    Butterscotch cappuccino, cortado

I'm surprised Silhouette Coffee doesn't have many reviews here, though no doubt I'm sure it will pick up once word gets out. Tucked away in the Alta Vista neighborhood, Silhouette is a tiny but mighty coffee shop that is more than it appears. Silhouette sells coffee, matcha, pastries, and bottles of wine. The selection of wine is respectable, and the drinks menu are also your classics as well as some interesting twists. I had the cortado, which was classic. It was very nice paired with my sugar cookie, and I also had a butterscotch cappuccino. Hours later, I'm still deciding if I liked it or not. The myriad of sweet, salty, buttery, and bitter was interesting and maybe a bit indescribable. The barista, Caleb, recommended it, and I do admit he knows more about coffee than I do, so what does my amateur opinion mean anyway? Later on, I had a dragonfruit matcha, and that was refreshing and delicious. I'm pretty happy an acquaintance told me about this place. It's a splendid little jewel that I hope to bring a couple of friends next time.

Great little location that was recommended by my friend. Nice space & roomy to kick back drink your coffee. Nice menu. They have specialty drinks too. Also, I think it's a winery because it was a lot of wine bottles there. You can't go wrong with a winery and coffee in the same building. Service was great & hospitable. The ice Spanish latte was delicious. I like the different spices that was in the coffee and espresso. I enjoyed mines with oat milk.

Great new spot! We checked out Silhouette coffee yesterday and it's safe to say it is one of our new favorite spots! Such a beautiful space with great light and enough seating to be able to hang out and get some work done. The Spanish Latte was delicious along with the blue corn pastry (perfect level of sweetness for both!).

Summer Moon Coffee is great and this location is no exception. They specialize in sweeter, calorically dense, caffeinated beverages, with their signature Moon Milk being a stand out and my usual go to. They offer varying levels of sweetness, so everyone has the opportunity to dial in the beverage to their liking. They offer all the traditional coffee house staples as well, but I haven't personally tried any of those and can't speak to their quality. Prices are comparable to other coffee chains in the area. Ambient noise level inside the cafe was low and would be a well suited location to get some work done or study, several patrons seemed to be doing so. They offer WiFi, and the Verizon 5G signal was very strong inside. This location is a part of the Tripoint complex, shared with the D.R. Semmes Family YMCA and Trinity Baptist Church. Definitely worth stopping by for your caffeine fix after a workout if you're already in the area, but probably not a location I would come to for just the coffee. Things worth knowing ahead of time: They offer a drive through in you're in a hurry or stopping by on your way to work. Their restrooms are located just outside of the cafe area and shared by the church they share the building with.

It is small with a few a handful of tables inside. Most people there were grabbing their coffee to go. They have their normal menu with coffee and Matcha, but they also have specials of the month posted. You could upload whatever picture you want on your coffee or choose from one of their designs. The staff were all super nice and they even redid fix my friends coffee in order to get a better result with picture. Prices are reasonable and about the going rate at every coffee shop. I had the coucou latte. I thought my coffee had a perfect coconut taste to it and it was not too sweet. They can make any of their drinks iced or hot. One thing I wish they had done was give us directions after ordering so we knew to look for a photo to upload while we waited. The matcha drinks were much needed since it was hot outside. Iced Vanilla Brown Sugar Matcha (Large 20 oz $7.25) + Oat Milk ($0.50): Not too sweet and you can actually taste the matcha. My husband preferred this one since it was less creamy and more balanced. Iced Mango Matcha (Large 20 oz $7.25) + Oat Milk ($0.50): Very strong mango flavor and the mango cold foam is quite creamy. A very flavorful drink which I liked but the mango overpowered the matcha a bit.

Coffee Shop No. 512 Through Grace…read moreSan Antonio, TX June 10, 2015 By the time I reached Through Grace, I had already consumed four cortados and a latte. I almost walked past, but something nudged me to step inside--and I'm so glad I did. Out of the 15 coffee shops I visited in San Antonio, this was by far the warmest welcome I received from a barista. This is the kind of shop I'd dream of opening if I ever opened one myself. Faith-inspired, with uplifting scriptures on the walls, it's the perfect spot for a Bible study, catching up with friends, or simply enjoying a quiet solo moment. The atmosphere is light, inviting, and spotless, and the barista went out of her way to engage with every single person who walked through the door. I left with more than just a delicious cortado. I walked away with t-shirts covered in encouraging words, a heart lifted by the experience, and a reminder to put God first and love others well. Enjoying life one cortado at a time!
