I recently moved from Hawaii. The salt, sea air, daily rain, and sand had me believing my Black 2011 Infinity M37S would never be the same. (Not to mention how disgusting and dirty it was delivered to me after being shipped...I am pretty convinced someone vomited in it.) I called Trey, who was so professional and scheduled me right away. He and Patrick arrived a few minutes early to my home on the day of cleaning and scrubbed my car for four hours! They did not leave anything undone. The engine even sparkled. I wish I had taken pictures. (I had to run to an appointment right after, but I did snap one a week later; posted!) My car does not have a single grain of sand in it! They cleaned the interior cloth roof lining which had old stains on it. They shined my wheels and tires in a way that even hid some damage I had done to them by hitting a curb (or two?)! Even when I bought this car from the dealership it was not this clean, and I mean it. These guys are GOOD at what they do, and are also polite, hard working, fantastic men. I was disappointed with my interior detail with Fresh Auto. Trey communicated well and met me at my work. But after the detailing the windshield was streaky, the doors weren't thoroughly cleaned, and the dash had a white residue from whatever cleaner was used. Old sticker residue on the windshield wasn't removed. I know I didn't have exterior service performed but I wasn't expecting the outside of my car and mirrors to be dirtier than they started to the point that I couldn't clearly see. My doors make loud noises and stick now when I open them. For the price it definitely wasn't worth it. I will use a different company next time I get my car detailed. read more

My Toyota FJ was absolutely filthy --inside and out. It looked like some ancient relic found in a jungle somewhere. I opted for the the #4, the premium service. Trey and his partner arrived spot on time. They immediately started on the interior, like busy bees swarming all over it. They spent over two hours just on the interior. Then proceeded to the exterior, working on the dingiest wheels, paint, and glass ever. Total time was over four hours and I didn't notice them take a break. The vehicle is ten years old and now looks new! The engine is spotless! The underside of the hood is polished to perfection. The wheels and tires shine. Every nook and cranny cleaned to perfection. When I first sat in it, I thought the windows were down --that's how clean they are. All in, it was $400 plus tip. He charged $50 extra because of the baked on grime on the roof and hood. But definitely worth it. With no garage, it's harder to keep a car clean. But Trey gave me a tip on how to easily maintain by going to a self car wash every two weeks, spraying it with soapy water, let it sit for a minute, then rinse. Good tip. Excellent service. WOW, just WOW! I had scheduled with 2 other detailers before I found Fresh's. The other experiences were so poor, even for them to arrive as scheduled, even when I expressed moving my schedule around, and then still got stood up! Trey at Fresh's was so professional, trustworthy, and provided top of the line cleaning. There was an unexpected major storm, and they went above and beyond to try and complete service (not possible, understandably), and even apologized, I respect that for a business to do when it's not even their fault = high levels of accountability. 2 men spent 4 hot hours working on my very dirty car, Trey said they LOVE a challenge, and I have a big sheddy dog and a business requires hauling messy supplies. I paid $300 for a detail that left me with a broken console door, which he said he wasn't aware. When I took it in for repair someone had attempted to glue it back on, so obviously someone knew. While they attempted to fix this problem apparently they did something to the wiring to my dash clock so no clock, no more. THEN the greasy residue on interior of windshield couldn't be removed with straight vinegar nor ammonia. Had to take to another detailer to get it removed. They also left the same residue on both panels between the front & back doors on both sides. Fortunately the new detailer was able to remove it. Glad others had a good experience with them but when he didn't bother to show up/followup to correct the mess they left, I knew all I needed to know about his character. I'm ecstatic over the detail job Trey did on my car. It hasn't looked this good since I drover it off the lot 10 years ago, especially the wheels! Shining like a diamond. Best of all, it didn't have an overwhelming scent when Trey was done. It just smelled clean. Trey even removed a dent on the front-end of my car I put there when I was pulling out of a drive-thru. There was an extra charge as expected but quote on both the cleaning and dent removal were as quoted. I've already recommended this place to several people. Mobile so it's very convenient. My car was spotless once he was done, only call out is I've noticed some scratches that I don't believe were there before, they look like they were from a heavy brush around the back of my car, and my headlights have cracks all over them. Really not sure if these were there before and I just didn't notice? my car is only 2 years old so I would be surprised if my headlights were so foggy I didn't see these. But it's my fault for not doing a once over before he started detailing. Advice to anyone before you take your car anywhere, do an inspection check for any dings, scratches, chips, etc so you can note whether or not they are new afterwards. Trey did an outstanding job! I had bought a car, but it had a smoke smell inside. Trey was ready to tackle the issue, fully detailed the interior, and completed an ozone treatment. He came to my apartment and completed the work as well which meant I didn't need to take time out of my work day. Additionally, he texted me to let me know when he was coming and was perfectly on time. My initial inspection passed the work, yet after the crew left I had to touch up the rubber trim around the doors (dirty water dripping along body behind door) and there were a couple of product drips/runs on the dash. I contacted Fresh Auto Detailing a week ago and made an appointment for this morning 8/24/17. Trey and Patrick showed up exactly on time 8:00 am. As a matter of fact Trey texted me about 7:40 to let me know he was in route to my address. Upon arrival they immediately began detailing my car. It took them about 2 hours to wash and wax my car. When they finished my E350 looked brand new and it's 7 years old. They did excellent job. So much so that I set-up a time for them to come and wash my car every 3 weeks.
