This car wash location has touchless which I prefer for my cars, it always seems to work well and I think a good value.

Needed a touch free car wash bc I have a wheel cover and a ladder on my vehicle. Went great. I brought my towels a finished drying the car. The air dryers didn't completely dry my ride. I will be back as it is very convenient for me. read more

I put my $2 in the last vacuum machine from the street and it did not turn on. There's no method for me to contact the car wash to get my $2 back. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. The card reader on all the lanes fraudulently charges you $16 no matter what setting you choose or how long you do it for. The first few times I thought it was just a temporary hold on my account. But the proper amount is never charged. This business is FRAUDULENT. read more

Paid with credit card at self-service bay, it says it is like $4 every 5 minutes and max charge is $16. Immediately after swiping card you will get hit with $16 charge that is pending. The problem is even if you are really quick the $16 charge will continue to go through as final. Please do not use this car wash, it is a 100% fraudulent business. read more

Worst car wash I've been thru in a long time. Card readers don't read, instruction prompt lights in the wash don't work all the time and ,worst of all,, the wash doesn't wash. It's as dirty now as when I drove it into the bay. Never again. read more

I very carefully and very purposefully chose the $11 car wash. (I had been here before and regretfully went back only because I needed a wash and it was the only one on my route.) While I was driving into the wash, my bank texted me that the car wash charged my card $16, a $5 overcharge. For this, my car got two passes from the wash cycle, a brief pass for the rinse, and about 30 seconds of drying time. There was no attendant on duty. I'm not the first reviewer to complain about their overcharging. Beware of their scam. read more

I used the $11 car wash service, but I was charged $16. Be cautious with this car wash as it may overcharge you. Such deceptive practices can quickly gain notoriety, I will ensure that it does. read more

Used the touchless car wash and ended up with a curbed rim all the way around from the wheel holder it tells you to drive into.

I purchased the least expensive wash just to knock the dirt and salt off my car. Cool Springs Car Wash debited my account for $5 more than the wash I selected and received. The card reader did not provide a receipt. I'll never go back. Approach with caution. read more

First put $4 in and it was enough time to wash my car. Then i swiped my card and finished. Today Im looking at my bank and they took $16!!!

Okay, they have do it yourself and then semi do it yourself. We picked semi do it yourself. I like the fact nothing but water and their chemicals touch your car. The down side is the twelve second blow dry. Come on twelve seconds to dry my car? I'm not in the Daytona 500 boys at least do better than twelve seconds maybe it was a minute IDK but I have had air dryers that can push my car backwards. This one could barely move a leaf. Step up your game or add more time. Accessibility was meh... if you do it yourself they do have the handy dandy I don't give a crap about my paint job brushes. I never used the vacuums so I don't know if they suck or if they suck. The only reason I go here is because it will not scratch my car up. The only reason I don't like it is because it will not dry my car off. Bring a towel. read more

I used my credit card to pay, and I was charged $16.00 for about 3 minutes of the self-serve stall. I was simply scrubbing and rinsing two floor mats. I thought it was a pre-approval on my card that would be reversed, and then I'd get a charge for just a few dollars. Looking at ONE other review, this seems to be a concern. read more

I hit the 11 dollar car wash and they charged me 16. Reading reviews and it seems this is an issue others are having too. They should put a sign or something because I feel like they're just scammers if they don't. read more

Been going here for years using the soft wash bay. Never had any issue. Went there last weekend and purchased the $13 wash but was charged $16. There is no $16 option. Called and left message, never heard back from owner. I won't be back. read more

The drive through car wash was $16 and didn't take anything off the truck. It would have been just as beneficial to get a water hose and spray it down. Do not waste your money here. read more

Just paid $10 for a BEST car wash. Boy did I get ripped off! The thing didn't even work ...and there were no lines roping it off there was no warning. It simply said drive forward now. I've called the number, it doesn't even ring.... it says the mailbox is full .... no one is available to refund me my $10 or give me a car wash so now I have to contested with my bank and what a mess!!!! clean out your mailbox people !!!! take people's calls. Touchless car wash equipment not properly maintained. Sharp burr on tire rail caused new car wheel damage. Tire stop concrete anchor bent and mounting nut loose. Replacement wheel expense ~$1,370. Filed complaint with BBB and business would not accept responsibility for damage caused by poorly maintained equipment. Do not use Cool Springs "touchless" car wash if your vehicle is equipped with low profile tires and you want to avoid wheel damage. You cannot reach anyone through Cool Springs Car Wash phone number and the mailbox is full. Cool Springs Car Wash Manager's (Paul) phone number can be found through the BBB website by reviewing other complaints. Business response to one of the complaints includes Paul's mobile number although Manager's response to my concern was inaccurate and unacceptable. read more

very overpriced I put in $10 worth of quarters couldn't even finish washing my car and ended up running out of quarters and I had to swipe my credit card for the final spot free rinse and my credit card was charged $15 so for $25 I could have had it washed in a drive-thru car wash read more

Self wash overcharges! Says on machine $5 for credit card swipe, does not say how long, but shows lights will blink when almost out of time. Nope. Got charged $15 twice for 2 times of $5 wash (different days). Called and spoke with manager (owner?) but he wanted me to drive in & show him my credit card statement (which is of course online only anyway). Told him I am 325 miles away and cannot do this. So I have to file dispute with credit card company on both transactions now. Used touchless automatic previously. Charged me correctly ($10), but did not do a good job (but have yet to see an auto touchless that does). I suggest to pass on this place unless you have cash/lots of quarters. Don't use cc. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Without doubt, the worst car wash ive ever been too... If I could leave 0 stars I would.... Paid $16 for the highest grade of their touchless wash, barely any products were put on the car and it looked almost exactly the same as it came in. Total waste of money. Highly dissapointed customer. Never coming back. read more

I ran the water for about 2 minutes and it was $10. They don't give you any indication of the pricing. Just have an honest business and treat others as you would want them to treat you. Big ! read more

Great self car wash, not many of them left and this one is clean. Only issue is the buttons do not represent what the sign displays.

I came here today and paid $10 for the best wash. I pulled into the stall and it started spraying then, just turned off, both the green and red light were off, too. I'm guessing the system just shut down. I put my car in reverse and backed up a little then I put it in drive thinking maybe it would switch the sensor (whatever it is) and turn back on. It did nothing. I called the phone number for the business and the phone sounds like a cell phone voicemail. It said there isn't enough space to leave a message so not only is my $10 gone, there's no one to discuss the matter with and get a refund. This is actually the 3rd time it's happened here in the last few years so I'm not surprised. I just loved the location convenience but, I love my hard-earned money more. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

Spend $6 to hand wash car. Soap out of brush was super thick. When I went to rinse the hose still had soap coming out it. Additionally the hose had no water pressure. I had no way to rinse it off. Moved the soap covered car to their car wash and the cheapest was $9. ( now up to $15). Just as I was about to put my money in I realized the car wash had no lights or power. No phone number listed to complain to. read more

One of the few touchless automatic car washes in the area. A lot of rough reviews, but I've been going here a few years with no issue.

It's a fine car wash, has always worked well for me. Happy that it has a touch-free automatic wash option.

Was told my truck was too dirty to wash and I only wanted to wash the rims of my truck!

On a VERY busy Saturday afternoon, it took nearly 40 minutes from start to finish, and even then they won't wipe down the wheels for the base price? That's $2-3 more? Seems a little weak to me. Bugs left sticking to the rear view mirrors and front bumper, streaks on the windows. Not exactly the cleanest it's ever been. I'll go elsewhere, thanks. read more

I'll make this simple for you. DO NOt go here. Period. This place is actually the biggest scam I've ever come across. DONTGO. Literally use a hose and soapy bucket of water before ever giving this place 1 penny. read more

Went to take my truck through the automated wash... First off, my debit card was charged twice for the service. When I looked to see who I could contact to get reimbursed for one of the charges, there was no staff, no phone number, no email! After some online searching, I found a number and called... but it went straight to an unidentified voicemail... I doubt I'll hear back. If that isn't enough... My truck is still FILTHY after the wash... like, doesn't even look like I took it through a car wash! So I am out $18 and still have a filthy truck. The wash sucks. It doesn't clean your car and there's a part that damages rims by gouging them. Waste of money. Don't bother.

Be careful when you use the self wash bays and use a debit/credit card. It will continue deducting from your account. Keep an eye on the clock. 3.00 wash turned into 10.00. read more

I've been here a few times before, and never had any before, and never had any trouble. But this morning when I went into the stall, it sprayed the base coat of soap, and never went any further. WORST CAR WASH EVER. Paid for a wash and never started. Complete rip off and zero customer service.

Just wasted $9 on a car wash that doesn't work. I used the touch less machine and it just drizzled out some water. I could not find any number to call at location so I googled their name. Called number and left voicemail. Hoping they will credit my money back. Should have read reviews before I decided to try them out. read more
