Millie's is a great spot for breakfast and lunch. They have a large and diverse menu so there is something for everyone. One of my kids had chocolate buttermilk pancakes, and the other had PBJ French toast. I had chicken tortilla soup and a chopped salad with chicken. Everything is served hot and fresh. No heat lamps. Prices are quite reasonable compared to many restaurants. Victor, the host and owner, is super friendly and makes you feel at home right away. Amy, one of the servers, is such a nice, friendly person. The hospitality they create is exceptional

If you're a breakfast lover like me, please go here!!! The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. I was greeted by the owners Victor and Aimee. They were very sweet and friendly. What I ordered: I got the eggs Benedict, perfect poached eggs, perfectly crispy bacon, smothered in Hollandaise sauce, which was delicious! I also tried their FAMOUS COFFEE CAKE!! . It was soft, warm, and had just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. Service: Super friendly staff, very attentive. Food came out hot and fast, Overall, This will be my go to breakfast/brunch spot every Sunday! The food is delicious!! I recommend this food spot!

This is our favorite local breakfast. Everything is good. The owners are so sweet and they always hire local college students as waiters that are so friendly. Best coffee cake around. Highly recommend.

Wanted to update because I brought my mom and little brother from out of town food and coffee as always was amazing. It was not super busy for 1pm on a Saturday but I will never complain about that. Aimee was super nice and helpful with my brother who just had mouth surgery and could only eat soft foods.

I thought the food was pretty decent and I like that this place is a relatively low key brunch spot, at least compared to most brunch spots I've eaten at in the Bay Area. The wait wasn't long on a Saturday morning but parking is not fun at all. The parking lot is pretty tight too so you kinda need to get lucky if you don't want to park on the street or worse, that steep little hill next to the restaurant. I saw patrons absolutely struggle to get out of that area when they were leaving. If I ate here again, with the benefit of hindsight, I would make sure to tell my waiter that I want my eggs to be much runnier than they were today. The eggs on my benny were essentially hard boiled eggs which, while not a bad thing, are not my favorite. The potatoes also could've been cooked longer since I found them kind of hard. These faults didn't stop me from cleaning my plate though since I'm fat. The chocolate chip pancakes were my favorite thing to eat here and I'd probably order those again.

I've had breakfast here a few times now and it's always delicious! friendly staff who have surprised us with the BEST coffee cake ever! also the chai lattes are amazing! super clean and cute little spot, great place !

We would've shared photos of the food, but it was so good that we ate it all before we could. It's cool little places like this that beg you to skip the hotel restaurant. Make sure to sign in outside and wait. That's the get in the door list for a table. The french toast and omelets are top notch. Great food for a great price and just down the street from the Lafayette Park, Hotel and Spa.

Food is good. Nothing exceptional. We had chilaquiles (not traditional but ok)?. Good kids menu and options. Very affordable. And mostly for locals. The wait staff is nice but forgetful Parking is limited and the owner or manager, the older tall man is not very nice.

Good breakfast burrito but the aioli sauce is a big miss. It should be a choice between hot or mild salsa.

We opted for the outside patio since we had our kids with us and they can be loud. Our server was kind and accommodating. She checked in often, but not in an invasive way. Everything here is farm to table, and tasted fresh. The oysters were delicious and so were the mussels which came with a delightful coconut broth and grilled bread. The kids enjoyed a fried chicken slider with fries. My favorite was the beet salad with goat cheese. It was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Menu items are on the high side, so be prepared to shell out some dough. We had a nice waiter, pleasant, cheerful, and very accommodating. I would give the waiter a rating between 4 and 5 stars. It was near closing time when we got there, but we didn't feel rushed to order or eat our dinner so that they could clean up and close the restaurant and head on home. We started with an appetizer and garlic bread (see picture). We had about six pieces of bread and as you can see in the picture, it was on the burnt side. I cannot believe that for the price you pay for a bread, they would serve this. I also ordered a black coffee, but it tasted like it had been sitting there since the morning and tasted really nasty. I asked to have a hot tea instead. Food was good. We ordered spaghetti, carbonara, some chicken dish, and a grilled salmon. All the food tasted delicious and we cleaned out the carbonara and spaghetti. After we ate our dinner, they gave my son-in-law a slice of tiramisu with a lighted candle. Overall, it was a pleasant evening and we enjoyed our food (except for the garlic bread). I'd like to see them do me good and give me a nice garlic bread the next time I eat here.

Parking is free, the outdoor space is nice, and we were quickly seated. After that, it was all down hill. We ordered off the happy hour menu - caesar, cheese plate, shishitos, sliders, and a couple of drinks (none of the specialty cocktails are on happy hour). The beers were the best thing, then the shishitos. Our cheese plate was completely INEDIBLE. You could tell that it had been sitting out for a very long time because the cheese was sweaty and some pieces were MOLDY - like the edge piece of a hard cheese after it's been in your fridge for a while that you cut off and throw away. The grapes were shriveled as well. Not sure how this is acceptable to serve. Supposedly it was made earlier for room service. All they did was take it off the bill and barely apologized - we were in a hurry since it took about 20/25 minutes for everything to even come out and could not wait for them to remake it. Idk, it was appalling and I was hoping for more restitution. Will not be recommending.

As a huge fan of French cuisine, I'd been following RÊVE for years and decided to book a table for the graduation dinner. I made a reservation about three months in advance just to be safe, since the restaurant only has about eight indoor tables. The restaurant was tucked away in a nondescript strip mall, but upon entering through the side gate, I felt like I was stepping into a Parisian neighborhood bistro. Our friendly waitress walked us through the menu and seasonal specials and even pointed out the can't-miss dishes. Thank goodness we followed her advice - the frites were among the best I've ever tasted! We debated ordering another cone of frites but decided to pace ourselves because we also ordered the gougères, RÊVE salad, and escargot to share. Additionally, we received complimentary fresh baguette and butter. For my main dish, I decided to try the quenelle, which can be described as a soft dumpling made from seafood purée that resembles a velvety soufflé. Every bite had a rich seafood flavor that, even now, I can't stop thinking about. Even though we were quite full after dinner, we were tempted by the dessert menu and decided to split the chocolate mousse and French opera cake. Both desserts were exquisite - they were small portions but packed a lot of richness without being overly sweet. Our dinner was made extra special by the restaurant staff, who remembered that we were celebrating a graduation and signed a card for us. From the team going above and beyond to the excellent meal, this was one of the best meals I've had this year. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
