If you have to get tires at any Les Schwab, always choose to get any other Les Schwab possible than this one they tell you time frames that are unrealistic they will make you wait an hour or two for a $20 patch. They don't care at all and when you even calmly try to discuss it with them, the little girl behind the counter gets an attitude who should never be working a customer service or she can't handle that as well as the guy that I used to trust with my vehicle seems to all of a sudden have a problem, this place is trash. It is garbage I used to love Les Schwab this This one just made me hate Les Schwab forever once again do not bring your vehicles to this place go to the one in Ashland, where they do great service go to the one in Medford where you can get mediocre service but still better than this garbage they should fire that little lady behind the counter. No one will answer the phone. I have called 10 times this morning- nothing. My insurance called this morning to pay the yard fees and arrange pickup to a service yard after a wreck. The employee said the vehicle will not be released unless I'm present. When I try to call back with the insurance company, he says no one will be in the office until later. read more

One of the main drivers is a real evil person. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I told him I was on my way along with a police officer and he said if somebody came along and needed something he was going to leave I told him we were going to be there just a few minutes when I called him back he was extremely disrespectful and rude and told me he left already and he was going to help somebody that was going to give him $150 I even offered him $20 just to wait 5 minutes and he would not do it. Because of that one guy I will never use that place. And I've had about five other people say the same thing. So I had to have a police officer go there and retrieve the stuff I needed out of the car and he didn't even get everything that I asked for I believe it was possibly because the guy might have stolen it out of the car. That would be the only thing that would make sense for him to be so rude to me and then not be there when I told him I was showing up 10 minutes later after I got off the phone with them. Long story short I was victim of a scam somebody sold a car and reported it stolen 6 months later so it was in there impound and I had proof that it wasn't stolen out of their driveway like the police report said because I literally had receipts of tires that I had put on it and oil changes from months before. Of course the guy could have done whatever he wanted to and not let me in but he didn't have to be so rude treated me like I was a criminal even though I was the one that was the victim. And then wouldn't even wait for me after he told me to get a police officer or a written consent to come and grab the stuff out of the car. read more

Called for help with a pretty tricking problem. Came within minutes and pulled the truck out of a concrete irrigation ditch. Turned to sharp and high centered on the rocks surrounding the box. Used to be good? Completely undependable now! Travelled 30 miles from Cave Junction for a maintenance appointment to learn they had taken a tow job instead and told "He had to go. There's only two of us here, he said he would call you". When I had previously Tried to change that appointment the day before to two days later it was "Oh, no we already have appointments all day". Never called. Reading other reviews it looks like up until 2017 they Did give good customer service (if you were a woman) . No More. Maybe he picked the tow job over me because I DON'T wear a skirt. Helllo!! If you have an appointment and someone calls for a tow you say "Sorry we are busy now....You will have to call elsewhere. DUH! read more

Great customer service! Every time I come get gas, they fill my tank fast and clean my windows. If my car starts acting funny, all I have to do is drive up and get it checked out. I'm in and out speedy quick. Never have any problems! I will never go anywhere else. The dog there is pretry great too! read more

The workers are awesome but the younger owner is a real ass! I get gas there all the time, needed a jumpstart and he charged me $55 dollars to jumpstart my vehicle with his jumper box. I will never go there again! read more

If I could give a negative 100 I would. A truck hit me and I was being transported by ambulance. Before they loaded me I had my keys, but Car was unlocked. My purse was thrown in the impact. Fairgrounds towing say they have 24 hr surveillance. The stated they locked my car at the tow yard and I didn't get out of the hospital before they closed. I was at the FAIRGROUNDS TOW YARD the next day by 10 am. I unlocked my car with my keys. I have a car alarm system. My purse contents were dumped out of all wallet and card holders. All of my meds were stolen, that had a street value over $1,000 . My $53 was gone every penny. (Every penny). The Owner Randy refused to let me look at the video and said he didn't have time. I pray my pain pills that were stolen aren't being sold to teens. Pain pills are dangerous if not monitored. Fairgrounds towing didn't keep my purse safe while they were in it, before locking it. I feel Violated! read more

I would rate them 0 stars if I could! We brought our truck into their shop and they totally ripped us off. They called, leaving a voicemail, to tell us the total cost and once we got there they told us it would cost more. For the amount of work that was done, the price we had to pay was completely unreasonable. I will never bring any vehicle back here again and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more
