Bill, the manager at this location is rude, aggressive, confrontational, and extremely unprofessional. This has been my regular station for years and I have only had positive experiences with the various employees, Bill however has always made me uncomfortable. Unfortunately after today's interaction I will not be going there again. I do not feel that a paying customer should ever be cursed at or falsely accused of damaging property. My vehicle cleared under the 7' guide bar, I went through the car wash without incident, my truck was still dirty so I stopped to let them know and Bill came to my car, leaned in yelling that, "I broke his f*ck!ng machine and that he had photographic evidence." I called a supervisor who came to mediate. It was found that I in fact had not damaged the machine and Bill had kept a part that he admitted to holding from a previous incident when the machine had been damaged. He lied repeatedly until he found that their was a passenger in my vehicle who had witnessed the entire ordeal. read more
