4 out of 5 stars! Flavor was great. Ingredients were fresh and crunchy, meat and cheese was sliced nice and thin how I prefer them. Delivery was faster than I expected and very friendly. HOWEVER... I was let down by the preparation of the sandwich size wise. To begin with I thought there was nothing on the bread until I opened it. This Milio's is really sub par. I ordered a turkey sandwich and broccoli soup. I ordered the larger soup and they filled it 3/4 full. The sandwich had one thin layer of turkey on it with hard white bread. This one sucks. read more

I do not know what this location's policy is for employee mask usage, but I stopped in last night (7/31/20 @8pm) and neither employee behind the counter was wearing a mask. I told the employees that I had changed my mind about eating there and that had they been wearing masks they'd have had my business. This location has been good in the past, but this experience means that I will never return to this location - or any Milios location. From now on I will go to Jimmy Johns. read more

This place is struggling the help is rude, three tables were dirty before we could find a clean one, there not much on the sandwiches, the cheese is super thin, there motto is "take a stand against bland" so are they saying should not come back? Because my sandwich was very bland! The godfather Capicola ham and Genoa salami should have way more flavor then what I got! The wheat bread was better this time around but that twice now where I was not impressed with there sandwiches, mean this is the last time I will come here. I really love this sandwich shop. They are incredibly fast, either for delivery or in-store, and I've usually had excellent customer service. My husband and I always ordered Milios for delivery, I've never been in the store, but they never disappoint. The orders are exactly how we order them, the soup is hot and tasty, and the customer service is wonderful. They generally tell us it will be 30-45 minutes for delivery and we almost always have it within 25 minutes. My husband usually gets The Godfather or the Italian and I almost always get the Classic. We both add red Hot peppers to the sandwich and zesty Mayo. The only issue I have with them is the updated online ordering isn't as user friendly as it once was, but I don't think that has anything to do with this particular store. When I went in this place around 8 PM, it was empty and clean. I am a regular at Jimmy John's, and this place is basically a copy of everything JJ has to offer: fast sandwiches/subs plus delivery. The food here was a little bit more expensive than JJ, but the wheat bread was fresh and good. However, my sandwich was oozing out pickles, mayo, and lettuce, which were the only tastes since it had little meat. I was full after eating it, but other than that, it wasn't a memorable experience or sandwich. As they have no advantage over my usual JJ, I don't foresee myself ever going back. read more

Sure, it isn't exactly local but compared to Subway it might as well be an independent deli. They trademarked "eat fresh" so that they could get away with pretending that anything is made on site. If you have to go corporate, Jimmy Johns is quite comparable but for the best option in CR, Milios it is; delicious and with less guilt than a multi-national company that advertises health while not including bread, condiments or toppings in it's dietary information. read more

The sandwich tasted great, except for the hard, overcooked bread, but the service was horrible. The rep on the phone was unprofessional, and when I ordered the sandwich I was told it would be 35 minutes. 40 minutes later, I called to check on my sub and was told the driver was on the way. I didn't get my sandwich for a full hour later. I should have just walked up the street to the casey's. read more

In the past several months, I've visited this store frequently (average of once per week). Food was decent, and location convenient for where I work. The parking lot has been quite a challenge while the First Ave. road repairs have been going on this summer, especially for larger vehicles. Today I parked my large pickup near the street and next to the driveway entrance. While waiting for my sandwich a Milios employee arrived and proceeded to lecture and criticize me (and not to mention embarrass me) for my parking choice. I've been parking like this for weeks... When I left there were two other vehicles next to mine!... I've never been treated like this by a store employee - anywhere. This is nowhere close to the proper way to address customers. I will never step foot in this establishment again...and will do my best to relay my experience to everyone I know. read more

I loved!!! LOVED their subs when this place was "Big Mikes"...had them shipped!! to Georgia when I moved there after marrying my husband who was stationed at Ft. Stewart (Army, GA). Now, after retiring and moving back to CR, our daughter loves the subs, asked for them for her birthday party, goes in almost daily, they KNOW her order and greet her like a favored regular!! LOVE this place...LOVE the staff!!! BEST subs and sub-makers in CR...bar none!! read more
