunch (with extras to bring home) for delivery and decided to order through their website. The order was placed, tips and fees were included, for over $29. Then a weird message popped up stating my order couldn't be place at this time. My senses had me checking my bank account and sure enough, the order amount was deducted from my account. I quickly called the location to confirm and was told by staff that despite my money being taken, they did not see my order on their end, so I would 'just have to wait' to get my money refunded. BLUF: It is going to take some time to get this up to speed. I'm an Air Force Acquisition Officer and when procuring anything we are taught to measure on Cost, Schedule and Performance. You are usually lucky to get 2. Well this B-Dub failed on all 3. I ordered take out - 10 Bonelsss, 10 Classic, fries, cheese curds and Garlic Pretzel knots. Strike 1, Cost: I am a Blazin' Rewards Member and went to get the reward for B1G1 at 1/2. The reward never went through. Strike 2, Schedule: the website said in 6 mins, food will be ready. I got there to see a waiting room full of people waiting for take out. Then the App updated to 20 mins after ordering it will be ready. I got my food almost 50 mins after ordering. Whilst I was waiting, I saw the waiting list for dine-in go to 2 pages yet the restaurant was maybe 1/2 full. Strike 3, Performance: I finally get the food and the wings were overcooked and dry, like they were done 44 minutes ago! Also, they were missing the Blue Cheese and Carrots. However, the curds and garlic knots were very good, making for the 2 star review. Continuing with the baseball references: Foul: At least 6 employees at any one time were standing around, staring into space. This includes the two managers. The front of the house manager didn't apologize once to anyone and didn't even try to see what could be done. Maybe offering a free soda or a $5.00 off next visit card or even just a plain "I'm sorry" would have gone a long way. I counted over ten open tables and at one point there were more people waiting in the lobby than people actually seated in the restaurant. After one hour we called it quits.
