Had poor help at the service department. After tires were installed on a relatively new 4runner with under 50k miles with warranty. They ended up breaking 3 out of 4 TPMS sensors. Wanted almost $1100 bucks to fix. Now tell me how it is my fault that when they put on the new tires, balance and alignment on car. Back for drifting to the right, and vibrations between 60 and 65mph. Then they told me to visit Les Schwabb because they have a better balance equipment something called road force. In the end I had to pay for the parts ~ $340 bucks. Plus, other problems like not ordering me a ride back home. Forgot to order parts for a good 10 days, found out once I called again to see what's up. Main Manager emailed wanting to talk but he never returned 2 calls with messages. So, avoid their service dept at all costs, plus they are very expensive compared to other places. ie- Toyota wanted $650 for repair and they wanted $1100, then they said we will match Toyota price. Then just pay for the parts that we broke.... On a side not they drained my battery during working on it all day. I had taken my daughter and her 4-month-old baby out for lunch in Medford and when getting back to our vehicle it would not start and needed a new battery, Toyota was great and did it in 20 mins.!

The price tag on the check was a little over eight grand. The mechanic I took the truck to advised us not to purchase the truck and that the truck would definitely break down sooner than later. What a complete trash company trying to screw people over to make a sale. I'm going to educate everybody in Southern Oregon about this trash auto company. When she called to ask them about this, she was told "It's your problem now, not ours" then hung up on her Her mechanic says it will take another $1000 to get the car to pass the emissions tests. This is a violation of Oregon DMV sales laws. They lied to her and violated state laws . Based on our experience with this business, we regret buying a car from them and will NEVER do it again.
