They've run off the best staff, degraded the experience, and turned it into something no better than a gas station car wash. In fact, the CostCo car wash just down the hill from the main auto spa on Bakers Bridge is exponentially better. Oh well...after almost 13 years as a loyal customer, I canceled all of my memberships here and moved my business to the Brentwood Car Wash on Wilson Pike Circle. We paid $250 for an Ultimate Detail on a Toyota Tundra and when we brought it home it was awful. We had to re-wax the entire truck, clean all the wheel wells and mud flaps, wipe down the inside of all the doors, clean the entire truck bed, polish the footboard. This Ultimate Detail was to include interior and exterior and it was like they only ran it through the car wash and wiped it off. It had streaks and dull areas on the paint where they didn't buff off the wax. Worse car detailing I have ever seen.​​ read more

I've been going to Miles for many years and have a monthly subscription plan. I recently took my truck in for the $99 detail and was blown away how nice it looked both interior and exterior. They used air to blow out the cracks and crevices for crumbs and dirt then vacuumed it out and cleaned surfaces. It honestly looks like a new truck. Best money you could spend to feel good about your car/truck. read more

Save your money and go to a cheaper car wash. The wash barely cleaned my suv. I'll be driving 10 min up the road and go to a full service car wash. Towels and cleaning supplies are only for members so when I tried to clean my car more I couldn't. Marketing signs by cars do not state that, I get it trying to get people to spend more. Just wish the $20+ wash would actually clean the outside of my suv. Only thing free is vacuuming and I had to try 4 dodge before one worked. read more

The worst experience ever!! I had a scheduled deep cleaning on the inside and out of my car. I showed up for my appointment, only to be given a price triple what I was quoted online for my make and model. Then when asked if they could just do a basic clean up (vacuum out and wipe down) and not spend the time to do the detail cleaning he said no. Go somewhere else and tossed my keys at me. So unprofessional and so rude. My husband is current deployed over seas for the last 8 months and I was just trying to get our family car cleaned for his return. He is also a local police officer and will be sharing with everyone to take their business elsewhere. They definitely lost a lot of business from me and everyone I know. read more

My car mirror was damaged by their wash equipment but they refuse to pay for the damages. Beware of doing any business with these people. Very bad customer service. This damage is over $1,000 to repair at the dealer. On what planet is it ok to damage someone's property and then refuse to pay for it??? Have you ever been guilted in to a car wash by school kids trying to raise money? You'd get a better car wash in that random parking lot than you'd get any day at Miles. The wording "auto spa" is a stretch. Its a gas station car wash and even that sounds like an incorrect analogy. The basic wash and that is just a wash without hand drying or interior cleaning, is $11.00. You will need to go through at least twice to get your car at least clean and that is a generous stretch. I drive a Mini Cooper so my car isn't hard to clean but somehow, Miles car wash cant seem to clean my car. The back window, side mirrors and the entire back hatch is never cleaned even though this car wash is not touch less. Ive been twice, each time I had to request (fight like debate) with whomever is working that day to run my car through again. Even after the second "clean" the same areas were still not clean, even though there is a car wash attendant that stands at the car wash entrance using a pressure washing like hose to soak the front and back of your car. Just paid $24 for a car wash, exterior only and car still covered with bugs on windshield and found dirt still on it. Been using Miles off and on for two years. Extremely overpriced and does a crappy job every time. I'm done with them. It's not full service unless your paying $150+ for detailing. I did not have to wait. The $99 detail job only took an hour and a half. My car looked like they spent over four hours on it, it looked perfect and I was able to sell the car for top dollar. I never Leave reviews but I had to because my experience was so incredible! I took my car to get a last minute detail and when I came back, it was almost like getting my new car. The interior to exterior literally looked as if I was driving it off the lot for the first time. Has always been good in the past but now that it's halfway self serve it's gone to crap. Pulled in, paid for the 3rd best wash with towel dry and the machine dies as soon as I swipe my card. No one knew which service I got and I paid for towel dry and wheel service. Pulled car into the towel dry and wheel service area and waited for about 10 minutes before anyone came over only for me to ask "Is this self service?" And they said "You have to wait." -- waited another 10 minutes for them to dry the car which is now covered with water spots from being direct in the sun. I usually come here when I'm in a hurry while working but I'll be taking my services elsewhere or doing it myself. What a massive disappointment from such an awesome place. read more

I really wish I had taken before and after pictures because then I could let them speak for themselves and I could have used a lot less words. Let me tell you. I'm going to have to tell on myself. The driver side was gross gross gross with crumbs. I spilled crumbs galore and they all found their homes in every nook and cranny they could nestle themselves into. I couldn't stand to drive my car after over a year of this, let alone, let someone else ride in it. It was just shameful. (See? Pics would have explained it all.). Well after a full gallon of hummingbird nectar leaked onto my passenger side carpet and spread to the back seat, I was desperate to get help. I called multiple detail shops the next day but the only one that answered was Miles Auto Spa. Although they were fully booked, somehow they were willing to squeeze me in as long as I was willing to wait (about 5 hours) until closing time to get my car. Of course I would be happy to wait. I couldn't go another day in that filth and stickiness. Anything to keep ants or whatever else from crawling in. I had made my way to the wrong location and a nice gentleman staff person (I neglected to ask his name) let me follow his vehicle to the correct location just a few miles away. NOTE: There are two locations. One does detailing, the other does not! It is an express car wash. Completely different from the full service auto spa. This place has angels all over the place. There was the one on the phone and then the one I followed was another one. Jeff was a huge one! I'd call him a joy angel. He kept me laughing with free jokes and gave stellar customer service! He spoke to just the right angel detailer Julio who was able to start on my car right away since the car he was working on was being finished way ahead of schedule. I walked over to a restaurant to have a meal and spoke to a good friend on the phone and before I knew it, my car was done in less that 3 hours. All the sticky sugary hummingbird nectar had been shampooed out. And not one crumb was visible anywhere . My car looked just as new as when I bought it! This experience was divine! It's a 35 minute drive and well worth it. The service here was such a huge blessing and absolutely reasonably priced. ! I won't go to any other place as long as I'm living in Middle Tennessee. Not worth it if you spend over $50. Good for VERY basic stuff but not granular level The car I was having cleaned probably hasn't been cleaned on the inside for 5-6 years if I had to guess. Got the M5 which is inside and outside. They have more expensive packages. It says it takes an hour but they quoted 90 minutes which was fine. Keep in mind if you go beyond the morning it can be multiple hours even in freezing weather bc we are a vain society? Lol M5 is $119 which is $130 after tax and $150 after tip. I'd rather go get 2 temps or day laborers and give them 45 minutes and $50-$75 each and I'm pretty sure they'd do a better job. This place is good if you need a quick wash/detail aka hasn't been cleaned in 3 years minimum. Service was stellar just FYI but service isn't what I'm taking home. They did it as estimated and I saw a few spots inside that I assumed were tough to get out bc again this car hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Nothing big. I'd say the equivalent of a few pimple size spots here and there. I gave them the BENEFIT OF DOUBT. I'm sure if I cared enough they would've tried to get it out but what was discovered after was so basic stuff you'd assume wouldve been taken care of originally. My brother takes a look at the car and had some cheap wipes from Walmart for $2.84 and I ended up using 6 and the photo you see is evidence of how poor of a job they did. High level they do great work but anything beyond no way is $150 worth it. He LIGHTLY rubbed the seats and dash and they were all filthy. Some spots were visible like coffee drops here and there which i admit were hard to catch but just evidence of how once again they are great for a quick clean but NOT detailed for $150 What makes it worse is that even if they offered a follow up I'd have to give up more of my day once again as I'm not in a position to do drop off service. I'm disappointed, again, in the lack of thoroughness of your cleaning. I paid $108 dollars for what I thought would be a pretty comprehensive exterior and interior cleaning. The exterior at first glance was good. Then I looked in the bed of my truck and saw there were still leaves, sticks, and rocks in the bed. It had been poorly swept and obviously not washed because there were still streaks of dirt visible. Then on the interior I had some soluble stains that I wanted to be spot treated. They were treated alright, but left dried water marks 2-3 inches in diameter in multiple places. A small stain on the side of the console carpet was completely missed. Just plain sloppy. Like I said, about 90% of it looked good. But in that case I should have only paid $90. Third time I've had incomplete work done in Franklin/Brentwood location. Won't be back. read more

Awful.... Honestly have never seen people move slower with less purpose in what they're working on. Starts with leadership and the fact that there isn't a supervisor or a manager visible leading by example is likely at the core. Don't do it. I brought my 6 month old car in to get detailed in and out, as I had to put a dog in my back seat over the weekend. I get the car back, and there is a ton of dog hair still in my back seat. (look at my pic) $130 down the drain. For what I paid in taxes for your work and an hour of time, I would have it exponentially better. You will not be getting my business again. EDIT- I am adding a couple of stars because I emailed them, and got an email from the owner an hour later apologizing and offering to make it right. I didn't take him up on the offer. Why, Miles??? I have visited Miles numerous times over the years with numerous models of cars. I really want to like this place. It has all of the makings to be a perfect car detailing location. I wish I could get a shampoo or sanitation from here. But this visit has been like many others... I arrived this morning, just about 4-5 cars in line. I had time to wait because it can be very busy. That's okay with me. But when you receive your car the make of the car is shouted in the lobby (why do they ask for your name then?) You are asked in a few moments of sitting in your car again if everything is good while the representative is standing in your open door. It's uncomfortable because it is not enough time to process and provide an answer. Before I get to the light I begin to notice small things... Soap on my windshield...dirty cup holders, dog hair, the rear view mirror is streaked, my side mirrors still streaked and pushed inward, etc. This is my standard repeated experience. Fair to Poor quality. I do not know where the root of the issues lie. Staff not having enough time? Equipment not powerful enough? Compensation and caliber of the talent? Motivation? I do not know enough to say. How can I trust these guys with a higher level of detail if this is my repeated experience from an M2? I will be taking it to the dealership for these services when my maintenance is performed from now on. read more

I went to Miles Auto Spa for Ultimate Detail and my Experience is really frustrating. I have few stains on my car seats, that's reason i opted for Ultimate detail. when they delivered my car, all seats are wet and i couldn't check any stains. after seats getting dry, found new stains and marks on car seats. went back to them and asked, they said they are not responsible. after long argument they have given follow up appointment to clean again. I went to follow up appointment and still no luck.. now they are they are saying that they are not responsible for any stains and blaming me that i put stains on my car seat. At Least they should understand that no one put stains on their car seats. i wouldn't suggest , especially for premium cars. read more

I've been to my fair share of car washes, and for the volume of cars they have going through there, they are the fastest (w/o sacrificing quality) that I have seen! And the work is great - but if it's not, they will make it right. I payed additional for tire cleaning & noticed there was still some black soot on my rims & when I pointed it out the attendant went right to work on that one tire & checked the other 3, too. He then asked if I saw anything else that needed more work. Love that customer service! :) And I do love the waiting area, comfortable & well kept. I use these kind of car washes often. In fact I really like them. But after years of using them I finally found one I don't like, and it's this one. First of all it pulled a large piece of trim from the top of my Range Rover. The problem is that when you drive under the long felt hanging strips they can hook on to any small thing on your car and simply pull it off. Secondly there is no high pressure rinse. Not sure if that is really bad or not Simply put this wash tore up my car. Use it with caution. read more

Well, it appears that I'm in the Yelp minority when it comes to Miles. I actually had a great experience! I took my 2-month old 2014 Jeep Cherokee in to be washed, as I had driven it 2,000 miles across country, and had to deal with all the winter storms we've been getting lately. I like to spend money for quality work, and I wasn't disappointed. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes with a beautifully cleaned car. I was so impressed, I purchased a monthly "subscription" for the top tier service so I could come back when I needed it. 4 stars because there were a couple of tiny spots on the windshield that, if you had a glare on the glass, were easily not visible, and the dashboard could have used another once over. I found myself in Franklin well over an hour before an appointment, so I decided to finally check this place out. If you've never been, the vehicle line up for the level of clean desired can be quite confusing. Thankfully, I had already determined I wanted to purchase their M1 package prior to my arrival (via their website). Even so, the turn is tight as their building is positioned oddly atop a hill, and it's not immediately obvious which lane to steer into. The M1 package is an exterior wash and an interior cleaning, so an attendant drives your vehicle into the wash system for you. For Express washes (exterior only), the patron remains in the vehicle. This isn't posted anywhere; I gathered this intel solely through observation. An attendant greeted me, then advised the entire process would take about 45 minutes instead of the 20 minutes as advertised on their site. Luckily, I had the time, so I was fine with waiting. I confirmed with the attendant I was to abandon my vehicle as he noted my name, then he pointed me to the customer waiting area through a set of glass doors. It felt really, really weird to leave my vehicle running without anyone paying mind to it. So I stood in the hallway and watched through the glass doors until my vehicle was moved into the wash bay. The small hallway opens into a very large waiting area with armchairs and a TV in the very front, a few high tops, a cafe, and a gift shop. There also appeared to be a showroom of sorts (advertising garage workshop installations?!? Yeah, I dunno). The other thing that struck me as odd is their office off to one side of the customer area. For a split second, I thought it may be desks and chairs where customers could get some work done while they wait. However, on the other side of the gift shop, close to the lounge area, is a "WiFi bar". Overall, the waiting area seemed fairly clean. I was confused by the remaining process, so I approached the cafe cashier. She confirmed I was to pay her, and my name would be called when my vehicle was ready. Call me crazy, but I was not given the option to leave a tip on my card. I started furiously digging through my bag to find what little cash I had with me. The original attendant was pretty much spot on, the total trip time was 50 minutes. What ultimately took this visit from two to three stars was the cleanness of my vehicle.
