They say most places don't do the work properly and we asked how they would do it - afterward, I asked a few places how they would make the fix we need, and these other places said the same things. They also talked about how they only need the vehicle for 3-5 days and most places don't have availability and take the car for 2-3 weeks. I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. Not the honest way to conduct a business.

CHRIS helped me figure out a solution, which was a thin helix 10 inch sub box that fit perfectly behind the third row seat in the back. It fit great. Now that truck is not doing well anymore so I went to them again to ask how to get the equipment into my new truck and they help me find a solution for that. And even though the original estimate was too much for me to pay right now they found a way to, let me build the system overtime. They just put the touchscreen radio that was in my jeep back in my new truck and everything is very professional and done well. I look forward to getting the rest of the work done. Big fan of G's! Recently bough a used car that had a tear in the rear leather seat. G fixed it…read moreFLAWLESSLY for a crazy reasonable price. It took him a few days to locate the exact leather match and do the work, but he took out the seat and kept it so I could continue using my car. He found another cut on the front of the seat that I had missed that he fixed as well, and they had some difficulties getting the seat back on - so I know he spent way more time on my car then he expected, too - but he stuck to his original quote. This not a super polished or overly fancy looking shop, but they have a nice waiting area, and G and his guys do great work (& they do with with a smile). G and his wife (DeLisa?) who works in the office are just good, friendly people with great attitudes and you can tell that they are going to do whatever they need to do to make sure you leave happy. I'll be going back to have G do a ceramic tint job on my windows as soon as I get a chance

I get to write their first review and I am pleased to tell you that I have found such a company... I needed something done to my car and I called them and G said, "Come on down." I went and had some work done on my car, he did it right then and there and didn't try to upsell me. He also introduced me to his brother who warmly shook my hand. I told him I was looking for a specific type of car and if he sees one, to let me know. I had the best experience with G, I felt good doing business with him. I found a winner.. I hope you consider checking these brothers out for your custom auto needs. They are a couple of great guys..
