Dirty side mirrors after interior detail

I was disappointed with my interior detail with Fresh Auto. Trey communicated well and met me at my work. But after the detailing the windshield was streaky, the doors weren't thoroughly cleaned, and the dash had a white residue from whatever cleaner was used. Old sticker residue on the windshield wasn't removed. I know I didn't have exterior service performed but I wasn't expecting the outside of my car and mirrors to be dirtier than they started to the point that I couldn't clearly see. My doors make loud noises and stick now when I open them. For the price it definitely wasn't worth it. I will use a different company next time I get my car detailed.

My Toyota FJ was absolutely filthy --inside and out. It looked like some ancient relic found in a jungle somewhere. I opted for the the #4, the premium service. Trey and his partner arrived spot on time. They immediately started on the interior, like busy bees swarming all over it. They spent over two hours just on the interior. Then proceeded to the exterior, working on the dingiest wheels, paint, and glass ever. Total time was over four hours and I didn't notice them take a break. The vehicle is ten years old and now looks new! The engine is spotless! The underside of the hood is polished to perfection. The wheels and tires shine. Every nook and cranny cleaned to perfection. When I first sat in it, I thought the windows were down --that's how clean they are. All in, it was $400 plus tip. He charged $50 extra because of the baked on grime on the roof and hood. But definitely worth it. With no garage, it's harder to keep a car clean. But Trey gave me a tip on how to easily maintain by going to a self car wash every two weeks, spraying it with soapy water, let it sit for a minute, then rinse. Good tip. Excellent service. Worth every penny!

Really gross before; really clean now. :)

This was by far the best auto cleaning / detailing I've ever had. The last person charged about the same price and did half the work. Trey made my car look like the day I bought it. I will never use any other auto detailing service!

Here is before the detailing. There was a lot of mold in my back seat.

I had really bad mold in my car due to a leak in the convertible top. I messaged Trey over Yelp and he responded within the hour asking me details about my car so he could accurately price it. He gave me a quote before we agreed on a date, and then came to my work and did it all while I was working! It was fantastic. Honestly, I don't ever remember my car looking as good as it does now! He did a complete interior detail in addition to the mold removal and the price was reasonable. I will absolutely use him for any detailing in the future!

Beautiful results!

The car was spotless when he finished. He spent hours working on the interior and it showed.

Ask the Community - Fresh Auto Detailing

Hi! Do you guys do ceramic coating where it can remove light scratches from car washes?

We do not offer ceramic coating at this time.

Trey, did you say you could come on Monday or Tuesday? Sorry I lost our conversation on Yelp.

We are booked both of those days.

I've never had my car all that clean after going through the wash... cleaner yes, but not clean…read more Rims have been hit but not on the sides making the wheels look silly, sap or dirt on the roof still there. It's not been *bad* historically but it is not great and what I'd consider acceptable. This last wash something changed. It was louder and welp, there goes the right windshield wiper. It grabbed the rubber and peeled it and threw it while I was watching. Got through the wash with a still dirty car and lost the ability to use the wipers until I replaced them later that day. I recently had an option to do the best at no additional charge and did it... no real difference in how it removed dirt. Wheels and rims filthy, top of the car pretty much unchanged, sides looked good. This place is good for maintaining, but if you need some actual cleaning such as a flock of birds decided to gift you with an unexpected Jackson Pollock hood painting, it doesn't do so great. They'll tell you you can come around and run it through again and they do live up to that, but it still doesn't really clean that well. Got spoiled at a Buck-ee's car wash that my car came out sparkly at I guess.

I'm so disappointed I have to write this review but IF YOU HAVE A CAR 5 YEARS OR OLDER DONT GO HERE…read moreand if you do be ready to pay for any damages yourself. Recently they broke my taillight and refused to take any responsibility or help with the damage. I have had 3 different damages with their overpowered drying fans. My most recent incident the machine blew my entire driver tail light cover off and shattered it in the machine. Now a $12 car wash costs me $200 Volvo taillight :/ and I can never return any of my cars to this wash or recommend that anyone who has a vehicle older than 5 years. They will literally break off parts of your vehicle off. When they do "investigate" and send you an email with it happening directly on the camera and they say they are not liable since the vehicle is older than 5 years. It's a legal umbrella they use to hide under even tho the video clearly shows their machine blew off parts of your car. Previously our Kia (2014) almost had the drivers side mirror blown off it smacked so hard back I thought it was a goner. Once I realized the mirror was ok I didn't report anything just thought the fan was a bit aggressive. The second incident my Volvo (2010) mirror was blown out of the holder but luckily we were able to glue it back in socket so I didn't report it but I should have taken that as a big red flag after the first incident with the Kia. And now this third incident proved that they will not help you if they damage your vehicle I tried to keep it private and talk with the management directly but since they show no sense of responsibility I figured I should let everyone know how it really works if they damage your vehicle. Good luck out there y'all it's sad when businesses can't own up to their mistakes and make things right.

Since buying a place, I have often surprised myself what some grit, time and the internet can accomplish. That said, when I don't have to do something, I don't. I know. I blame modern society robbing the modern man of the desire to do much besides call a licensed professional and enjoy a cold beverage while said professional gets the problem fixed. So it came to pass that I *needed* to wash my car. The automated car wash by me had devolved into a money-grabbing hot mess so they were out of contention. I had resigned myself to *choke* wash the car myself. Now, back in the day (like, way back), I used to love to wash the cars with my dad. We would get a bucket of sudsy water, big sponges, towels, wax, and tire shine and get to work. This was a long time ago but I was fairly certain i had the muscle memory to get my car into tip-top shape. I headed over to the local hardware store to buy some air filters and car wash paraphernalia when said hardware store was out of the filters I needed. This hadn't happened before so I, begrudgingly, made my way to the big box hardware store up the road. On the way there, I saw it: Inglewood Autowash. I suppose I'd passed it many times before but I never paid attention to it before. But there it was: a bastion of car radios, kids splashing about and grown-ups washing their own vehicles. It was a sign. *I* was going to wash my own car. But I was woefully unprepared. I pulled up into a stall... and looked around. Thankfully everyone was in their respective zones else I would have been really embarrassed. Since I am trying to pay it forward, let me give you the skinny. 1.) There are directions in every stall. The directions give you the prospective order of the wash and how to best utilize your time. 2.) The wash only takes cash and that cash comes in the form of quarters. Since I relish in being a Luddite, I always have change on me. If you're not a prepared scout, you'll want to know before you go. 3.) It's a $1 for 3 minutes. I would say a safe bet is $5 which is still much much less than you'll pay at an automated wash. When you insert the quarters, you turn the dial to the setting you want. As long as there's money in the slot, go crazy with turning the dial. Just go in order from the guide on the wall. Got it? Good. Well, there's something else you should know. When that hose turns on, you will feel ALIVE. There's so much power coming out of that thing, you'll need to use both hands. I was a bit stunned when I started, so my head wasn't fully in the game. But once I realized that I had the power of pre-wash, super soapy soap, rinse, and wax in the ball of my fist, I felt like a super hero. This isn't the relaxed car wash in the driveway (although it could be). This was the Sarah-Connor-in-T2-jacked-with-rifles-and-ready-to-rumble version. I was spraying. I was washing. I was waxing. I was... breathing heavy? I really need to get out more. Like I said, I wasn't as prepared as I should have been. I should have had more change on me. I should have come with rags. But for an impromptu car wash that required some muscle, my car looked pretty decent. I know better for next time and I had the satisfaction of doing it myself. In these modern times, it's the little things...
