I initially called inquiring about parts and the man who answered was pleasant and told me even…read morethough he didn't have the parts I was looking for they could be ordered. This was something new as for most salvage yards whatever is in the yard, that's it, though that could just be the ones I've dealt with in the past. When I had some time I went in person to inquire about it, and the guy, not sure if it was the same one I spoke to before was helpful and even came out to look at my car and help me determine size. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the part but I was given my money back I gave only a few minutes before for deposit. The yard is small from what I could tell, but there was as expected quite a bit of parts strewn about and even some on the inside where you're to go check-in as they seem to discourage directly entering the yard. Due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff here I'd recommend calling or dropping by here for some spare parts if you need. It's oddly on a residential street and is on the small side but if they have what you need they may need to order it, it's no matter.

The owner Ray explained that they would waive the taxes of $85 but couldn't legitimately explain why I was misquoted. My car was not finished in the timeframe they promised and upon receiving the car any work done till that point was extremely sloppy and unsatisfactory. 1.13.21, at 5:45pm I brought my car back and spoke to Ray the owner. He told me it was after 6pm and they are closed even after I showed him it was not 6pm yet. He refused to look at my car or provide any refund whatsoever that I requested. He can only provide you with excuses. Ray the owner is not knowledgeable in automotive mechanics and is incompetent as a business owner. Bottom line, REYCO AUTO OF FAIRVIEW, NJ IS NOT A LEGIT CAR REPAIR SHOP!

These are the things I value in a car body shop: knowledge of my particular make & model,…read morehonesty/transparency in diagnosing and recommending fixes with reasonable costs, easy communication throughout and strong follow through. You give me that and I'll never go anywhere else. And that's exactly how I'd describe Best Service Auto Body. Both Alex and Yuro are awesome at what they do. I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.
