Typical bait and switch. Very shady business practices…read more They have an online quote service, which I used. I uploaded pictures of my car and described exactly what work was needed. I got an online estimate of $1000. When I brought my car in, they gave me a revised quote ridiculously high $2200. I get it that online is a ballpark, but online vs in-person cannot be off by 200%. So guys, pls beware, their online quote is bait and switch, they want you to waste your time by giving a great online quote and making you head up to the shop. And then jack up the prices by over double. I am pasting picture of text messages exchanged with Pete. Also, I did not get any callback or revised estimate from them at all (despite Pete promising that he will look into it) So buyers, pls beware, save your time and go somewhere else. Stay away from this malpracticed business.

The customer service was top notch and very accommodating. I highly recommend Maaco in Union!! Natalie C

Repair looked good to me.. paint quality and panel fit looked exactly as expected. Its a large professional looking shop, that seems to be quite busy. Waiting room inside with coffee. Repair quality looked good. Couldn't see any issues, and paint quality seemed fine. Rental pickup/ dropoff is easy as the Enterprise guy comes to the shop to drop off the car. Drop off did take some time (I think at least 10min to wait for the guy to show), but return was really easy... just leave the key at front desk of the body shop. Only complaint is that it too much longer than expected. Was promised 1-2 weeks turnaround and turned out to be almost 3. And last few days I had called to find status and was told its just being detailed, but it still took a while. Which is a little strange.

They use an AI-based automated system to keep you informed of every detail and there's also a "human in the loop" to ensure you get a great customer experience and don't have to deal just with a machine. Appointments were easy to arrange online. And to top it off, you get complimentary ride service from/to the shop. Excellent value for me. YMMV.

I took a gamble and went for it. My car looks brand new. They did such an amazing job. They very nice. The owner's wife even gave me a ride to the Enterprise nearby to pick up my rental. The owner sells himself to be an amazing auto shop and the vehicle will be ready over the weekend, I have over a month and a half waiting for parts. He simply wanted to cash the Progressive check.
