honestly less than one. they used unclean supplies that landed me in the hospital possibly getting the tip of my finger amputated from the infection that has moved into my bone. they were rude and we asked for pumpkin and checkered. they were so confused and didn't know how to do it. it looked soooo bad. this has been a learning experience for sure. read more

My first trip into this salon was in April and I although I enjoyed the atmosphere of the salon and the friendliness of the staff which also included a gift, my pedicure that day left me with painful sores from the tech scrubbing so hard on my heels. I decided rather than do a negative review, I'd give them another chance. I walked in today to see if they had availability to do a new set. The man that greets everyone at the entrance is the owner, I believe. He's very friendly and welcoming! I told him I was looking for a full set. He asked me to wash my hands and pick a color. I came back to the salon after a few years, because I enjoyed my initial visit, but I don't think I will be returning. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure, and while the women working on me were nice, I did not feel like I was given good service until I accepted an up charge. I wanted to relax, so I didn't mind spending a bit more money to enjoy myself, but even then, I feel like they rushed through the process. My manicurist cleaned up my fingers nicely, but the original paint job with the shellac was very bumpy and patchy. I did go back to get it fixed, and she was very accommodating telling me that she wanted me to be happy since I was paying so much, but I don't feel like I should've had to come back in the first place. I live 20 minutes away and it was a major inconvenience for my day. The rating is only getting three stars because of her great service. My pedicure was OK, but definitely rushed. My manicure started at least 25 minutes before my pedicure and somehow they got done at the same time. It's only been three days since I got my pedicure and my polish already looks extremely grown out, I'm just not satisfied. For the service of the host, during my original visit, I asked for a mimosa, which never came, it took two different nail technicians, reminding him of three separate times when my drink was finally brought to me. It just seems like they forgot about me and I wasn't a priority. Overall, I paid $110 plus tip for my manicure and pedicure and I was definitely underwhelmed. I got the coconut manicure came with a five minute neck massage, which basically just consisted of her like patting and punching my shoulders, which actually kind of hurt. I came in around 4:30 PM when they close at 7, I checked out around 6 PM and after I was done everyone left. It seems to me that they were just rushing my services so they could go home early and that bothers me. read more

I've gone here many times throughout the years, it's been average in the past...but in the recent years has been not good at all. If you get dip power they get it under your nails and don't clean it out, if you get a full set they don't glue the fake nails on well. If they use any kind of drill tool I always leave with lots of cuts around my nails, and today my manicure was disappointing I always get sparkly or glitter nails, I know it's a little tricky for nail artists to do so usually I'm not picky. however when I asked for a glittery polish today the lady doing my nails didn't even try to make sure it was opaque. Not to mention she was rushing the whole thing, looking around, not sure if it was at the door for another client or a clock, but regardless it was apparent she was in a hurry at the cost of my nails. I have gone to this salon for several years, off and on, but this last experience was horrible. The bowl was leaking so she kept punching holes in the plastic liner, the pedicurest kept jerking my legs and feet around, she scrubbed my feet til they were bleeding, didn't know how (or too lazy) to remove gel polish without "sanding" it off so she left most of it on. The place smelled awful, the people were not interested in good service, the oj in the mimosa was hot... I could go on and on. I walked in just wanting to remove my acrylics and get a new color and whoa was I impressed. First off, the owner is super sweet and greets you at the door. He right away offered me a drink and a cookie. I got a coffee and he brought it to me during my service. He was so nice & was making sure everything was okay, always with a smile. I got my nails done by Henry (who did amazing, he pays such close attention to detail) and loved my nails! The owner brought me a gift for it being my first time. When paying, he realized I hadn't finish my coffee, and gave me a lid and an extra coffee to make at home! The price was so reasonable too!! 10/10!! read more

This took me some time to write because of how it affected my day of celebration. When I called for an appointment on a Wednesday afternoon, I had no issue getting in quickly. I told the manager, Steven, the services I wanted, and knowing they were going to take more detailed care, I re-confirmed before hanging up. Upon arrival, the whole place was full and I had to wait for close to 45 minutes for the appointment to begin. Although Steven was kind in giving me some hand cream and a $10 gift card, my services were not fulfilled as expected. There were many aspects of the appointment that went wrong, from the delayed wait time, to the nasty attitudes from the techs, and lack of detailed care and empathy. So I came on a Sunday. It wasn't crowded. They took my temp and had me wash my hands before starting my service. This place is nicely decorated very clean and was quiet calm and relaxing. They had music playing in the background. They had about a million colors to choose from neatly organized so you could choose anything you want. They offered me something to drink not sure if they had alcohol or not. I didn't get a pedicure this time it was in the back part which I didn't even get to see. The place is huge. I don't know where to begin. I've been considering trying them because they're so close to my job, but I usually only go to places that I've been referred to personally. That being said, I have NO CLUE why anyone would rate them lower than 5 stars. Lee did my nails and she was incredible. She really LISTENED to what I wanted. Color close to the cuticle, rounded square shape, thicker than normal, etc. I even asked her to file a nail more than she did because it didn't feel smooth..and she said "okay no problem" with a smile! I don't know that I've ever gotten that anywhere else. She really took her time and made sure I was happy with my nails before she finished. Everyone in there was so friendly! They inquired about my day and even asked for my name, and then USED IT. Customer service alone gets 5 stars! As for the location itself- it's immaculate. Clean and well lit, very relaxing. Additionally, they have a ridiculously large selection of colors. Dip, shellac, regular, whatever your flavor of poison is, they've got you covered. They also have a lot of drink options including mimosas-that are delicious. It was, hands down, the best experience I've had at a nail salon. They have definitely made a life long customer out of me. I love this hidden gem. They opened just ab a year ago and not many know ab them. Also, there are similar salon across the road. I usually come at 9 am mon or fri, and there may be one or two customers and that's all! With Covid scare, you cannot ask for better arrangements. I do dip. My favorite girls are Bea and Lee. They both know what they are doing. My nails come out absolutely flawless, and trust me, I am one picky lady! My dip was 45$ plus tip yesterday. I loved the atmosphere. I got an acrylic full set and the guy that did my nails was charismatic. I loved the coffin shape of my nails. They're a tiny bit thick but personally I don't mind it. There's a 10% discount if you show your student ID. I suggest making an appointment before you go or calling ahead to make sure they're not too busy. My only complaint is that the purple liquid they use in the process for doing acrylics smells REALLY bad. When the guy opened the container it stinked. I've never gone to a nail salon where that liquid smells like that. The only reason I can think of why it smelled like that is because there was some solid form of it at the bottom of the container. I came in on a recommendation from a neighbor needing a mani on a Sunday before I caught a flight. I was a little weary given all of the positive reviews, but decided to throw caution to the wind. I walked in and was promptly greeted. I was quickly directed to the magic wall were I was to choose my powder dip for my mani. The color selection was vast and made it hard to make a choice -- I actually like that! Once I made my selection I was seated at a station where I waited for my manicurist. I will say this, I waited for almost 20 minutes before they started working on me. Normally I would have been turned off by this, but I was a walk in and was treated very nicely, mimosa and all. Once my manicurist started working on me -- Jack -- I was blown away by his attention to detail. He worked fast without missing a beat. The work he did was meticulous and no cuts -- yay!!! When I find something I like I stick to it, and I liked Jack. I will be booking with him in the future and looking forward our next appointment. read more

That being said I've had a lot of special occasions in my life so I've been to many nail techs throughout the country.
