Terry the Fuel Center manager treated me like a toddler when I asked him for assistance. I was having trouble getting my fuel points to show up after entering my number. Apparently, I interrupted him having a conversation with a friend to ask and he turned incredibly condescending, acting like I've never been to a gas station before. As a supervisor at another store and someone who's lived in Grants Pass before, I would never tolerate my associates acting like a customer is wasting their time asking for help, let alone another community member. The issue was resolved when I scanned my card instead of my number, but I have never had that problem before at other Fuel Centers. As a manager, he should be well aware of the "Friendly" element of the company's promise. Also, at his age, you would think he would know how to respect others unless he wants to be treated like a brain dead moron, too. Probably the rudest person I've ever met at a Fuel Center location. Great gas prices but long lines. The lines are longer than necessary because, during Covid, you have to get your gas pumped by an attendant. Therefore, instead of having more attendants, they close off a bum chair of pumps and it bottlenecks in long lines. Of course you still hand them your credit card which they touch with their gloved hands that have touched everyone else's cards. Not sure how that is different from touching a pump. How about you open all the pumps and have those same number of attendants wipe the handles and buttons between customers or provide wipes at each pump for sanitizing? read more

Gas here is cheap and the service is great, but not excellent as it sometimes takes awhile to get to a pump and for staff to pump gas as they have so many other people to help. I really wish that they would help assist with window washing as I am short and it is hard for me to wash the windshield in my SUV. read more

Service is good. The only thing is, is that fuel is much cheaper at Seven Feathers (where we are now going to fill up).

This is pretty much the only gas station I go to in town because the prices are the best. Usually you have to wait in a semi-annoying line of cars, but it's not too terrible. I think its worth it to save a few shekles, but that's me. The people that work there seem to know what they are doing and are professional. Never had a bad experience, so I'll continue to get my gas there. read more

Pretty good. The discount with the club card is nice (if you can manage to get enough points in the allotted time) My main complaint is as I was heading out for a long road trip I pulled in for a fill-up. I didn't realize until I was on the freeway that I only got half a tank. Usually I would have noticed right away but I was anxious to get down the road. Really annoying to have to stop again (and pay significantly more) Of course I had club card points and used the discount up on less than half a tank of fuel. read more

It can be quite packed at times; only becuase they tend to have the lowest gas prices around!

The entrance to the pumps can be a little challenging when the store and pumps are busy. It is not located in the most optimal area. The price of the gas is very competitive to the surrounding station. read more

We've been to this gas station a couple of times and the attendants are friendly and prompt you to use your Fred Meyer rewards. The station doesn't have a convenience store but has walk up chilled drinks and sales of auto related items like wind shield wiper fluid, oil, as well as as seen on TV items? If you need drinks or snacks the Fred Meyer store is across the parking lot. They sell live bait here as well. Pumps are always busy we suspect because FM gas is the same as ARCO pricing and it is a relatively clean station. It is an easy in and out to hop on the freeway or head to town. Great prices, especially if you shop at Fred Meyer and have their debit or credit card. Everyone is quick and very nice. Usually the lines are insane but I always come at least by 7pm or later and it's almost instant to get in and out. read more
