Millers is a great place...foods great..prices are good and service is even better...Juan the bartender is a great guy and makes you feel right at home...you gotta give this place a try!! read more

Can't rate the food, drink or service, because we walked out after 2 mins. We asked that they change one if their 40 TVs to a different football game- and they refused. Four customers walked out that will never return again. Disappointing! read more

This is the local bar so it's convenient but the service definitely depends on the day and time you come here. Very inconsistent. Bar scene was fun, but tbh haven't been here for that in a while. Best time to come here is if there's a big fight or match, because the vibe is really cool. Crowded, but cool. Order the chicken nachos and zingers. read more

Second visit Friday night. The place was packed but within 15 minutes my party of 6 was seated. Service was prompt. Food was typical chain restaurant fodder but decently priced. I'd go back again. read more

The bouncer here really ticked me off. He is a jerk and he I had to make a yelp account just to complain about him. I would compare him to something that would be stuck on a hairy butthole after you take a poop. His attitude is that of a small child. read more

Can't beat the Zingers. The beer selection and atmosphere are also what you look for in a sports bar. You can catch any game you want as there are tvs everywhere. On a nice night I recommend sitting outside. read more

Great food at Great Price. The nachos were some of the best I ever had. Also the ice cream cake was also delicious.

A great chain restaurant that gives you the feeling of being at a local sports bar. We stopped in on a quiet Sunday afternoon and had a great experience. They've got a huge selection of beers on tap and tvs in every direction you look. We had their zingers appetizer and despite their warnings of their Mt St Helen's sauce, they weren't too hot, but still tasty. We each ordered something different for our lunch and all of us had only good things to say. My wife had the quesadillas which she said were done nicely. I went with a burger which was cooked just how I liked it and the sweet potato fries were cooked just right. My mom went with the osso bucco which she was raving about and my dad's burger was spot on. The service was solid, especially for a quiet mid-afternoon. From what I saw they had tons of different drink specials which made me already start planning my next trip back. Even with that the whole meal was rather inexpensive and a great time. read more

cool place....great drinks, food, sports bar..chill spot.

An absolutely exquisite dining establishment fit for any circumstances whether it be casual social interaction, sports games, etc. The place is pretty big to begin with so there's a lot of commotion pretty often so that could be a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it. They have phenomenal drink deals that make your mouth salivate: $10 Electric Blue LIT pitchers, $6.95 seasonal beer craft flights, $7.95 bucket of coors light on Thursdays and $10 on Sundays, the list goes on. When it comes to their food, this place is nothing short of extraordinary. I ordered a plate of garlic Parmesan zingers (which are like big pieces of boneless wings essentially) and it was heavenly. Their loaded fries with cheese bacon and scallions were also incredible. The only reason I withheld my last star is because of the poor service. Our dumb broad of a waitress could've been lord knows what because we only saw her once every half hour. I'm pretty sure she only had one other table so I don't know why she wasn't constantly checking up on us, but no she was chit chatting in the back with the staff or just roaming around trying to avoid work. For all intents and purposes her name was Jasmine, if you intend to go there in the future avoid her like the plague. Otherwise this place is amazing. read more

The service is good, however, the food was below average. I thought I was having left, left overs from 2 days ago. I ate 1/4 of the ribs and figured I had enough left overs for one night. I do eat left overs... just not this type of left over. The ribs was dry and not much to it. I am sure if you came for fries or fried food, it would probably be pretty good. If you came for drinks, well. You can never go wrong with alcohol. But you can go wrong with food. read more

Service was great but food was lackluster, I really wanted to like it, but other than fries or salad and it gets complicated for this restaurant. read more

Millers Ale House, located on route 4 where the old movie tenplex used to be, is one of the more popular bars in Bergen county. Go here on a Friday or Saturday night and the place will most likely be packed with people that you went high school with. The bar itself is huge, definitely one of the biggest bars in the area. The food is your standard bar fare; wings, burgers, etc. The food is pretty good, not 5 star by any means, but good bar food. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were helpful and friendly. Whenever my friend and I were in need of a new drink they were prompt in getting us a new one. They have a ton of beers on tap if that's your fancy and also a plethora of flat screen tv's to watch the daily sports events. I don't love this place, but that's mainly because the crowd is very predictable. That being said, if you enjoy hanging out with the local bergen county crew, this is your place. Miles is a Brand new and enormous bar with friendly staff. read more

Millers is a big open sports bar with large booths all around and more large screen TV's than you can imagine. The menu is somewhat limited but they have a special sheet which has different items tied to the day of the week you go. This is not gourmet food by any means. At best you can call a full bar menu. I always get the feeling the food is like a Mcdonalds of the restaurant/bar scene. Quick and inexpensive but not anything special. This got 3 stars because of the pricing but if you rate the food alone its a 1 or 2 at best. If you need to go out with a group for some not to expensive meals or you want to take the kids out with worrying about them in a nice place go here. read more

I was at my annual conference this week and we decided to go somewhere new to eat and unwind. The first thing to note is that like everything in this area, its a huge place. We had some trouble finding which entrance to use, but eventually got in. The decor is nice, plenty of HD screens to watch sports on. It's definitely a very busy and welcoming atmosphere. Although I'm not a Miller fan, they had great deals on buckets of Miller brand beers. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta for dinner. The timing out of the kitchen was about 15-20minutes for four entrees. Reasonable. The chicken was cooked perfectly for me, flavorful and tender. But the pasta was too greasy for my taste. Overall it was a decent meal though. Everyone else enjoyed their meals, but we agreed that for the buzz surrounding this place, the food was average. Overall a good experience, but it definitely just felt like a place for the college locals and sports fans to socialize and have a drink. Don't plan on having a quiet meal here with great conversation. I did love the fireplace though. read more

This place gets super crowded on weekends so expect a wait time of 45mins +. It's a good spot to enjoy a few beers and wings (the wings are my favorite). They lack customer service and that's perhaps because they are very busy. Other than that it's an okay spot to hang out with some friends, prices are a little above average but nothing crazy. read more

Decent place to hang out, good prices for drinks, food is not bad and also good prices. However, this is one of the only places around like this so it tends to get crowded and this can lead to your food and drinks taking a while to get to you. Good for happy hour, more crowded on weekends. read more

First time here, so the place is huge and plenty of bar space. Big drink menu and really good prices on food and special drinks. Guys seems like there is plenty women as well. Food was good get the blackened chicken quesadillas. Id go back . But man I don't no if AC was broke but it was a oven in there read more

Great service, food is ok. It's great for a hang out spot and to watch the game. I will be returning

I truly love this place! My boyfriend loves sports and I love the food so it's a perfection combination for a date at a sports bar! The ambiance of the place is really welcoming(depending on what team you're going for). The drinks at the bar were great. I ordered a strawberry Long Island, which the bartender had never made before and it tasted great! My boyfriend had the blue Long Island which he ordered in a big pitcher which only came out to be 10 bucks, great save! The wait was about an hour but we went on a Friday night during the Mets game so the wait was expected! we sat at the bar and watched the game until our table was ready so we really didn't notice the time passing by . We ordered buffalo shrimp and calamari for appetizers. I had the fried shrimp and fries and my boyfriend had the mountain zinger. Though it was very busy our food came out hot, fresh and quick and the service was great. I would truly recommend this place to anyone who loves good food, drinks and sports read more

after 5 visits all I can say is everything I'VE TRIED AND SAW FRIENDS TRY HAVE BEEN GOOD. the service always pleasant, never pushy NOR DO THEY TRY TO UP SELL your check,,,,they make few if any mistakes, you get what you order. My favorite is the seafood platter combo, fish tenders- filet sliced and breaded, fried clams , shrimp, scallops and plenty of each, cole slaw, 1 side choice from their selection og 10-15 , the loaded fries are great fot a .95c extra fee,,,,many drinks specials, had my favorite orange crush again, very good on a Summer day. my kids took me for my birthday, and they had quesadillas, chicken grilled over spaghetti, mahi mahi sandwich platterm flat bread pizza, no complaints...the appy sampler plate was all good, and they have several 35 shrimp dinners, scampi, fried, and cajun style are a few, for $12! yes medium shrimp, but 35 of them. Beer selection vast and not expensive over 40 drafts and 50 bottled...the drink / cocktail brochure leaves nothing much unavailable. prices are very reasonable, nothing over $19.99 ( 2 lobster tails ) platter....I'd go once a week if my budget was more flexible, 63 TVs, outdoor dining area ..just a great place to go have a nice dinner , my seafood combo was $15 and took enough home to have another dinner. A great alternative to the diner , similar or lower cost. read more

I've been coming to Millers for a few years, the atmosphere is great, there are so many tv's you will always catch the game no matter where you sit. All of the bartenders are great, they always have a positive attitude especially Juan, his personality lights up the bar. Try the Parmesan Hot Zingers, Amazing! read more

Say goodbye to hooters! This place definitely takes sports bar to the next level. It can be pretty packed on game days, but once your in, you are definitely taken care of. They have a large variety of food so you will never get bored every time you go. Their zingers appetizers are unbelievable and come in a large quantity. I have yet to be disappointed in my 5 times being there. read more

Nice bar and outdoor seating but food was very subpar . To sum it up it tasted like cafeteria food. Ordered steamed clams that were all dried up . Chicken Cesar salad looked and tasted like pre packaged food, and steak equally the same. With all the restaurants in Paramus this place really needs to step up the quality of the food. This place is great to have a drink and watch a game on the numerous TVs but I will definitely pass on the food. Service and management were attentive . read more

Great food, insanely good prices. Margaritas were weak and expensive though. Would go back!!

Horrible service went last night with a few friends we sat by a group of people that were celebrating there birthday from what I understood they did not accept the girls LEGAL drivers license as a ID the security guard (big overweight man) was very rude when the table were calmly trying to explain the situation HE SHOULD NOT WORK THERE,( the security guard even screamed out to them "your life is means nothing"?!) the black security guard even said that WAS form of legal ID but the manager at the time was not having it he was extremely rude not sure why when you can clearly see they were spending money, Very unprofessional behavior not only did they ruin these people's night but also created a very uncomfortable environment for our table since we knew now these security were looking for any reason to be violent we paid our bill and left we will not be returning. MANAGEMENT THE BIG OVERWEIGHT SECURITY GUARD IS A WALKING LAWSUIT. Please control your dogs!! read more

Very good service. Waiters/waitresses are SUPER nice. The food is absolutely amazing. I never had 1 bad experience here. I totally recommend to go here you won't regret it. I absolutely love the zinger platter and baby back ribs. The sauces for the zingers are very abundant. My favorite is mt. St. Helen which is a hot sauce but not overkill. read more

you gonna love this place if you are from the "woods", and you love some "simple" food with beer, mediocre service, obnoxious no class crowds and yea, that dumb country music. Somehow, It just feels there as if you are in some Alabama. read more

Best restaurant I've ever been to! The Fish Sandwich is to die for! The dish is a sight for sore eyes and made my mouth water. I was torn between admiring the beauty of the plate and devouring the meal. The hot bread is a perfect mix of crunchy and soft and the savory mahi mahi almost melts in your mouth. The restaurant always smells like something tasty which makes me want to ask what's being made and order that and the dull chatter gives the place an amazing atmosphere of leisure with a touch of thrill. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the amazing manager, Ray, even came to our table to check on us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and a great atmosphere. read more

Huge disappointment! My fiancé & I couldn't wait to try Millers & when we did we weren't impressed!! We were seated in the bar area & it wasn't until I got up & mentioned to the host that we were waiting to be served.....20 minutes later!!! We ordered the sampler platter for starters which we never got. We both ordered the bistro burger which was just ok. When we inquired about the appetizer they claimed that it was never put in and offered us dessert on the house. Nice gesture but no thanks! It was a Tuesday night so they weren't overwhelmingly busy. Food was worth maybe trying it again and we'll try sitting in the dining area next time.....hopefully it'll be a much better experience if we do try it again! read more

I went there with my husband and we were extremely disappointed. Service was slow, food was horrible and the zingers were ok. I don't recommend it and I definitely wouldn't go back there. read more

Our server was one of the best I've had in about 5 years. He was extremely attentive and it was clear that he knew the menu inside and out. I took his wing recommendation, which was the highlight of my meal. For my entree I ordered the seafood mac and cheese, which was tasty, but predictably average overall. Next time I'll probably stick to their burgers. They have a decent offering of IPAs, which was another positive. I had a Dogfish Head 60 minute. read more

Great place, have loved the Ale House since my time living in Florida. Was excited to her they opened in Paramus. The burgers are great, the beer is great, the servers are great. Taylor at the bar was terrific. So attentive. My husband had to send his steak back for being over cooked and he personally saw to it it was perfect. Had a very fresh salad that wasn't overdone with dressing. And Taylor was great in suggesting different beers to try. The wait for our table during a football game was ridiculous but we lucked out with a seat at the bar. With Taylor. Did I mention him yet!!! read more

A decent place with many TVs that allow a good vantage point of the games. Our bartender, Brian, was excellent, courteous, and on top of our every order. He was knowledgeable and personal, quite a difference from some of the other establishments, like the Office in Ridgewood. We were presently surprised with the quality of the food, and the mahi-mahi sandwich was super fresh. I had a nice time here and will be back, it is one of the better sports bars in Bergen County read more

I've been to this restaurant probably about 6 times in the past 2 years and most of those times, it's been underwhelming for one reason or another. I keep giving it another try because it's close to home, I like the menu choices and I've been to their restaurant in Orlando more than once and liked the food each time. From my previous experience eating here, the food has seemed overcooked or bland. On my recent visit, I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta which I am happy to report was very good. I also ordered the Spinach Dip as an appetizer and was happy with that as well. The fountain soda always tastes either too syrupy or flat so I skipped it this time and just got lemonade, which was fine. I'm not a super picky eater, as you may have noticed from this or previous reviews I've posted because it's more about the overall experience for me. The service on my recent visit was excellent. Our waitress, Ashley D was SUPER nice and very attentive. Again, it's the overall experience that matters to me so if a waiter or waitress disappears and never checks to see if I need another drink or more napkins, etc..., that annoys me. So I was really happy that Ashley checked in a few times and was always friendly and smiling. She put our leftovers in containers and wrote down the contents on each one with a little smiley face, which I saw later when I put them in our fridge at home. It's just the little things that matter sometimes. For dinner with just one other person, I definitely prefer the dining booths straight ahead when you come in through the main doors as opposed to the tables in the sports bar area. I realize it's a sports bar so I don't fault them for it being loud and busy but I have noticed that when you sit in the bar area instead of the booths, the service doesn't seem consistent and attentive. One example was my second to last visit, I sat in the bar area and the waitress never brought our appetizer. For the duration of our time there, she made sure to attend to all the surrounding tables a few times but didn't bother to even glance over at us even when we waited to make eye contact so we could get a drink refill. And just to be clear, I know we didn't have an attitude about the forgotten appetizer because at the time, it wasn't a big deal. Even when my husband and I don't get great service at a restaurant, we stay friendly and polite because we like to give the waiter or waitress the benefit of the doubt not to mention, there's always a chance to turn around a situation and make it a good one. Review Recap: Not consistently good but on our recent visit, the food and service were really good. If she's working that day, ask for Ashley D. read more

If you grew up within 7 miles of Paramus prepare for a high school reunion every time you step foot in this place. Service sucks, music sucks, food is no better than something equivalent to a Friday's or houlihans. If I wanted to ignore the people I came with to watch TV I would have stayed home. Honestly, it's impossible not to be distracted by the TVs because there is about 194739 of them. Typical watering hole for anyone who thought high school was the best years of their life. read more
