Back FIFTEEN YEARS AGO when I first reviewed them there was no way for me know that in the years between then and now that White Bridge Auto Wash would remain consistently top of its game for all these years. Since this time I've seen other car wash locations come and go in quality, but White Bridge remains the best overall that I've been to. I paid $38.24 for the Wonder Wash after a long shift at the hospital, hoping to get my car cleaned thoroughly. Due to the long line behind me, I didn't check my car until I parked. To my disappointment, there was a huge, obvious piece of bird poop on the roof of my car that the car wash completely missed. This wasn't the first time I've been let down by this place--I've noticed inconsistent quality and poor attention to detail with wiping the interior, but this time was unacceptable. My car is brand new and all white, so a brown piece of bird poop is impossible to miss. Multiple staff were hand-drying my car, and it feels like they intentionally ignored it. Normally, I don't leave reviews when they miss small spots like cup holders, door jams, or drying, but this experience was so blatant that I can't help but feel it was left out of sheer laziness. When I called, Latesha, who claimed to be a supervisor, said they would give me a "free" wash that I had to use within a week. I asked if anything else could be done for the inconvenience, and she flatly said that the "free" wash was all I would get. I explained that it's not free--I already paid for a wash that wasn't done properly, and now I'm expected to waste my time driving back, waiting in line, and hoping they do their job right the second time. Her response was dismissive, and she refused to escalate my concerns to higher management, who apparently wouldn't be available until later. I'm left without a real resolution, feeling thoroughly inconvenienced and disrespected. Came here today for just the exterior wash and I'm very impressed! I'll admit, this car wash is hidden behind a gas station so it was hard to find and I was a little apprehensive, but I'm glad I gave them a shot. They were fast but thorough. I loved that after I exited the wash, they still hand-dried my vehicle with towels and applied the tire shine by hand. I felt that the small details made a huge difference as previous car washes left my vehicle spotty and streaky due to the presence of only vent dryers. There were lots of people getting their interiors cleaned and that was awesome to see considering I haven't had any luck finding a true full-service car wash in TN. I will not be back to this car wash. There was a large grease spot left on my car from the automatic washers that smeared all down the side. This went un-noticed by the staff that dried the car. I had to remove it myself when I got home which defeated the point of paying for a car wash. The inside wasn't cleaned and there were spot left on the windows. The employees need to stop spraying the electronics in the cars directly. They got liquid cleaner in my $1000 radio system and it's completely unusable. They used to be great, but now all my windows are covered with streaks, and the car is hardly wiped down at all by the time I get in. They've also spilled soapy water all over my seats and left a stain from cleaning products in my passenger seat. I'm not sure what happened but this place is not it anymore. read more

update: I'm once again disappointed and just need to stop coming here. I pay for the highest level of interior clean and there's dust, dirt and scraps in every crevice and it the floors abs mats. it's just a waste of money at this point. don't go here for interior cleaning. paid for the full service hoping to really clean up the interiors but the interiors were the most disappointing part. Wtf! Ripped off! Do not come here if you want ur car simply WIPED rather than WASHED. I came in yesterday all the way from Madison to get my car washed because in the past they have done a great job. As I pulled in yesterday I asked for number 3 which was $17.99, and told to pulll up to any bay. As I pulled up, they all stare at me asking if I wanted my entire car vacuumed... uh yes? Thought that was included but I guess their policies have changed. So they make me walk back to the guy in the front to get the number 2 which is 34.99 or around $30. Whatever, so I get that, give them my slip and walk inside to pay. As I barley taking my card out, my car is already being announced ready? How is that possible when I'm paying for the entire inside cleaned + tire dressing, etc? I go to my car, my handles inside are still dirty, bird poop still on my hood, a leaf still stuck in my wipers. I was too baffled and in shock to complain there so I drove off.. RIPPED OFF COMPLETELY. I was nice the entire time saying please and thank you, I even tipped! I have no idea why! Please do not come here, I wish I could have gotten a refund or at least a better car was for $30+! I've taken my car to this place for years. After paying for the "Standard Full Service" at $28, I thought they'd do a better job. They didn't. As you can see, they didn't bother to open my trunk and vacuum the sand in there. The interior wasn't great either. Dirt and dust still visible. Granted, I know the workers are trying hard to move the cars through quickly. Maybe one gets better service from their detailing department? Looking at their website, it appears that maybe you have to ask them to open your trunk? Doesn't seem like the customer should point that out to them. Also, they never offered me any fragrance. My family has been coming to this car wash for decades and always have a positive experience here. I typically do the standard full service wash for $25. I really appreciate how quickly they're able to clean the exterior and interior of my car. Even when there's a line of cars, the service still seems to be very efficient. When you first pull up to White Bridge Auto Wash you'll tell the attendant at the booth which wash you want. Then you'll pull your car into one of the numbered bays and leave it there with the keys inside. Then you'll head inside to pay and wait for your car. While you wait for your car definitely take some time to explore the gift shop inside. I especially love all the local Nashville items and cookbooks. You can look through the windows in the hallway to see the cars coming through. When your car is done you'll be able to see out the widows from the gift shop. I have been using this place since I moved here about 1.5 years ago and today was a new low. Staff is always friendly and today was busy but when I pay $40 to get my HRV washed and vacuumed and then when I get home I have to reclean the inside myself I am very unhappy. There was still mud inside the car, and it looks like it wasn't vacuumed in places, the rear view mirror wasn't wiped down and just generally the interior wasn't particularly clean. SUMMARY. I've been coming here for several months and always do the Karl's Wunder Wash. They give it a full external drive-thru wash plus interior cleaning and vacuuming. The quality keeps me coming back. VALUE. The value is better than average but still not inexpensive. Karl's Wunder Wash costs $35, which amounts to ~$45 all-in after tax and tip. It would be cheaper to do a self-serve somewhere, but their interior cleaning and manual drying is worth it for me to pay more. Overall, given the quality, efficiency, and speed, I feel the value is quite good. I find coming here once per month is sufficient. TAKEAWAYS. Expect to pay around ~$45 all-in after tax and tip for Karl's Wunder Wash. Exterior will be spotless from wash/wax/rain guard/rinse/hand dry. I bought Karl's Wonder Wash and it left me wondering... What did I PAY FOR?? They barely touched the interior apart from vacuuming which they only did a decent job of. There were multiple coffee spots in the dash that they didn't even wipe down. Like AT ALL. They DID run an armor all rag over the spots after the wash so I guess that's... Good? The window ledges in the back and hatchback are still totally covered in dust. They didn't even wipe a dry rad over it. There is still quite a bit of tree gunk on the roof and hood. It's like the threw a cup of water at the car and called it a day. I understand that I didn't get the car "detailed" but I could have done a better job at a coin-op car wash BY MYSELF and it wouldn't have taken half as long. Purchased the Wonder Wash in November 2023 and my white Tacoma. Just regular street dirt and did not get clean either through the mechanical clean or human wipe down afterwards. Took it home and hand washed and had it clayed and ceramic coated. Feb 13 2024 tried the White Bridge Car wash with same results and demanded a refund. Was told by manager they would not refund me but would wash it a 3rd time. When I told him that was not acceptable he told me to Fuck off. Now I need to figure out how to get my money back. Hi Paul. I think everyone is aware how tires get damaged. Anything from car washes improperly loading them to vandalism to potholes to curbs to animals to lightning strikes. But clearly none of those other excuses apply. It wasn't a curb or a pothole - the truck and tires were fine when I pulled in and were not when I pulled out. If you would like to post photos of the truck from stills you can get from your video, I will happily look at them. If you guys are prepared to reimburse me for the tire I will come in and I will remove this post and put up a rave review. Because a rave is deserved when a person or company makes a wrong right. This is a wrong that it's becoming clear from your responses, you have no intention of making right. To come in to watch video that couldn't possibly zoom in close enough while you keep insisting this damage wasn't your fault makes no sense as you are asking for even more of my time. You don't mention anything about the interior cleaning failures or the state of the bathroom and you have yet to answer the question of how a perfectly healthy and good tire that was full until I pulled into your place of business and literally within a minute of pulling out, went flat. You're on White Bridge Road the exit is smooth, there are no tight turns on which hit any curves and there are no potholes that I drove over that would've cut the side of a tire. Again the experts at discount tire confirmed that a cut like that would result in almost immediate deflation, so if it was damaged coming into your place of business it would've been flat before I even had a chance to climb back in and leave. Was very surprised. Expected your average car wash results. I was truly amazed at the detail. This team went to providing an extremely clean car. Details included the metal insides of the doors, among other things that are not normally touched. I live in Murfreesboro and just happen to be in the area.
