I paid for a full service cleaning, when I got home I noticed a bunch of very obvious splatters and smudges in the interior they failed to clean. When I took it back to get it redone, they still didn't get it all. I should've looked more closely the second time, but I thought "there's no way they would do the same thing again." read more

We came across town because this car wash had good reviews. We arrived 15 minutes before closing time, took our things out of the bed of the pickup and they proceeded to tell us they were closed. We went down to Surf thru across the street and had way better service! read more

Good service. Cleaned and dried the car. Very friendly. Reasonable prices. Good job. I would recommend

There are honestly way too many car washes in this area, but this is the one that actually stands out. The quality here is consistently great--my car comes out spotless every time, inside and out. The staff is efficient, friendly, and clearly cares about doing the job right instead of rushing cars through. With so many options nearby, it says a lot that I keep coming back here. If you're trying to decide which car wash is actually worth it, this is the place to go. read more

Quench & Drench - Castrol Premium Lube Express - Car Wash Near Me - Medford, Oregon

I've used a lot of different car washes in Medford, most spray a little bug juice on the car then send you through. The wash rarely gets all the bugs and stuck on debris off the car. Quench and Drench is fantastic! They completely wash your car by hand before sending it through the soft cloth wash, then they completely hand dry it! My car is always spotless when they are done. I can't recommend Quench and Drench enough! read more

As usual, my service was quick, but left the car sparkling and the towel dry exit is exceptional. Friendly staff, great value overall!

Awesome customer service with oil change and checking and replacing air filter and cabin filter at reasonable price and wonderful car wash and added interior detail. Made my daughter's car look like new. Get your car oil change and get xtras here. Very reasonable prices too! Steve read more

Always come here for full service wash-inside and out. They do a great job! I've gone to other car washes in town and they don't compare. So glad I found this gem! read more

Quick, thorough, usually have a discount, best car wash towel dry in city. No strong oversell, just good reminders. Complete records. Need to stay competitive with pricing. read more

Though the prices are not the cheapest in the valley, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Very good quality wash with hand cleaning before going through the car wash itself, and hand drying afterward. I recommend bringing money to tip the hardworking crew. read more

This firm offers competitively priced, incredibly fast, engaging services, without trying to upsell 20 times per visit. They literally consume less than half of the time required at other "boutique" on a little bit oil garages. It is refreshing that they are in the oil change business, not the upsell business. read more

I can't believe how clean my car is. Best in and out detail my Subaru has ever had. They worked really hard and got 99 per cent of the dog hair out. Tip worthy. Nice crew! I've said enough!! read more

Driving through after picking up tons of bugs on the road trip. Got the exterior car wash and was not disappointed. The crew did a great job of getting the car super clean. read more

Great car wash, they took extra pride in getting our car clean. Staff was friendly and efficient.

On a budget and looking for an oil change. Stopped in and these guys found a way to get me exactly what I needed for a GREAT! price. Quick efficient service with a free high caliber car wash, sure I vacuumed my own car but they pre-sprayed my car their machine did a great job cleaning & waxing then they wiped it down. I would be back even without the discount card they gave me. read more

So glad their full wash service is back as it wasn't offered for parts of 2020 due to COVID. On a nice day it's great to wait on the lovely patio while your car interior gets the cleaning attention it desperately needs. read more

Awesome service!! Guys were extremely professional and great great customer service!! Traveling thru Medford with a rental car and had three days of travel gunk on the car. One regular wash at $10bucks did the trick. I had to tip at the start and finish! Support this business folks!! read more

Love this place. Great service! No appointment necessary. They offer so much more than an oil change and car wash. Loyal for life.

This is the best car wash I've ever been to and definitely the best deal. They hand wash before the drive thru wash and then hand dry it afterwards and you get a vacuum included with it. Drying and wiping it down kept it from getting dirty driving home. read more

This place is great! Oil changes, wiper blade, etc. Prices are competitive and the staff is so polite! They make my 2008 dirty Ford truck look amazing! I highly recommend Quench & Drench! Wish the had one closer to my house. I met the owner this morning, what a nice gal! read more

Low cost and good quality car wash. Services range from basic roll through car wash or detailed wash and quick polish. Solid car wash spot outside of a professional detail. If you are ever in this area and in need of a car wash, they will not disappoint. read more

Super great staff. Very friendly and helpful and even did an extra perk (cleaned my wheels) without charging because they were short handed but happened to have a minute to take care of my car. I tried to tip but he wouldn't let me. I don't live in Medford but if I did I would definitely go back. Thanks! read more

I have been using this company for over 10 years with 3 different vehicles now. The service techs are always honest, professional, and straightforward. They have never tried to up-sell me anything that I don't need and always recommend what I do need. Besides awesome service, they are fast and efficient. Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle to be serviced here. read more

I've been a regular customer at Q&D for years. Their service is always top notch. In mid-June of 2015 we took our 1998 Ford Escort in for an oil change and car wash before heading on a trip to Portland. As we were about the enter the car wash, one of the attendants slipped and caught himself on the driver's side mirror breaking the housing. The manager immediately took down the information on the car and said they would replace the mirror. It took a bit of time to get a replacement for a 17 year old car, but once it arrived, the manager called and told us they would install the new mirror as soon as we could get there. In less than 45 minutes after we arrive, they had replaced the broken mirror with a shinny new one. Customer service like that is rare these days. Thanks guys! You're the greatest. read more

Great place to get an oil change - friendly service, professional environment, and if you want $10 off, go to valpack.com and print off a coupon. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received and will be going there again for my oil changes. Would highly recommend these guys! read more

The young men that work here always seem to give 100%. Lots of attention to detail even when they are busy. Just all over great customer service. read more

My car had water spots and it was really dirty I hadn't washed it in 5 months and and it was super dirty and so I got the Works wash and it cleaned it right off. Cleaned my whole car all the water spots and they even scrub the main parts of the car before you enter the wash and it was super shiny after the works wash for only $15! Would go here over any other car wash in medford anytime. read more

Jonathan and Joe are AMAZING. Super friendly with thorough but fast service. I was walked through my oil change and all that came with it, WHILE they started the work. I was in and out in about 20 minutes WITH a free car wash gift card at the end. I will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed again. read more

In town for several days, I looked at all the car washes to see which had the best reviews. This one did, and it was well worth it! I got just a basic wash using the coupon on-line for just $8. For that, several guys scrubbed my car before it went into the wash, took off my antenna for me, & gave me a damp rag to wipe the inside. At the end, a couple of other guys dried my car, and reinstalled my antenna. I asked if they had vacuums, and the guy drying said I should have gotten a token at the start. He ran to the other end of the wash to get me a token for the vacuums. Great vacuum with great suction. WOW! I wish I lived here so I could come here more often. This was fantastic. read more

This is a great place to get your car washed. I have been to several washes in the medford area & this place is my favorite Their service is awesome. I hardly waited at all to get in, the communication is superb & they all do a great job in each department (the scrubbing, the drying & the inside maintenance & detailing). Another big plus is that you can get your oil changed here too!! I'll be back here again. read more

My first time here to wash my car. Staff are very friendly . Quick service! i will always come here! read more

This is a pretty O.K. place to get your oil changed. Mostly because there is pretty much no other place to get that done here. I am used to going to Oil Can Henry's and Meineke and they don't have either of those anywhere in the Southern Oregon area (I think the nearest Oil Can Henry's is in Grants Pass...? or something). Paid about 40$ for a regular oil change for my 16 year old car (which I no longer have. RIP "Speedy") which is a lot for me, as I usually would have coupons for those places I mentioned earlier so I would pay around 20 bucks instead of the usual 39.99. They also give you a complimentary car wash voucher! And their waiting area/lobby is comfortable. Complimentary popcorn and coffee inside, and it's cozy warm (I went in there when it was cold and rainy). I'm sure they have A/C in summer too. Overall a good place to go! They explain what they suggest you get done in your car. They don't try to shove it down your throat (like at Oil Can Henry's). They also do quick work. I was in and out in around or less than 15 minutes. read more

Not surprised to see others rate Quench and Drench so highly. Been going here since we moved here. Oil change and car wash never disappoint. I only go here to detail my vehicle. Really like everyone I speak with who works there; I agree with Philippa M's review - they are "always polite, friendly and professional" and noticed the turn over is very low with the employee's. read more

This place was quick, provided good customer service, and the free car wash was a plus!! I definitely recommend them! :)

The staff is very friendly, however they left the inside very dirty and I paid for inside and out. It seriously only needed a wet towel in the leather but I guess they don't do that. Now I have to clean it myself after paying them $35 read more

Excellent customer service, extremely nice and helpful, not to mention you get some quality eye candy while your car is being washed/serviced. The exterior of our car could have been cleaned a little more finely around the trims, but they did a great job on the interior! The inside was filthy, smelly and gross after doing Pine to Palm, but these guys really took care of the interior and any stains on the interior of the trunk they could not get out, they made sure to show and tell us about it. I was extremely impressed and appreciative of their honesty. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car wash. read more

I really like the hand wash & dry. They by far (IMO) have the best wash tunnel in the valley. But as of lately, it's like they got rid of a bunch of the good guys who worked here, the ones who seemed to actually like and take pride in their job. Now it's people (yes, still somewhat nice) who are clearly here for a paycheck and that's it. It kind of took away from the experience here. I'm sitting here now writing this, getting the full detail, so obviously I think it's still worth the time. It's just a shame they lost some great employees. read more

Wow! I had my car cleaned, inside and out, and the result was just short of a detailing. These guys did a fine job and I shall return.

This place is the best always very nice and they always have the time to explain how things work and not pushy about add on service
