TL:l;DR - the detailing job was solid. Everything else about working with these guys was odd. Book the appointment online for a few days out at 9 AM. Morning of, get a text saying their tech is running behind, no problem. 830 rolls around and, to my surprise, someone in a JS detailing truck rolls up. Early, not late - good start! Asks to use my bathroom, asks to empty his wet vac in my trash can (does so while saying "man, that's disgusting"). Says he's gonna get started, I head inside. 15 minutes later I get a text saying the wrong tech showed up to my house and someone else is on the way. I look outside and, sure enough, dude is gone. Guess he just needed a pit stop??! Get a text from another guy around 9:30 saying he's on the way and will be there around 10:15. Nice kid shows up, Josiah maybe?? Can't remember. Apologizes for the delay, said some part in the pressure washer broke and had to get it repaired. All good. About 20 minutes later says he needs to refill his tank and if I want him to do it before he starts or later when he needs it. Not sure why it wasn't done before he showed up, but OK, whatever. Tell him just to go now. About 90 minutes later, just when I was about to text if he was coming back or not, he shows up unannounced and starts working. Takes about 3 hours, gives me a call when he's done. Everything looks good. Ask him how I can get him paid, he said they'll send me an invoice. I let him know that's fine, but I'm leaving the country the next morning and won't have access to email, phone, or text for about 2 weeks so make sure they get it to me that day. No invoice. I leave for my trip. Get back to about 30 texts and VMs, each increasingly hostile. Threatening to come by and collect in person, threatening my to file a police report for "theft of services" (whatever that is), etc. I go to pay the invoice and it's been cancelled, so I have no way to pay them. Text and email, owner responds with a 2 minute voice text message that I can't even hear, but a new invoice appears in my email shortly after. read more

The guys at JS always do a fantastic detail job on my truck! I subscribe to their monthly wash which is a great deal and it's super convenient that they just come to the house, get her washed and she's ready to go. I highly recommend this company. read more

JS did an absolutely incredible job on my Nissan Rogue. I got the interior/exterior package- I found it cleaner than when I took it home from the dealership, and my car didn't have to leave my driveway. These guys did a very good job of removing some deep stains from my Grandson's recently purchased 2016 Mazda 3---the seats had some deep stains that could not be completely removed. They cleaned the interior which did not include shampooing the carpets...they vacuumed everywhere, including the trunk carpet. My only complaint was it cost $200 and that did not include washing or waxing the vehicle and no carpet shampooing. I live in Southern California where everything is expensive *(a friggin' Whopper cost $10, Coke and fries are extra), and our Lexus dealer charges $199 for a complete detail...wash, wax, shampoo, and Armor All the tires). Of course, these guys drove to my Grandson's house which is an added cost for them, but I think it would have been over $300 for a complete detail...and the 2016 Mazda 3 is not a large car. Bottom line: Good work, but expensive. read more
