Aplands Auto Body is a fraud! Aplands scammed us and hurt our family. Gerad from Aplands returned our family an unsafe vehicle that was not repairedand dangerous to drive. Gerad from Aplands held our vehicle for ransom refusing to allow us to retrieve it unless we paid thousands of dollars in ransom money he was already paid by our insurance company. Gerad and Aplands are actively committing fraud. Gerad called police targeting our injured son and terrified my wife and myself. I am 80! Our familt wil use the law to recover our ransom money we were forced to pay Never take your vehicle here. Aplands Auto Body are crooks! And the biggest fraud in the Rogue Valley! I went to Apland's because my insurance referred me to them. They did a good job fixing my car. They even finished earlier than they said they would. Everything was fine until I realized that one of my rear headrests was missing. Part of this was my fault because I didn't pay attention when I picked up my car. I didn't even realize that until a few days later. So my husband called & asked about it. The person he talked to asked their employee whom worked on my car about the headrest. He said that he didn't remove anything from my car. Both, my husband & I checked again in case it was somewhere in the car. It wasn't. So I emailed Travis for him to double check & asked the person whom cleaned my car. Maybe he took it off & forgot to put it back. It's been a few days, & he ignored my email. When they were working on my car, they always replied to my emails right away. I think it was rude for him not to say anything. Another thing, when we came to pick up my car, they parked my car on their front parking lot (for public parking) unlocked. I was shocked they didn't even bother to lock my car. Anybody could just open my car & steal whatever things in my car. So if you drop off your car there, make sure to check everything & make them verify that everything is there. I took my 2020 Cadillac to Apland's to get the hood repaired from many rock chips. I left the car with them for a week. When I picked the vehicle up on July 3, 2022, the whole inside of my Cadillac was coated in a white powder. My driver's seat had white paste embedded in the little holes of the seat. The floors and gas pedal and side panels were covered in while paste. It took me 5 hours to detail my car when I got it home. I have photos to prove all the damage they had left me. I sent the business an email. No one acknowledge me. So, I called the business on Tuesday July 7, 2022 and spoke with one of the employees. He was very rude and said what do you want from us. It sounds like you already detailed your car so what do you want us to do. I asked who the owners were. The next day I sent a card with the photos to the owners in the mail stating the issue I had with their business. Well today is July 31, 2022, and not a single person or owner has gotten ahold of me. I would not recommend Apland's to anyone and I will continue to talk about my experience to anyone who is thinking about using Apland's. My photos say it all. read more

Had my porsche painted. Ripples start appearing. They boast a lifetime warranty. 1st time engine lid. 2nd time a bubble on the trunk and now the ripples are on the driver's door. Thus was a $7000 paint job. They now won't cover the redo. When going to someone who specializes in paint and repair, I'm hoping they know what they are doing. Their word is not their bond. When showing the car, people will know who did this lousy job! No more referrals from my wife's insurance company. read more

I've never been spoken to in such an unkind , derogatory, demeaning manner as Jim speaks to me there at Apland's. I had body work done, they took twice the quoted amount of time for the repair, Jim was rude the through the whole process. They didn't secure the under carriage of my car well at all and now I'm having problems with it, and Jim once again it trying to blame it on me. I have used Aplands Auto body several times over the years and have never been upset with the work or the price. The give estimates so you are always able to go check around on the price. The get your car done when they say it will be and I have had no trouble with paint or the body work. I have never had a car with any major damage however so I have only had minor things fixed. Jim and the crew were very fast to fix my 2007 Toyota 4Runner following a rear end accident in GP. Although Geico wasn't particularly upfront on the parts they authorized and had installed, when I called them on it, Aplands jumped right through the hoop and did the whole job again.
