The one guy who I believe manages or maybe owns it can't recall his name (maybe Tony?). He was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. HORRIBLE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. Refused to give a deposit back after they couldn't give a clear date when a part would be in. OVERCHARGE in their estimates for shoddy work. DO NOT TRUST! Went to them for a rear tailgate window before and it still leaks. read more

This place is terrible. The first time they said my car was ready for pickup I found dents all down the doors they "fixed". They then needed another 8 days to redo the work. When I picked it up, I found the work still wasn't done satisfactorily, the inside was covered in dust and bugs, found that they had driven it so much the gas tank was on empty, and found that they stole the coins from my console. To top it all off, the employees there, other than the owner, are the rudest people I've worked with in years. They make it clear that they don't care at all about the customer. Avoid this place and go somewhere else. Update: they also broke my door handle. I now have to go to another repair shop, get the door handle fixed, the car detailed to remove the dust and bugs, and get the initial work redone. Absolutely terrible. Avoid this place. read more

They know how to fix cars. I had some nasty roof damage on a new Audi that other reputable shops claimed would require a lengthy, costly and invasive roof panel replacement. Antonio was adamant he could readily repair the factory roof. And he did. Car came looking like new exactly on schedule (they estimated 1-2 weeks; I got it back in 1.5 weeks). They were amply patient and responsive. read more

They are not about customer service here. I was looking for a new body shop and this was closer so I wanted to give it a shot. They treat you like your bothering them and they're too busy to deal with you. It's frustrating because I didn't plan to get into an accident so I expect a professional establishment to be understanding. I wouldn't recommend this place. I didn't even get a chance to get work done. They're expensive and lack customer service. They're plenty of places you can go and receive better service. read more

Do NOT take your car here. I've had them do repairs twice, and it was awful both times. Their customer service is awful. Someone wrote this in an earlier review, and it's true - they act like you are bothering them when you come in as a customer. It's absurd. The receptionist is extremely rude, both on the phone and in person. Most recently, they told me a repair would take three weeks, and instead of took over six weeks. They'd tell me they'd update me, than act like I was a jerk for asking after another week had gone by with no update. When I got my car back, the clutch was somehow completely burned up. I mean, completely. It was fine when I brought it in... for front-end body work. They also only accept cash (as in cash money, no certified checks, nothing). I can only think of one reason for that, and it makes them seem even shadier. Do not do business with these guys; there are plenty of good alternatives. read more

I took my Audi for repair at Millburn Collision, at the advice of the Audi dealership which is pretty much next door to them. They did a pretty good job, they do a lot of Audi work but they do many other cars as well it seems. My car was hit by another vehicle so the other persons insurance was paying for it, and MC was cooperative, took their quote and accepted it, as well as accepting the insurance company issued check. They have the system down pretty well. There's also an Enterprise car rental across from them. Didn't find their selection of cars to be the best, or cleanest, but they work well with insurance carriers as well so the process was smooth. Cons: MC took about 3-4 days longer than the quoted time. Was OK cause my rental was covered by insurance anyhow, but just something to keep in mind. read more

Great guys! I've gone to them on three separate occasions for various issues... I have always been treated fairly and the work was always excellent. The last time I was there, the gentleman told me "we could call Audi and order a part... That's gonna run you about 800 bucks. Instead, we can just rivet it together... Perfectly safe, it doesn't show, I would do it this way if I were you". Who would not love a repair station that would give you that kind of advice? read more

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST, IF YOU HAVE ABOUT 3 MONTHS TO WAIT, FOR HALF DONE SERVICE, THEN BY ALL MEANS CHOOSE THEM. IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If I could give a negative star I would. I brought my car to this shop in October and did not receive it back till the end of December. Not only did this place take 3 months to fix my car but , with little to no communication as far as why it was taking so long. Every time i called to ask how long it was going to take, i was given an attitude. When i told him my insurance will not pay for a rental any longer so i need to know when to expect my car back, he said it was not his problem. Once i finally received my car back, then dent was still noticeable( very half done) also my wheel popped not only a few hours from leaving the shop, a "brand new' tire popped like a balloon while I was on the highway on Christmas day. I ,hesitant to even take the car back in fear they might not do a good job again but i don't feel i should have to pay twice for the same work. AVOID this place at all cost. and to top in off they only accept cash. which is probably so they can pocket most of the money. this place is a complete ripp off. they kept asking me about an insurance check that was issued to me because they wanted more money for work that was not even completed. I am very dissatisfied and upset with my service or lack there of, and i will be going back at my inconvenience to get it "RE fixed." I will update my review once its done to reflect any positive changes if so. Meanwhile save yourself the time, the headache and the money and choose another shop. read more
