I've used Valle's twice now and am taking my truck in for a full re-paint. The service is awesome and the prices are comparable. I had our Lexus in for a rear bumper and got a car wash and my head lights buffed out at no extra charge. Later we had rear door damage fixed on the Lexus. Scott was able to save us a couple hundred dollars on the parts by using some of the original undamaged parts. The parts used and the quality of Valle's workmanship will keep us coming back. A friend took his car in with the door handle not working they called next day and he went it they called next day said it was fixed.He went to get it and the window wouldnt open on the same side and door still wasnt fixed on passenger side and the door panel was all scratchedSo they said it would take a few days for a new handle and cable 500.00 and they would have to order it and it would take 3 days to get the part the next the next day they said it was ready still nothing worked.He went home came back the next afternoon and the owner said get out or I will call the police.So my friend went home he is a very loving gentle man never raised his voice.But it's not over I'm taking him to file small claims .The bottom line is dont waste your time he needs to close up and take PR classes.so it was worse then when he took it there this is a man that had a resturant here for 7years and was well loved read more

I was not really pleased with this business my mirror was broken in the accident there replacement vibrated even worse,the paint was over shot,the people were friendly enough.I did not think the work was the best. What bothered me the most was I had to leave town for a family emergency and was late paying them in full,so they went to my home and beat on all my doors for over an hour,scaring my daughter I didn't see this as very professional. read more
