No breaker or fuse was thrown or burnt out. 12 volt didn't kick in. No electric, no water, no nutin', but the power was still running the greenhouse and shed. (???) We called Tim and Ed (at Brothers RV Repair) after a number of other useless calls. We had happened to save their info from a post on FB "Rogue Valley Sales" group site. They answered immediately, pretty much had the situation figured out before we were off the phone and brought every contingency measure that they had at their disposal to alleviate our concerns. They got here within an hour and a half, looked it over, checked connections, output and such, fiddled with converter, replugged in the power cord and "Voilá", back in business! What a RELIEF. They stayed ample time to talk to us to make suggestions on what we might want to do to so it didn't happen again. Their knowledge was great and pointed out the general problem, which wasn't theirs to repair, (power pole). But we got good working information we felt very confident about. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. They are HEROs in our book.

When I called, they tried to sell me a DC DC charger when the new van already had this lithium compatible item installed!!! Now, on a trip over 1000 miles from home, it sits in a shop so an actual RV repair man can correctly wire the batteries to the charger and the chassis. They immediately found it was wired incorrectly. I'll be calling the manager here as soon as I get this repair in writing and the bill, and will pursue a refund for the install since they couldn't do this correctly AND tried to sell me a part my van already had!! Really crappy service and here I am on vacation without a van. Don't go here for service. Edit- someone from Johnson RV reached out and stated they spoke to the service place that fixed their mistake, and they will not be compensating me for anything, basically. They have denied installing anything incorrectly. My review stands- it should not take two visits anywhere to simply install two lithium batteries correctly. This happened either during moving it into their service bay or by parking it amongst the other vehicles in their "lot". Their lot consists of a dirt path in a weeded field. packed with other vehicles at the time. The owner's daughter denied that our vehicle was dented and damaged by her employees implying that we dented it ourselves during an 8 mile trip back to our home. Then her insurance companied also denied our claim. But we discovered that they damaged someone else's coach in the same manner. His coach was repaired, but not ours. This company is no doubt attempting to protect their insurance rates by denying another liability claim. They have lied to me on 2 other occasions during service, although not as serious as this issue.

Took trailer home and 4 months…read moreinto it the trailer wrap is coming off, panels popped out of the staples, wrinkled and bubbles wallpaper all over, bubbles in the ceiling through out trailer wrinkled vinyl on fireplace, bathroom door won't latch closed shower surround coming off wall, three bulging areas now after moving the trailer. Rubber in seams outside popping up and coming off, water leaking inside trailer when rains! Under carriage coming down with globs of foam/rubbing bulging out. I was told they changed their name to blue compass from Blue dog rv so they can delete all the negative reviews they have. Took trailer back to service sept and They now are shipping my Trailer back east to the manufacturer because it has to be rebuild. The structure isn't sound which was causing the bulges by 1x 6's. Three different ones. Bed room door frame shifted. People in the office said "this trailer is a piece of sh*t"! Their words..... I've had this trailer Making 350.00 a month payments for 1.5 yrs. NEVER have I been able to used it and they have had it 11 months plus after contacting the manufacturer they are shipping it back east for repairs because the service dept submitted for over 20K of work needed to be done. So now they will have it over 3 months and I'm still having to make payments! Blue compass/dog makes tons of money on these broken trailers! DO NOT GET CONNED buying a trailer there! Or Any broken trailer needing repairs before u buy'!
