We drive a Jeep Wrangler and had a front end crash. Another car turned in front of us and we t-boned it. Luckily, Jeeps are pretty much indestructible. But, it was right at the start of camping season and we tow the Jeep behind the RV. They worked around our camping schedule to get us in after a trip and out before the next. It looks great and the estimate was spot on. Heck, they even washed the filthy thing. This place is amazing and so is the owner! A week before we were leaving on an extensive road trip, I was involved in a fender bender with a metal post and ripped the wheel cover from the front panel. I was frantic but reached out to DJ's to see how long it would take and if he could get it in fast enough for the repair. He spoke to my partner and this guy was amazing! Although he didn't guarantee anything, due to parts availability and timing, he absolutely came through for us and even personally went to pick up the parts that were needed. I can't thank him enough for saving our trip and my dignity. The paint job was top notch and you can't even see where the problem was and because it involved electronics (which when doesn't it on these new cars), we were afraid that there could be problems on the road, but DJ's did a wonderful job and the price was reasonable, even though we only paid the deductible; we saw the bill and still thought it was reasonable. I recommend that if you have a problem, go see DJ's. You'll be glad you did it and will support a veteran! read more

My car was hit in my work parking lot (2022 GR86) in the driver front fender while parked. The car had only 7k miles on it and I hadn't had it for a year yet. I thought it would never look right because most of the body and paint work I had seen as a automotive tech of 14yrs had been very noticeable. I was told to take my car to DJ's Bump & Paint by multiple people as they had said they did the best work. I set a time with Dirk at the shop for an estimate which only took 15min. Unfortunately my car was so new the parts were on back order. I got a text from Dirk saying they could get the car in last week and I dropped it off Monday. He updated me on the status of the car the next day and even sent a picture of it after paint. I picked up on Wednesday afternoon. I immediately looked over the car before going inside to see if I could tell they had worked on it. I honestly could not tell it had a fender replaced and had been painted except for one small spot on the door near the mirror. The paint color and metallic flake was perfect and the fender gap to hood was identical to the other side. I showed dirk the spot on the door and he told me they would fix it the following week after the paint cures. I work on cars for a living and I can tell when body repairs have been done. Paint rarely matches correctly. Dirk and his team do outstanding work and they clearly stand by it as it was no hesitation to fix the one small fish eye I found. I would highly recommend DJ's to anyone who cares about the craftsmanship and quality of body repairs and paint to their vehicle. read more

Holy. Cow. I haven't seen service like this forever. Showed up to get an estimate for a small dent. He asked me how much work I'd like done....just no dent, or no dent plus paint? I said I'd just like the door to work...the scratch was very minor. He said, "Wait a minute", went inside and came back out with a miracle tool. Worked this tool 6-8 times and the door worked good as new. I followed him toward the door and asked how much, and he said don't worry about it. I had heard he was a nice guy from our insurance company. Cannot recommend him highly enough. I wouldn't expect free, but I bet he's very fair. read more
