I have used Mike's twice in the last couple of months to remove some trees from the backyard. Both experiences have been great. They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and all of this at a very fair price. I will absolutely be using Mike's again and can absolutely recommend him. read more

This was so quick and easy. Requested a quote through yelp. The owner was able to stop by and gave me a quote. We scheduled a time. He came with his crew, and it look less than 30 minutes to clear my very large oak tree's branches away from my roof for a fair price. Would highly recommend! read more

Jason and his team timely arrived to trim 2 large oaks, and remove 1 tree, as well, before the stump grind/removal by Rocky. Mike's Tree Service is very efficient at all that they do. I highly recommend them! read more

Jason was out today with his crew to remove our dead tree. Not only was the price fair but the quality of the job was exceptional! Within half an hour the tree was down--without any evidence (other than the stump cut to ground level) that they had been here. They even redistributed the mulch in my neighbors yard to hide evidence of the wood shavings. We highly recommend Mike's Tree Service! read more

Contacted Mike's Tree Service for a quote for some tree trimming services via Yelp's messenger service. Received a very quick response. Even though I wasn't able to hire them for my job due to scheduling conflicts (I really needed someone to come out the same week and they were tied up for a couple of weeks.), I'd still recommend contacting them for your needs. Will definitely try them again for any future projects of my own. read more

I had two trees in much need of trimming to raise the canopies away from my roof. Jason and his crew did an awesome job for us and they were fast with a quick turnaround. They cleaned up and hauled everything off for less than half what their competitors wanted! Brent's wanted nearly $300 per tree! Mike's took care of both my trees for less than that!!! read more

We have used Mike's Tree Service multiple times over the years - had them out again today and they didn't disappoint! We have multiple Oak and Magnolia trees with an oddly sideways growing Oak that Jason and team have over the years retrained to grow upwards. Jason and crew have always been fast and professional. Estimate was given, no money requested until work done, arrived as promised, and they did a great job

All of the wonderful things I read on Yelp about this company were 100% accurate. I called Jason on a Monday asking if he could quickly manage the trees on one of my rental properties that I planned to put on the market that weekend. Jason went by the house on Wednesday, gave me an extremely reasonable quote, and was able to put me on the schedule for Thursday morning. Jason and his crew arrived on time, were very respectful, did a great job, and cleaned up after them selves. There is really nothing more you could ask for from any service provider. Thanks for being awesome Jason and Crew! read more

Ability to get a quote was easy. Scheduling went well. Jason and the crew showed up on time and did a great job. It's nice having the person that gives you the quote onsite when the work begins so that the crew knows exactly what needs to be done. Will definitely use again for any future tree trimming needs. Jason and hard working crew did a great job trimming our Live Oaks, Arizona Cypress, Montrey Oak and Crape Myrtle. Competitive pricing and excellent work - highly recommended! read more

I hired Mike's Tree Service to trim and clean up five large live oaks on the grounds of my new home. In addition to this major job, they were also tasked with pruning invading limbs from my neighbors elm trees. Four insured competitors were chosen to provide estimates based on their favorable Yelp reviews. Mike's estimate was about a third less than his competition. Jason Brosie represents Mike's (his father) tree service. He climbs trees, trims them and cleans up with the rest of his crew. Throughout the process, Jason listened to concerns and communicated effectively. He successful managed the cranky neighbors who seemed resentful of our removing their invading elm tree limbs. It took the entire day to clean up the live oak trees. His crew was professional and hard working. I will definitely call on Mike's Tree Service again and highly recommend them to anyone requiring a dedicated tree service--big jobs or small. read more

We has a squirrel problem and needed to get trees away from house as well as trees on entire property trimmed up. Called several companies for quotes-- most either didn't call back or waited days before returning calls (bad sign). Jason returned calls promptly, came following day and looked at situation and left proposal. His crew showed up on time as scheduled and work was done as discussed. Property left clean and looking good. Call this company if you need tree work, you will NOT be disappointed read more

What an amazing job they did! We have lots of oak trees at the house we just purchased. Many of them looked horrible because they had not been taken care of and a lot of the branches needed some pruning. They came out and did a fabulous job and cleaned up everything to perfection. The front of the house is so open now and looks gorgeous. I highly recommend using them for any of your needs ! We will be calling them again to do the other side of the property! read more

I cannot recommend Mikes Tree Service enough! My husband and I were throughly impressed with their service and very affordable pricing. Our yards needed lots of work, and we were concerned one of our palm trees may be dead. Jason came out to our house, looked at our palm tree and quoted us for all of the work. He was thorough and informed us that he did not believe our palm tree was dead. We scheduled his earliest appointment for the following week. However, we got lucky and he had a cancellation and he was able to come out earlier. He team was professional and worked quickly and efficiently. When we got our initial quote we forgot to ask about another one of our palm trees, Jason and his team trimmed it up at not additional cost! We could not be happier with the work they did and will be using their services for any future work we may need done. read more

I have used many tree guys for over 20 years. Wish I had found Mikes Tree service first !!!! Our 3rd time to use, always show up when they say, always charge what quoted and do a little extra, and extremely honest. I have many trees and work to be done every season, I will use NO ONE but Mike's !!!!!!!!!. read more

Very poor communication. I tried to schedule a tree removal, but they were weeks out due to storms. Understandable. But it took three days to get an estimate with constant promises of immediacy before they told me that. A few weeks later, I call again and they said they would call me right back once they figured out where I would be on their schedule. No call for two weeks. So I called ANOTHER tree company, had them scheduled to go out and perform the work for less money, and I get a voicemail the next day from Mike's Tree Service that they were en route and taking the tree out one day w/o ever confirming a time with me. I'd written them off as no-shows!! I've had many trees taken out with different companies and never had this kind of disorganization on the other end of the transaction. I would avoid these guys. Quality of the work is fine. Price is maybe too high. But communication was terrible. read more
