I had a wonderful experience at the white bridge auto wash! They were super helpful in helping me decide what my car needed, it was so fun watching my car go through the wash from the window, and they had lots of cute things to look at in the gift shop. Once I got back in my car, it was genuinely so clean that I had to pull over and double check that it was actually mine so very much worth the price! It was my first time going so the process was a bit of a surprise but I described it below for you The process: you pull up and tell the worker at the kiosk what wash you want, you pull into the little garage area and hand over you car/keys to the worker, watch your car get vacuumed and go through the auto wash, then they bring it around and do a final wipe down and look through, finally they call out when your car is ready read more

As nice as some of the employees are I'm so disappointed by my services my last two visits (including yesterday). I paid $31 + tip only to multiple things not wiped down correctly. I even had to pull into the gas station right next to it to get use the window solution to clean my windows. I am so bummed because I do love this place but the prices are going up and the quality is going down from my experience :( read more

Great service for the price. Always a quick stop here after doing my shopping for the week.

Had a wonderful experience here! I will say they could've been a little more thorough especially with my cup holder area because it seemed like they didn't touch that at all but once I pointed it out the worker was quick to correct it! Very nice staff and I feel like for what I paid it was worth it! read more

The ONLY car wash I've been to and will go to as of right now. I love the express wash as it's affordable and quick. I've done detailing once and ended up inside and SHOCKED at the adorable curated shop inside. It felt like a boutique with all their goods. I had no problem browsing while my car was getting the works. They have a morning deal that's worth taking advantage of if you can to save a few bucks. read more

Meh! This place has so much potential but they're not delivering. Pros: quick and organized Cons: this is a quick and dirty car wash. Even immediately after the wash you'll find multiple areas they've completely missed. Last time I went there was to clean the coffee that was spilled in my coffee cup holder. After they were done there was still coffee in it!! Although price includes vacuuming the trunk they'll only do it if you specifically ask for it. It's not worth the price read more

This car wash was kinda hard to find. It was behind a gas station on white bridge road. There were several different packages of car wash levels you could purchase. I purchased the $12 basic. I was able to pay by Apple Pay. There were several lines to self vacuum. You need to follow the car line to the right. The equipment was old and dirty. Probably wouldn't take a really nice car here. They also had 2 workers dry the car which was nice. I would go again read more

After all these years I think it's important to update this review. Back FIFTEEN YEARS AGO when I first reviewed them there was no way for me know that in the years between then and now that White Bridge Auto Wash would remain consistently top of its game for all these years. Since this time I've seen other car wash locations come and go in quality, but White Bridge remains the best overall that I've been to. Yes, it can be busy, and yes, it can be slow, but not because they don't have an army of staff working to clean your car, it's because so many people come here for the great car wash. read more

This place is the absolute best. So much better than Camel. Mainly because the exterior wash is more thorough, and includes a hand wipe down which I was not expecting! No splotches on the windows! Positively terrific & highly recommend! read more

White Bridge Auto Wash - Paint removed - Car Wash Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

I paid $38.24 for the Wonder Wash after a long shift at the hospital, hoping to get my car cleaned thoroughly. Due to the long line behind me, I didn't check my car until I parked. To my disappointment, there was a huge, obvious piece of bird poop on the roof of my car that the car wash completely missed. This wasn't the first time I've been let down by this place--I've noticed inconsistent quality and poor attention to detail with wiping the interior, but this time was unacceptable. My car is brand new and all white, so a brown piece of bird poop is impossible to miss. Multiple staff were hand-drying my car, and it feels like they intentionally ignored it. Normally, I don't leave reviews when they miss small spots like cup holders, door jams, or drying, but this experience was so blatant that I can't help but feel it was left out of sheer laziness. When I called, Latesha, who claimed to be a supervisor, said they would give me a "free" wash that I had to use within a week. I asked if anything else could be done for the inconvenience, and she flatly said that the "free" wash was all I would get. I explained that it's not free--I already paid for a wash that wasn't done properly, and now I'm expected to waste my time driving back, waiting in line, and hoping they do their job right the second time. Her response was dismissive, and she refused to escalate my concerns to higher management, who apparently wouldn't be available until later. I'm left without a real resolution, feeling thoroughly inconvenienced and disrespected. I strongly suggest anyone using this car wash keep their receipts and pay with a credit card--I'll be disputing this charge if I don't get a proper resolution or refund from the actual manager. Save your money and time, and take your business elsewhere. read more

Came here today for just the exterior wash and I'm very impressed! I'll admit, this car wash is hidden behind a gas station so it was hard to find and I was a little apprehensive, but I'm glad I gave them a shot. They were fast but thorough. I loved that after I exited the wash, they still hand-dried my vehicle with towels and applied the tire shine by hand. I felt that the small details made a huge difference as previous car washes left my vehicle spotty and streaky due to the presence of only vent dryers. There were lots of people getting their interiors cleaned and that was awesome to see considering I haven't had any luck finding a true full-service car wash in TN. Also, the wash was $17 which was cheaper than other places I've been and they seemed to care more about their quality of service. Happy customer who will be returning! read more

Easy to just drive up. It was cleaned very quickly actually. They have a cute gift shop that I was able to take care of getting a couple birthday cards without making a secobd stop. My car looked great inside and out. read more

I paid $35 plus tip, didn't even ask them to vacuum out the trunk because it had things in it. When I spend more time wiping down and cleaning my car while and after your employees do... on your business site. Doesnt work for me. White Bridge Auto Wash has always been a great experience where I would go every other month to get it washed and would be so pleased with the friendliness of staff and the overall cleanliness of the car. White Bridge Auto Wash also provides amazing communication on what we need to do throughout the process. The value is worth it with staff cleaning the mats, vacuuming and wiping down the car overall worth the price especially to avoid going to a gas station car wash. read more

I paid for the most expensive wash, and I didn't get half the things I paid for to get cleaned.

I will not be back to this car wash. There was a large grease spot left on my car from the automatic washers that smeared all down the side. This went un-noticed by the staff that dried the car. I had to remove it myself when I got home which defeated the point of paying for a car wash. The inside wasn't cleaned and there were spot left on the windows. I wish they would have taken more time with my car. read more

Great service! Workers do a job. Car was definitely clean. Will definitely go there again.

The employees need to stop spraying the electronics in the cars directly. They got liquid cleaner in my $1000 radio system and it's completely unusable. They used to be great, but now all my windows are covered with streaks, and the car is hardly wiped down at all by the time I get in. They've also spilled soapy water all over my seats and left a stain from cleaning products in my passenger seat. I'm not sure what happened but this place is not it anymore. read more

update: I'm once again disappointed and just need to stop coming here. What you pay for a car wash and then I have to come home and vacuum again because they don't do a thorough job for $35. They also use too dirty of a rag where you can see where they wiped down. I'm pretty upset with the results of my top dollar cash wash. I don't recommend it. read more

Wtf! Ripped off! Do not come here if you want ur car simply WIPED rather than WASHED. I came in yesterday all the way from Madison to get my car washed because in the past they have done a great job. As I pulled in yesterday I asked for number 3 which was $17.99, and told to pulll up to any bay. As I pulled up, they all stare at me asking if I wanted my entire car vacuumed... uh yes? Thought that was included but I guess their policies have changed. So they make me walk back to the guy in the front to get the number 2 which is 34.99 or around $30. Whatever, so I get that, give them my slip and walk inside to pay. As I barley taking my card out, my car is already being announced ready? How is that possible when I'm paying for the entire inside cleaned + tire dressing, etc? I go to my car, my handles inside are still dirty, bird poop still on my hood, a leaf still stuck in my wipers. I was too baffled and in shock to complain there so I drove off.. RIPPED OFF COMPLETELY. I was nice the entire time saying please and thank you, I even tipped! I have no idea why! Please do not come here, I wish I could have gotten a refund or at least a better car was for $30+! Reading similar reviews from the past months that match with mine so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Anyway, I'll be washing my own car moving forward. Place has gone down hill which is super sad. read more

My family has been coming to this car wash for decades and always have a positive experience here. I typically do the standard full service wash for $25. I really appreciate how quickly they're able to clean the exterior and interior of my car. Even when there's a line of cars, the service still seems to be very efficient. When you first pull up to White Bridge Auto Wash you'll tell the attendant at the booth which wash you want. Then you'll pull your car into one of the numbered bays and leave it there with the keys inside. Then you'll head inside to pay and wait for your car. While you wait for your car definitely take some time to explore the gift shop inside. I especially love all the local Nashville items and cookbooks. You can look through the windows in the hallway to see the cars coming through. When your car is done you'll be able to see out the widows from the gift shop. There is some seating available while you wait. read more

I've taken my car to this place for years. After paying for the "Standard Full Service" at $28, I thought they'd do a better job. They didn't. As you can see, they didn't bother to open my trunk and vacuum the sand in there. The interior wasn't great either. Dirt and dust still visible. Granted, I know the workers are trying hard to move the cars through quickly. Maybe one gets better service from their detailing department? Looking at their website, it appears that maybe you have to ask them to open your trunk? Doesn't seem like the customer should point that out to them. Also, they never offered me any fragrance. Sadly, this place has gone downhill. I'll be looking for another business to clean my car. read more

I come over here from East Nashville because they usually do a pretty good job. The website says that they open at 8 AM every day, and today I drove over here at 9 AM. They are closed. I bought Karl's Wonder Wash and it left me wondering... What did I PAY FOR?? They barely touched the interior apart from vacuuming which they only did a decent job of. There were multiple coffee spots in the dash that they didn't even wipe down. Like AT ALL. They DID run an armor all rag over the spots after the wash so I guess that's... Good? The window ledges in the back and hatchback are still totally covered in dust. They didn't even wipe a dry rad over it. There is still quite a bit of tree gunk on the roof and hood. It's like the threw a cup of water at the car and called it a day. I understand that I didn't get the car "detailed" but I could have done a better job at a coin-op car wash BY MYSELF and it wouldn't have taken half as long. To add insult to injury I tipped when I paid (before I actually saw their "handiwork" so I actually THANKED them for a poor job. I won't be returning any time soon. read more

SUMMARY. I've been coming here for several months and always do the Karl's Wunder Wash. They give it a full external drive-thru wash plus interior cleaning and vacuuming. The package also includes mat cleaning, dash cleaning, and exterior wax and rain guard. Exterior cleaning is done by machine (like the self-serve ones you're used to seeing). Interior cleaning and drying are done by hand. RESERVATION. Not sure if they take reservations. I've always just showed up and never had to wait long. LOCATION. Located in Whitebridge on White Bridge Pike in between Charlotte and West End. QUALITY. I've never been disappointed by the job they do. It is very thorough, and still very fast. The quality keeps me coming back. VALUE. The value is better than average but still not inexpensive. Karl's Wunder Wash costs $35, which amounts to ~$45 all-in after tax and tip. It would be cheaper to do a self-serve somewhere, but their interior cleaning and manual drying is worth it for me to pay more. Overall, given the quality, efficiency, and speed, I feel the value is quite good. I find coming here once per month is sufficient. TAKEAWAYS. Expect to pay around ~$45 all-in after tax and tip for Karl's Wunder Wash. Exterior will be spotless from wash/wax/rain guard/rinse/hand dry. It will look great inside too, as the interior is manually cleaned. Arrival to departure is ~20 minutes, so I applaud them for providing quality service that is both thorough and efficient. I will continue coming here in the future. Happily, Clayton Cohn read more

I have been using this place since I moved here about 1.5 years ago and today was a new low. Staff is always friendly and today was busy but when I pay $40 to get my HRV washed and vacuumed and then when I get home I have to reclean the inside myself I am very unhappy. There was still mud inside the car, and it looks like it wasn't vacuumed in places, the rear view mirror wasn't wiped down and just generally the interior wasn't particularly clean.
