AVOID A BODY SHOP THAT WILL CUT CUSTOMERS THROATS! My problem with Mock's is their getting involved with the cause of the accident, I hit an object that fell off of a truck and took out my rear tire which then took out my rear quarter panel, Mock's took it upon themselves to tell my insurer that they felt my tires had too much wear and should have been able to hold together, which is naturally what an insurance company wants to hear that its the drivers fault so they can raise your rates. It's none of their business to get involved with the cause of the accident and tell the insurance company exactly what they want to hear which is none of Mocks business in the first place! ABOVE & BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE! They were super accommodating to my schedule and provided a quote via email that I could easily share with my friend. They ordered my part and let me know when it came in so that I could be without my car for the shortest period of time possible. When I got my car back, it looks NEW - maybe even BETTER than new. The additional detailing and cleaning didn't hurt either. Their price for a new bumper and the work was not at all ridiculous either. read more

I have used Mocks before and had a good experience and a bad one. I had repair work on the back of my truck and it was a good job. i took that same truck to have a new driver side door latch put on and when I picked it up the window would not work. they said it came in there like that. I had just stopped at McDonalds through the drive thru and got a soda. I told them it was working just fine and they wouldnt take care of it. They told me to go to Mocks Ford to get it fixed. I was quoted several hundred dollars. I took it to Grants Pass Toyoata and they said when the door was taken apart the wiring was pinched. They fixed it for $35 and it continues to work. I was rearended and took my truck to them and I told them the Insurance company already paid me and said I could get it fixed anywhere I wanted to or not at all. I went there to get a quote and the quote was kinda shaky. I went back later and their main estimator redid it and it was much higher. He said I could just get a new bumper and leave some of the small dings since it was an older truck with other dings and that would save me the $500 deductible which was going to be hard for me to pay. I said great. lets do that and the guy was checking when he could get a bumper and was suppose to call me back. he never did. after 4 attempts I finally got him and he said the manager said they had to do all the work or not at all. I said I could have what ever parts I wanted to get fixed and replaced and why did you give me the idea in the first place. I told them I was done with them. Their customer service and lying is just too much for me to have any confidence in them. I will certainly let my friends and family know to steer clear of that place. read more

This was my second visit to Mock's Body Shop. First time was about 6 months ago and they repaired our motorhome rear compartment and end cap to perfection. The fiberglass work was great. They worked with our insurance company and made it easy for us. Second time was last week. I could not find a leak near the driver's entry door and brought it to them. Erik and his crew sealed between the door frame and the body and think they got it. They put in a couple of hours and drove it to our house because it was snowing. NO CHARGE !! How about that ? Frankly I don't care if they got the leak. I will test it in a few days when it warms up and I can hose the area down. Erik did say to bring it back if not corrected. If it still leaks I will go to a nearby RV service center and let them do it. Mock's did enough....and than some. I am impressed by their customer service. read more
