I've been going to The Little Pantry in White City literally every day for months. I buy gas,…read morepropane, and food there regularly. I've always been friendly to the staff. But today was the last straw. One of the workers has been consistently rude and unfriendly toward me every time I've come in, no matter how polite I am. When I went to get propane today, he spoke to me harshly, didn't greet me, and treated me like I was an inconvenience. When I calmly asked why he always treats me that way, he acted defensive and dismissive. I went inside upset and asked to speak with the manager. Instead of listening to me or taking my concerns seriously, he brought the employee in, asked him if my story was true, and immediately took his side. I was told that no one else has complained, that there was nothing they could do, and that if I didn't like it, I didn't have to come back. I was then told not to return and threatened with the police -- all because I voiced my experience. Being treated like this, especially as a woman alone just trying to get propane so I could heat my home, was humiliating and unnecessary. I did nothing wrong. I was polite, I was calm, and I was upset because of how I was spoken to. This store has lost a loyal daily customer because they chose to dismiss and disrespect someone who has supported their business for months. No one deserves to be treated this way.

Typically there is a line of people waiting to pay , and if your gas is done being pumped you can pay.. I put my slip for gas in counter and $$.. I stepped out of the way and waited, for my change. She called another customer up, and then asked if I was waiting for a reiept, I said no was waiting for my change.. She then proceeds to tell me, well I didn't know what you needed, you come up throw it in the counter etc, and goes on berating me in front of other customers... I won't be back... That young lady is rude, never in 10 years of going there have I been treated so bad!!

Yesterday I went to get gas I waited 10 minutes before I honked my horn to get someone's attention the lady came out and didn't ask me or tell me that my car was still running, she put the gas in and then said "have a nice night" and walked away with a smirk. At every other gas station I go to they will remind people to turn off their engine, everyone in my car said (and I agree) she's bad at her job
