When you see seafood with the perfect crust and a lot of flavor, you're in heaven. It did have a small bone and I felt it lacked the amount of squash and zucchini, but again, a wonderful meal. There was one situation which resulted in only a 4-star review. Out of curiousity, I saw on Facebook that they offered $5 discounts. I did let my party know and we were all ready to use them when the bill was ready. But the staff told us the discount was to be used on a table rather than an individual ticket. When we looked both on Facebook and our personal emails, none of that verbage was mentioned. Not trying to sound harsh, but please be sure to state every detail foe customers. The ground steak was tender, the gravy delicious, and the onions and mushrooms were yummy. The huge baked potato was perfectly cooked and they provided tons of butter and sour cream. The fresh broccoli was in a large container, tender, and not overcooked. There was even a nice soft roll. My son ordered the Delmonico steak, prepared, fairly rare, a big fat, baked potato, fresh broccoli, and roll. He thoroughly enjoyed every bite! I was told that if I were to leave the stroller in the car and hold/carry her, it would be a 50 minute wait for "two." I opted to go online and make a "reservation" for two and I would put the stroller in the car and hold my daughter for a reservation time of 1:00 pm (only a 30 minute wait). Why do I need to go online while standing in the restaurant to make a quicker "reservation" when I'm standing right in front of the hostess? When checking in for the 1:00 pm reservation, the hostess asked if I was going to hold my daughter or if I wanted a high chair for her. This made no sense as the entire point of me holding her was because I needed a "table for 2." If I was going to be offered a high chair for a baby that can't even sit up yet, I should've been able to keep her asleep in the stroller and still been a table for 2. How is a high chair at that point not considered a third? Her stroller wouldn't have taken up any more room. The whole experience was absurd, made absolutely no sense and was off putting. There has to be better processes in place. Adding that it is 96 degrees outside, so going back and forth with an infant was absolutely ridiculous.

It was mostly bread with very little topping, and it did not resemble what I expected based on the description. What made the experience even more disappointing was seeing another customer receive a beautiful pizza that looked properly prepared. The difference in quality was striking. Because the pizza I received was so poorly made, I asked not to be charged for it. I don't enjoy complaining, but I felt this situation warranted it.
