If I could give this place no stars, I would. We arrived on a Saturday at 5:30. The place was crowded. We gave our name for a table of two and were told it would be less than fifteen minutes and that we were next. No problem. They use some idiotic number system. When your number comes up, it shows up on a tiny little screen - which you cannot see from the seats in the waiting area. Fifteen minutes passed and other people were seated ahead of us. My husband asked how others were seated if we were next. He was told - again - that we were next and again others were seated ahead of us including a couple with two children who had seen three empty tables in the back. I went up to the hostess station (where four girls work, by the way and seem to do nothing but chat with each other and play with their hair). I was told others were seated ahead of us because there were only two of us and they had to fill the tables, but that we were definitely next. We left. We will never know if the food is any good here as we will never bother to return. read more

We have made our final visit to this sub par establishment tonight. The table was not properly cleaned from the last patrons, our server was inattentive and hard to find, our Zingers were extremely dry lending to an unenjoyable taste, fries were not prepared as specifically requested, my burger was missing the ordered sauce and when our server finally decided to make an appearance to routinely ask how every thing was, she was dumbfounded that we had a response other than a positive nod or smile, somewhat annoyed that she actually had to stop and listen. If that isn't enough to deter one from returning, I saw her speak with 3 different lpersons who appeared to be management and not one of them took the time out of there less than busy day to discuss our poor experience with us. That is the reason I am writing this review. If they had tried to make an effort to make good on our bad experience, I never would have taken the time to write this. Either way, we are not returning. To top it all off, our server had hair of varying lengths, mostly long and ABSOLUTELY NO HAIR COVERING OR RESTRAINT. I saw her near the food pickup area actually putting her hands through her hair. Management clearly has very low standards from customer service to customer satisfaction to following a sanitary code. Good luck. read more

This seems to be a regular spot for my friends (don't ask me why) so I came back on a week night and ordered the jumbo wings, which are in fact pretty good and yes, jumbo! However, the staff is still ill versed in their limited beer menu. The waitress looked at us like we had 5 heads when I asked what kind of Victory IPA they were serving... Simple question, hard to get an answer. If you don't plan to teach your staff about the beer, please add the information on the menu. (Similar to how you have Dogfish Head 60 on the menu instead of simply Dogfish Head... which could mean 60, 90, 120 or many other varieties). The alcohol content in each beer varies greatly and it would be wise to let the consumer know just how strong a beer they are ordering. read more

How do I begin? Well if you have a weak stomach you may want to skip this I stopped in for the first time yesterday at 4:15. The bartender, young brunette with tat sleeve on one arm was talking to I would assume two regulars and they started talking about braces. So the bartender proceeds to take out her Invisalign braces with both her hands and shows them to the regulars. She then puts them back in goes over to the POS system and punches the screen with her germ infested hands so that any other sever touching the POS will also become contaminated. What's worse is she never washed her hands before making additional drinks. Then I look towards the hostess desk and the hostess is putting on eye makeup. All this time the manager on duty was too busy horsing around with the wait staff to notice. I called and spoke to the night manager and expressed my disgust and he was very sympathetic and horrified. He asked if he could do anything for me and I simply asked that he retrain EVERYONE as I would never go back there again. read more

I was excited to get out and experience this place with friends who frequent. Now I'm sorry I wasted my time. Had a terrible experience with a worker last night. Stopped over for drinks with some coworkers and after spending $200 in one hour and tipping our waiter generously; we were literally told to "Get out. Let's Go, beat it" while waiting on our card and receipt! Some Asian kid who I hate to think may be a supervisor representing this establishment. We hadn't been rude or obnoxious like some other tables, we weren't drunken disorderly fools! I can't understand why anyone would be so rude and disrespectful. Than when my husband commented on his lack of professionalism and his personal outrage, he antagonized him and berated us further. This email is to inform you of an incident that accrued on the night/early morning of 1/29/16 @ approximately 0230. I was a patron of you establishment for most of the night without any issues. There was a small group of us about 4 that were getting ready to leave due to closing. One of the bouncers a black female approached one of the members of my group and very rudely said to "Take the fucking beer out of your pocket and get the fuck out!" As unprofessional as this may be it's understandable seeing as it was closing time. That's not the way i would have handled the situation being a former federal protection officer, military police officer and decorated combat disabled veteran. I'm not throwing my credentials out there to say anything other then I know how to deal and treat people in these types of situations. The way your staff conducted themselves was completely unprofessional in every way. This encounter left a member of my group with very extensive swelling as well as lacerations to the face and head as well as a broken finger. There is video evidence of your security having fully restrained the individual in hand cuffs and he no longer posed a threat to life or property but was still being punched and beat on as if he was still resisting. This from a legal stand point is excessive for by and standards. If you would like I can quote the Nj statue for excessive force. As I recorded off millers property another security guard of Hispanic descent with a goat tee approached me and told me I wasn't allowed to record. This happens to violate my constitutional right as well as completely show the lack of training these security officers have. I was recording for everyone's safety and expressed that to the security guard at that time. I was then disrespected further by him and was then assaulted myself when he forcefully smacked my $800 iPhone from my had cracking the screen as it slammed into a black dodge truck then to the floor. This was yet another extremely unprofessional way of dealing with a already aggravated situation. Again I was not on millers property at the time of the assault and he was well out of his area of responsibility as well as no threat was present. I was going to my vehicle till the police arrived. I stated to the security guard that he assaulted me and he told me to "fuck off!" Not wanting to insult anyone's intelligence but the definition of assault is and I quote " any unwanted physical action of one person to another." Again this was all caught on camera and witnessed by many people there. As security officers the power of your authority is limited to the establishment in which you are securing and have no more rights then a regular civilian. I would like to remedy this situation and not take further actions but am willing to in needed. Feel free to contact me at any point. Had an amazing experience! Our server Shauna was so attentive throughout our meal, told us of happy hour. Had to send our food back and the manager was super understanding and got us a new meal and Shauna was so apologetic and was super patient and conversational, made us feel right at home and comfortable, will definitely be back to see her! read more

Food is good i usually come here with my friends to watch ufc and have a nice meal. However the one thing that bothers me is that on big ufc events they still have some of the tvs on other channels.. idk why they do this but its annoying. I myself and a group of 3 others came to Miller's on a Saturday around 8pm. We were greeted by a hostess with a simple "hold on". After returning to us she let us know it would be a hour wait but we could find a spot by the bar. After walking around, my group and I saw a minimum of 6 empty tables / booths scattered throughout the main dining as well as the bar area. After waiting 20 minutes we saw what I could assume the manager, talking into his walkie talkie, joking to the hostess, "we have table 54,55,58 open" as 10 groups were waiting at the front. We were eventually sat about 45-1 hour in, with still empty tables around. The server we had, did not tell us about any specials, nor that since it was Saturday and the ZINGERS order came with a free beer even though we ordered one. We didn't even bother mentioning. The waiter was extremely rushed and when ordering a drink spilled the entire thing onto one of our persons' salad. We had to mention the fact there was now ice in all the food as well as a refill on water. Miller's = Very much below average. read more

Went tonight and was told the wait would be 30 minutes. After 1 hr and 40 min our number appeared on the screen. Which meant the wait was over,until we went in to the hostess where we were told they made a mistake and didn't realize We were a party of 8. We were told for the 4th time we would have the next table, and could have a bag of celery for the kids while we waited. We decided to leave because they didn't look like they could accommodate us anytime soon. Do not think they have a clue now to give a estimate for a table. Would avoid at all costs ! read more

Food good, service horrible. We are not demanding customers and I never review places but our waiter spent his time flirting with the hostesses and bartender. The hostess saw us walk in and turned her back as we approached her, I had go say Excuse Me to ask for a table. No manager in sight which speaks to why the employees do whatever they want. Our waiter never checked back after our food was sedoubtrved as he had moved on to entertain the bartender across the restaurant. We had to flag him down for a receipt and he dropped the check off with no thank you and just walked away... lovely. Doubtful we will return. read more

If you enjoy TERRIBLE service and mediocre greasy food then this is the place for you! ive been here twice. the first time I was meeting a friend in the early evening and sat at the bar for TEN minutes with no one taking my drink order. I had to find the bartender and ask although the bar was practically empty. I went again last night with my mom and sat at a table for 15 minutes until I had to find a server to take my order. We ordered a glass of wine, a coke, and two orders of food. After another ten minutes another server brought me the serving of wine but no glass! I waited another five minutes for a wine glass. Who serves the wine without the glass? It was only AFTER our food was served did our server realize that they had never brought the coke. Horrible experience. There are a million better sports bars id be willing to give my business to. read more

Considering we come here almost every Sunday...the hostess in Patriots gear is consistently rude and unfriendly. I don't appreciate a stare down as I walk in the door followed by an awkward greeting like I'm not welcome here. Not only that but when I ask if there is anything available outside after walking past an almost empty seating area, I'm told it's still a 45-60 min wait. We take a ticket no problem we'll wait. When our ticket is called we are directed to a table where oh unfortunately the bouncer's family came in so yes they got priority. Different, friendlier hostess apologizes and gives our crumpled ticket back and when I ask yet again if there is anything outside bc it looks fairly empty she is like oh yea no problem to which we find there are multiple tables available. Anyways food, beer, game selection is great! Sad that one rude hostess makes me question coming back. read more

Last night, my family and I came here after a fundraising event. After everything that happened, we will never return again and highly suggest the same to others. We were a party of 14 and knew we may have to wait a little for a table. However, the hostess's told us when we arrived that the wait would be about 15 minutes. A few minutes later, they came to us saying there was a free table but another table right across is going to be free soon, so if we just wait we can all sit near each other. We all just patiently waited, some of us making our way to the bar. Our only real concern, was to get the younger cousins to a table so they can eat, even if some of us would have to sit at the bar. We expressed this concern to the hostess after waiting much longer than she told us. After 25 minutes, we again asked where the table was and the hostess went back to get someone else, we assumed it was a manager. He said he would go check on the table, and get back to us. Then another 15 minutes went by without another word, and we asked what was going on. At this point we have been waiting for 40 minutes, when we were told originally the table would be ready after 15 minutes. After we went to complain about the wait, a bouncer physically shoved my cousin's fiance, to the point where he basically picked him up out the door. The physicality of the situation was completely unnecessary. We were told time and time again a table would be ready soon and in the end, we get physically shoved outside. We were not violent when asking about the table, we were not disrespectful yet were treated with the most disrespect I have ever experienced. After we all gathered outside, someone from our party told us the hostess said "skip them, they're being bitches". He was standing behind the hostess', so he overheard, clearly with them not realizing he was part of our party. The hostess called the cops on my family, when it was their bouncers who were physically violent and verbally abusive to us. I am appalled at how we were treated and I know we will NEVER come back ever again. This place was absolutely AWFUL. read more

For what it is, Miller's Ale House is alright. The restaurant space is larger than most sports bars and they were TV's everywhere so this is the ideal place to catch a game with a group. Miller's is essentially divided into 2 areas: a louder bar towards the back with a few tables and high top tables and a bar that's less loud and has booths and a high top tables as well. I prefer to sit in the bar that's less loud because it's extremely hard to carry out a conversation when you're surrounded by big groups who are all screaming to each other. A positive about this place are the drinks. I don't think I've ever had a bad mixed drink while here and the prices are decent too. To me, the food is a hit or miss. I've tried a lot of things off of the menu and my favorites are all from the appetizer side. I find their entrees overly salty and not worth ordering. The last time I was here, I had their sirloin special which just tasted okay. I do like their mashed potatoes w/ gravy but I found the sirloin to be underwhelming. This place is definitely somewhere to go if you need to find a place that accommodates to a group of people and if you want to grab drinks. I'd skip on the entrees and just get a bunch of appetizers and drinks. read more

I really wanted to love Miller. The name alone got me excited, an Ale House, its like the American version of a beirgarten. A huge bar with a vast variety of beers and really good bar food. I nearly wet myself with anticipation. Miller's interior is absolutley gorgeous and well decorated. Two big bars and plenty of tables, even a cozy fireplace lounge area with comfy couches. The bartenders are super friendly and fast. , BUT I've been to Miller about 10 times now since they opened and have the same problem everytime. The food is disapointing and thats being kind. I ordered their "zingers" in a soft taco which is kind of like a slimy mystery meat tasting buffalo chicken finger. Awful. The next few times we tried steak salad, steak fajitas, big red chicken sandwich, and it all has this heavily processed, chemical, prefrozen taste to it. The only thing I've ever enjoyed at Miller was the bistro burger. Maybe I'm naive to expect fresh real food from a chain restaurant, I just had such high hopes for this place. I will definatley go back for their drink specials and the atmosphere but I will never go to Miller expecting a good meal. read more

I usually give 5 stars to places that have the best food I've ever tasted, but this place does more than just serve good food they have great rapport with their customers, great service, about 50 beers on tap, great happy hour specials, awesome prices in general, a million tvs with every game you can think of on, it's really nice inside, and the food is pretty good. I'm not saying the food is the best I've ever had but this place gives you so much to like it's hard not to give it 5 stars. This is a great place to come to early in the day on weekends when it's not crowded. I've never been here at night so I can't speak on how things turn out then but afternoons-early evenings on weekends are a lot of fun. I haven't been served by all the bartenders there but the few that I have been served by have always been so pleasant and were good with giving us the attention we needed right as we needed it. read more

Great atmosphere, I walked in and I couldn't help but crack a smile. The hostess was accompanied by two men ( I'm assuming, managers) they all greeted with smiles as we walked in. The manager himself sat us and asked us if we had a preference. No need for preference, there were TVs everywhere and even the pickiest of seating preferences would be accommodated. They have an outdoor patio area with flat screens everywhere, an indoor area with huge windows all around with a large bar in the center, then they had the indoor area. All areas were great, we wanted to sit in the outdoor area but there was a wait, so we opted for the room with windows and it worked just fine! The bar was large, so many beers on tap, the atmosphere was so friendly and inviting despite it being busy. Strangers chatted up other strangers, honestly have never seen a place like this! Im new to the area and I have been trying to find a fun, sport's bar where I can come and watch some football games this season. My boyfriend and I will definitely be regulars here! read more

Poor dining experience although good for a night of drinking! My server needed to be constantly asked multiple times for the same item (such as napkins) and can't remember a simple request like waters with lemon on the side. The salt was empty and the server nowhere in sight so I grabbed salt from another table and when she had people sit at that table she blamed the salt missing on our table with a point and whisper ("they took your salt") Also spending excessive amounts of time socializing with a particular table or group and having to wait. After all of that the server came to find me at the bar and told me she could not find the signed receipt i left on the table and insinuated thatI must have not left it there or misplaced it. I told her if she reprinted it I would resign it. The bouncers and manager were very nice and professional. The kitchen staff is great! First waitress came to our table to take our drink order, she told us someone else would be taking our food order because the shift was changing( serious?). We waited a long time for our 1st round, was never offered a second. i asked 2 different people if the wings were whole or or segmented and they looked at me like i had 4 heads. i asked what cut the steak sandwich was and our waitress didnt know. i think12 different people came to our table, one brought 1 thing, 1 another, no one knew what they hell they were doing. our wings came without any blue cheese, i had to ask again for it, but that was after eating 5, as no one came to the table. I didnt even know who to look for or ask for. 2 waitresses, 3 runners, bus people, table wipers.... . too many cooks spoil the broth guys. get it together. service is based on a relationship between the server and the table. our server was more concerned with the flower in her hair and her lip gloss then watching her table. Too many poeple, but no one to serve. Makes no sense. Tried many different menu items: wings were good, yes they are segmented kids. ribs were terrible, sauce is not good. steak sandwich on fake yellow griddle grease garlic bread EW!! Fries weren't even good. Ice cream cake was great. Service sucked so bad, would never go back. This was our first time there. read more

The food here is awful. I went here with my family. We decided to order hamburgers. How can you go wrong with a hamburger? Well, we were all disappointed. My burger was so greasy. I couldn't even hold the bun because it was covered in grease and the bun fell apart .
