Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced…read more When I walked in, I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged or even asked what I'd like to order. The employee clearly saw me but chose to continue socializing with a friend instead of helping a paying customer. During that time, another customer walked in and was ignored as well. Only after the friend left did the employee begin working, but instead of taking my order, he started making a smoothie while continuing to ignore both of us. After waiting long enough, I finally spoke up and asked if someone could help me. Rather than apologizing, the response was essentially that they hadn't helped me because I "didn't ask." Customers shouldn't have to interrupt employees to receive basic service. A simple "I'll be right with you" would have made all the difference. Based on this experience, I won't be returning. Customer service reflects a business's culture, and this experience left a very negative impression. I hope management takes customer service more seriously so others don't have the same experience.

They claim it's a Wi-Fi issue and have you pay for a second time when you get your drink, only to find out your first payment already went through. This has happened to me twice. Along with that, the lines are ridiculous. Get used to spending 15 to 20 minutes in the drive-through. They will have cars into the next parking lot and you only see two people in there, making drinks. it's possible other people are doing things in the back, but when you're in the drive-through for that long, you can actually see who's making the drinks. They either need to put in another location or figure out how to get the lines moving. Also, fix your payment system. Let us pay through the app so we don't get double charged.

We had to wait a little bit for our drink, despite no one being in front of us in line. Perhaps because this location on Edgewood Rd. offers indoor and outdoor dining and they were busier inside. He wasn't sure about it at first, but when we got home he decided to he wanted to eat every last bit and proceeded to carry the cup around. :) Scooter's offers an array of things from beverages to food. I'm not very adventurous and there are a lot of options, so I order the same thing every time. I'm a tipper and they have a tip box outside the drive-thru window. I also look forward to the sticker on my cup -- a neat touch they add to every order. This Scooter's is easy to get in and out of. Big parking lot because of its location in a strip mall. The drive-thru is nice and wide.

When I asked him to warm it up he acted super annoyed and tossed out the entire drink and made a new one. The second mocha didn't taste like it had any chocolate in it whatsoever. I asked if they could add more chocolate and his response was "I made it correctly". I then asked for a refund because I was over it completely at this point. The girl up front didn't know how to do it. Another kid came up and said he would fix my drink while I could still see and hear the first rude kid in the back complaining that he made it correctly.
