They went through everything from my engine oil, to my overdrive gear box, to my rear differential. They topped off my cooling system, and greased all of my door locks, hinges and strikers. They were very transparent in providing me a drip tray with an example of my current oil condition vs. new oil which gave me an honest opportunity to decide what i really needed on my vehicle. And to top it all off (pun intended*), we got a complimentary drive through car wash. Easily the best experience I've ever had at an oil changing station. The price over value is more than favorable. Unfortunately after today's interaction I will not be going there again. I do not feel that a paying customer should ever be cursed at or falsely accused of damaging property. My vehicle cleared under the 7' guide bar, I went through the car wash without incident, my truck was still dirty so I stopped to let them know and Bill came to my car, leaned in yelling that, "I broke his f*ck!ng machine and that he had photographic evidence." I called a supervisor who came to mediate. It was found that I in fact had not damaged the machine and Bill had kept a part that he admitted to holding from a previous incident when the machine had been damaged.
