After going to the Mila Coffee food truck on Broadway and I found it to be closed, I looked for a second location. There is another Mila Coffee in a free standing structure near Make Ready Food Hall a few minutes away. When I arrived at Mila Coffee on 8th street I highlighted that I had gone to the Broadway location and learned it was closed. I was told that the manager was out today that's why the food truck was closed. I expected the server to apologize for any inconvenience, but he did not. Also, it would have been helpful if there was a sign on the food truck indicating that it was a temporary closure and the address for the second location. Fortunately, I am resourceful. Net, net, the iced Mexican Vanilla latte was more delicious that I remembered. Since this is the first time this happened, I decided to extend grace. Life happens! The Make Ready Food Hall looked interesting with customers seating inside and outside the structure. Another area I need to explore in depth...

The newest Mila location at the Make Ready Market is brewing both fantastic coffee and phenomenal service. I was thrilled to see the quaint shop had a La Marzocco espresso machine... a good sign of high quality. So, I tried a hot double espresso. I was not disappointed. The African beans resulted in a bright, slightly floral espresso... delicious! Encouraged, I also had Mila's cold brew. Refreshing and smooth [chef's kiss]. The manager, Rob, was friendly, informative and managed the steady stream of customers while brewing solo. Great job! Highly recommend... cheers!

Mila Coffee is by far one of the best coffee shops in town! They opened a second location in the downtown area, which is located within the Make Ready Market Food Hall. This coffee shop is perfect for anyone that lives and/or works in this side of downtown, since the whole area is super walkable and it is very close to many office buildings. Their building is super cute and very easy to find. They also have plenty of outdoor seating available which is great to enjoy the "spring" weather. I also learned that they validate parking for 2 hours at a parking lot across from the Food Hall. Besides the great location, the coffee is always stellar. They have plenty of options available and the staff is always really nice and welcoming. Overall, they are a five-star local business and can't wait to come back again!

Mila Coffee is in an outpost in the Make Ready Market area. Great coffee and location. Efficient service. Plenty of outdoor seating in the Market area but seems more like a to-go spot.

Very cute coffee stand with plenty of outdoor seating. The baristas were super friendly. I had a vanilla latte that had the flavors perfectly blended into my hot latte. The hubby enjoyed his expresso.

However, when it was finally served, it appeared completely clear, which left me a bit confused about the preparation process. I originally stopped in for the prerolls, but due to a recent ban or restriction, they were unavailable. Unfortunately, the cashier didn't seem very interested in suggesting alternative products or helping me find a comparable option. Overall, the experience didn't leave much of an impression. Between the average drinks, limited product availability, and lack of engagement from the staff, I don't see myself returning.

I stopped by as I was riding through downtown and spotted a parking spot at the entrance. I immediately embraced the vibe as it's a coffee LOUNGE! Both of which I love. They offer traditional coffee drinks and appetizers. I'm n addition, they also offer beer, wine, pastries and cannabis options. In order my usual iced vanilla latte and also order a dandelion/chamomile tea. Service was fast and friendly, like I like it . And the coffee was great! I'll definitely be back when it n the downtown area. I can imagine stopping in more for coffee to accommodate a downtown stroll.

I placed an order and walked to the coffee shop, only to be informed that they were bought out and didn't even have my order or the right ingredients to make it. Instead of a refund, they offered to make me a regular coffee which I declined. I took a long walk just to go there to pay $12 for coffee that didn't exist and a coffee shop that doesn't exist as of 2 weeks ago! They need to take their ordering down and website if they won't fulfill your order. It's absolutely stealing my money!!!!! I tried emailing, calling and asking for a refund in person and I was denied. What a great way to treat someone visiting here!

I got the breakfast croissant with eggs, cheese, chorizo and spinach and it was soo good. The chorizo wasn't too oily and the entire mixture felt well balanced. For two iced lattes, a kid's French toast with berries and an avocado toast with an egg we paid $40. The avocado toast was nothing to rave about. It lacked flavor.. The coffee was good but not the best I've had in San Antonio. The French toast was the best thing we had during the visit. The location itself is what brought us to this location as we wanted to have a morning coffee and allow our little one to have fun at the park next to the business. You do have to park in the garage as it is almost impossible to find street parking. But that's common in this area. They also will not validate your parking so be prepared to pay for your expected time here.
