Took my very dirty, bug covered car for a wash. I arrived at a time that was not busy, was able to pull straight in & was helped right away. Since I had not been here before, the lady went thru all my options of the services available & I made my choices. The service was fast, my car was cleaner than it had been in months. It was a little expensive but worth getting the interior taken care of as I usually neglect that when I wash it myself. I recommended them to my neighbor & she went a few days later. My one visit here was simultaneously the most expensive car wash I have ever had and yet the least clean my car has ever left a car wash. Bugs left all over the front end, side mirror not cleaned, back window not wiped down well, overuse of tire dressing ran off and got elsewhere on the car, and still had bugs on the front window. I didn't see any pricing posted outside. I wasn't given one orally when i handed over my keys. I had to wait until my car was in the wash process and i was paying inside to learn that an inside & outside wash along with tire dressing was just under $50. The staff was friendly. But for premium prices, I expect better service than than what was provided. read more

I took my Tacoma into the shop because the air conditioner was blowing HOT with the fan off and the temp control all the way cold. $725.00 in labor and one 50.00 part was the total cost of it NOT being fixed properly. I got it back, it still blew hot air under the same circumstance, took it back. I was told it was fixed, that i must have bad JUJU AND was told they drove it 68 miles to Medford and back from Grants Pass for a test drive. This is an old 2003 Tacoma; I don't even drive it that far trying to save the miles and preserve this pickup as long as possible because I need it to get into my remote workstation. I was aghast at how far they drove it without my permission thinking and trusting a test drive wouldn't include driving to another city and back? I needed to drive it today, i went less than a mile before it the air conditioner quit and it blew hot air again until i got home. I really do not like being told my vehicle is fixed when it's clearly not plus being told it's my fault, i have bad JUJU so both my kids who drove it blowing HOT air, we all have bad JUJU!! The disrespect was awful, and I will never take anything back to this place. read more

I had my car detailed at Paradise Auto Center. They did an excellent job. My car was a 2007 Nissan. The interior was light tan. It was very soiled. They were able to getting looking new. Another thing is my headlights were all cloudy. They used a special grinder with cement. The headlights look brand new and are supposed to last a long time. Couldn't be happier. read more

Today I went to get my car washed and the inside detailed, they did an ok job but I had a small trinket on my dash that had some sentimental value to it. It was on my dash when I left my car and when I returned, it was gone. I returned and asked the owner if maybe it had gotten thrown away or sucked up in the vacuum? She didn't know and the lady that cleaned my car didn't know anything or spoke any English. So word of advice is to not leave anything in your car that holds any sentimental value, even if it's just a pine cone. read more

Go here for a no nonsense oil change where they will not try to upsell you and scam you for things you don't need. They are fast, efficient, and most of all good at what they do. 5 Stars is not enough for today's service we received. We have been having our truck washed here for several years and they do pretty good. They still miss little areas but I don't complain. After traveling for the last 6 weeks, the truck was pretty dirty. Gave it to the for an hour and they did terrific. The truck is as nice as when I took it off the showroom floor. Their employees are courteous and boy can they clean a truck. Good job guys read more

My car hasn't had a good wash in a while and came out like new! I definitely recommend this facility!

A full detail inside and out is currently $225, which is a little pricy in my opinion, but it was so worth it. We have 2 huskies and go on a lot of road trips, so there was a lot of dog hair. There's not a single dog hair left in my car. High quality work. I also dropped my car off and they were able to do the oil change next door for $43. Took my car to get it washed for the first time here, and I thought they did a really good job! They took their time, and did not rush it, and I could tell it was done decently. Was it as good as I could have done it myself? No. I detail it myself. Talk about disappointed. When I shell out over $100 to have my car thoroughly cleaned, I don't really expect to find dust, lint, and hair still clinging to every surface. And I don't call spraying the exterior with water and swiping a cloth over it a full wash. If I have to spend 10 minutes rubbing all the missed dirt off my car, you didn't do a very good job. Seems like most of the people coming here have ranch trucks covered with months worth of grime - even a poorly done wash makes a huge difference in that case. And I realize there is a sign that states they are not responsible for valuables, but should I really expect my loose change to be swiped? What are you going to do with 27 cents? Would not recommend, will not be coming back. read more

I took my Ford F150 truck in for a# 3 package. It took them an hour and a half to get it done and I had them install new windshield wipers. When I got home I had to redo the dashboard and floor mats and mirrors and vacuum the floors and the door panels and the Nerf bar's and the tires . All were filthy. I called to complain and the guy that answered transferred me to the manager of the day and she would not answer my call and never returned my call. read more

We paid 300$ for one of our trucks to be completely detailed. They missed half of the windows and out side trim. Never touched the inside or outside of sunroof. And on top of that truck ended being towed home waiting to see what's wrong with it, it drove fine going in. My husband called and talked to them the lady was beyond rude. I would give zero stars if allowed but let me explain why and why I'm saddened for having to do so! I've been to this oil change a handful of times and everyone's been friendly, and helpful but what happened has zapped any chance of me going for repeat service. My last and final experience wasn't up to par. The employee wasn't very friendly, more like he didn't want to be there. But in the end I don't care, give me my oil change and I'll be on my way, this isn't some 5 star restaurant. But I will not tolerate over filling my oil, OVER AN INCH OVER THE HASH MARKS. That puts pressure on the engine and so much that it is leaking from the top of my head gasket and leaves an oil spot wherever I park. I will not be going to this establishment again and I will never recommend. The employee checked the dip stick but allowed me to leave! That is horrible! read more

Great place! Love these guys. Bill has helped me twice with a stupid engine light that goes on but means nothing. And no charge. Now I go there for all my oil changes and I love the fact they do not try to up-sell me. I hated that at the quickie places. They change the oil and I trust them that if something is really bad, they will let me know. I swear those other places try to up-sell me a new engine!!! My ranger has been sitting on the farm all winter long, I took it in to paradise for the hand wash cleaning because it was caked with mud and dust (both inside and out). I recently purchased a truck that had been sitting in Portland rain for a while, so it had a fair bit of grime and moss in the gutters, etc. I paid $23 to have them wash it. They cleaned the windows quite well, but didn't even touch the truck body. There were obvious places that should have been cleaned and it basically looked like they just splashed water on it and cleaned the windows. The bed of the truck was not even touched. Very disappointed and will never take anything back there. read more

Service was fine. Did nothing more than change oil and filter for $35. Would have thought I'd get other fluids checked or something for that price. Their iPad was dead so they had a hard time getting me out of their building with payment. Paperwork said they checked everything but I sat and watched them and they didn't check anything. Poorly run establishment. Estimated car wash time: 1 hour. Actual: 2 hours 15 minutes. Unacceptable. Very understaffed. There should have been at least 2 people preparing vehicles for washing. There should be 3-4 people to dry, windows, tire dressing.. The employees telling customers the wash will take 1 hour should talk with the end employees to give customers a more accurate estimate. When there is an employee shortage, the owner shouldn't be pulling an employee off the line to take cases of water out of his truck to stock the office. Really? The quality and price of the car wash is not bad. The real problem is they are slow. It sometimes takes up to an hour. The place is also very noisy. I will say that the same type of service in San Diego was a bit cheaper and half the time. read more

Been using this car wash for a couple of years and they did an "ok " job but today was enough to make me search for another. It took us 1/12 hours to get a basic wash. Watched 2 employees vacuum a vehicle in front of mine for 45 minutes. They also pushed at least6 cars through in front of me. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the service I received. Also while waiting 2 employees left apparently finishing their shift. That was at one o'clock in the afternoon. I know things are slow in Oregon but this was rediculous!!! read more

Needed a turn signal light replaced. I went in asked if they did this service. Was told yes. They took out the old got a new one and showed that it worked to me even before they completed the install. FAST pleasant experiance. Will contunue with their service . Last time I was here, my wash was crappy..I gave them benefit of the doubt. Today I went back with a dirty car, ( a new Outback ) I paid $32.00 for the Works ! Wash, detailing of interior and mats, windows, tires and wheels ..etc. well, after a 45 minute wait I get in my car and quickly see the windows are dirty, wiped with a dirty rag. The " interior detail" was a fast wiping with a cloth with some ArmorAll on it but they missed more than they hit. I went home and spent an hour cleaning the wheels. More missed than cleaned.....cleaned all windows again, and cleaned all of the black external trim that they sort of got with that Armorall rag....man..never again...$32.00 ????????? read more
