I'm aware of the bad rep Maaco has but the one in Union definitely has my recommendation. Jared and his team were outstanding. The car was ready in a week and a half. He continued communication with me throughout that entire time and you can clearly tell they knew how much the car meant to me. The paint looks phenomenal. I got the clear coat OEM paint job. I had oxidation on my hood and rear spoiler. My rear bumper was showing rust as well. I wanted the car repainted to the same color (rally blue). There was no overspray on my gold BBS wheels. Everything was perfected. I'm doing this review after 3 weeks. I will update in 2-3 months on the paints condition but if you're a big car guy and you were on the fence with getting your car painted because it's a Maaco, hopefully you decide to make the right choice. I'll say the only "con" was my front driver side window tint peeled off a bit due to the heat I assume but I'm fine with it and it's not a big deal since I needed it retinted anyway.

Repair quality looked good. Couldn't see any issues, and paint quality seemed fine. Rental pickup/ dropoff is easy as the Enterprise guy comes to the shop to drop off the car. Drop off did take some time (I think at least 10min to wait for the guy to show), but return was really easy... just leave the key at front desk of the body shop. Only complaint is that it too much longer than expected. Was promised 1-2 weeks turnaround and turned out to be almost 3. And last few days I had called to find status and was told its just being detailed, but it still took a while. Which is a little strange.

I priced it out in other places and they quoted me not less the $700 for the job. I stopped by Ultimate on a whim just to see what price they would give me and they quoted me only $300. I took a gamble and went for it. My car looks brand new. They did such an amazing job. They very nice. The owner's wife even gave me a ride to the Enterprise nearby to pick up my rental. Not that I'm hoping to need body work anytime soon, but if I do (knocking on wood) I would definitely go back to Ultimate

Update: got the car back, these guys really don't know what they are doing. Carlos lied and said he did an alignment and all suspension was good but the control arms are still bent and car drives sideways. These guys charged my insurance $8500 for an $800 job and still didn't fix anything. Car is junk now....Oh boy there's so much more I can say but I won't. Just DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NO LIMIT!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will not deliver..... Hey Carlos, since you won't answer my texts and keep dodging me, how about a refund and I'll bring the car to someone that knows what they are doing. Car has been in the shop since April 15. Expected completion date was may 10. On May 14 Carlos says the car will be completed on may 15 and he will cover the cost of the additional rental days. On may 17 Carlos said the car was ready. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I noticed the car was not done correctly. Carlos agreed and said I couldn't leave with the car in that condition. Carlos claimed it would be ready in a week. On June 2nd I reached out for an updated date and received no response On June 6th I reached out again saying I just needed confirmation the rental was still being covered. Carlos stated it is and it will be ready in a week. On June 24 I reached out again for an update with no response. On July 3rd, today I called and Carlos said the car still isn't ready due to paint issues and will need two more days. Now it's August 13th and proceeding with legal action.

The owner sells himself to be an amazing auto shop and the vehicle will be ready over the weekend, I have over a month and a half waiting for parts. He simply wanted to cash the Progressive check. It's been ridiculous. I had to rent a car for a week for work as he said my vehicle would be ready during the week. Went to check on the car it was never worked on as the pieces didn't arrive. I paid 1K out of pocket for nothing. It's been 3.5 weeks and haven't heard of the pieces arrived, ETA, nothing but he sure is enjoying that money. Do not come here at all! Do yourself a favor and read the reviews! His staff don't know what they are doing either! Believe the reviews! Do not bring your vehicle to this place!
