I very carefully and very purposefully chose the $11 car wash. (I had been here before and regretfully went back only because I needed a wash and it was the only one on my route.) While I was driving into the wash, my bank texted me that the car wash charged my card $16, a $5 overcharge. For this, my car got two passes from the wash cycle, a brief pass for the rinse, and about 30 seconds of drying time. There was no attendant on duty. Okay, they have do it yourself and then semi do it yourself. We picked semi do it yourself. I like the fact nothing but water and their chemicals touch your car. The down side is the twelve second blow dry. Come on twelve seconds to dry my car? I'm not in the Daytona 500 boys at least do better than twelve seconds maybe it was a minute IDK but I have had air dryers that can push my car backwards. This one could barely move a leaf. Filed complaint with BBB and business would not accept responsibility for damage caused by poorly maintained equipment. Do not use Cool Springs "touchless" car wash if your vehicle is equipped with low profile tires and you want to avoid wheel damage. You cannot reach anyone through Cool Springs Car Wash phone number and the mailbox is full. Cool Springs Car Wash Manager's (Paul) phone number can be found through the BBB website by reviewing other complaints. Got charged $15 twice for 2 times of $5 wash (different days). Called and spoke with manager (owner?) but he wanted me to drive in & show him my credit card statement (which is of course online only anyway). Told him I am 325 miles away and cannot do this. So I have to file dispute with credit card company on both transactions now. Used touchless automatic previously. I came here today and paid $10 for the best wash. I pulled into the stall and it started spraying then, just turned off, both the green and red light were off, too. I'm guessing the system just shut down. I put my car in reverse and backed up a little then I put it in drive thinking maybe it would switch the sensor (whatever it is) and turn back on. It did nothing. I called the phone number for the business and the phone sounds like a cell phone voicemail. It said there isn't enough space to leave a message so not only is my $10 gone, there's no one to discuss the matter with and get a refund. Spend $6 to hand wash car. Soap out of brush was super thick. When I went to rinse the hose still had soap coming out it. Additionally the hose had no water pressure. I had no way to rinse it off. Moved the soap covered car to their car wash and the cheapest was $9. ( now up to $15). Just as I was about to put my money in I realized the car wash had no lights or power. Went to take my truck through the automated wash... First off, my debit card was charged twice for the service. When I looked to see who I could contact to get reimbursed for one of the charges, there was no staff, no phone number, no email! After some online searching, I found a number and called... but it went straight to an unidentified voicemail... I doubt I'll hear back. If that isn't enough...
