Fantastic service! Car looks and smells brand new. Was long overdue for a deep clean inside and out, the guys here made her shine like new. Owner was fantastic in messaging to verify the scheduled date. As often happens, it looks like you're scheduling for same day. Pro tip: double check your schedule date. Lucked out that they had a no show and squeezed in to that slot. The results and care they gave makes it worth every penny. Will definitely be back and recommend the team here. read more

I literally made a Yelp account just to review this place. They were extremely nice, timely, and detailed... literally. Insanely satisfied!! Got both internal and external detailing, and my car looks brand new. I'm actually shocked. I'm telling everyone I know about this place. 11/10 read more

Have a vehicle ~8 months old. Paid to have my car detailed inside and out. The detailers damaged all four of my rims. I just had them done 2 weeks before. Smears on the inside of the windows I needed to clear behind, not a big deal, just poor quality. After speaking with the owner, rather than him taking any ownership he was extremely rude and told me I shouldn't have PlastiDip'd my rims. I've done this to 5 vehicles now and have never had a problem with many details. Yes I understand it fades over time. He proceeded to tell me he talked to his guys and that they said "it was already like that". Classic "where's your proof we damaged your car" sleaziness. Initially he was pushing to come respray the tires, but considering they damaged my vehicle and the terrible response from the owner, I didn't want to trust them any further around my car. He finally (rudely) agreed to reimburse the cost of the exterior detail. Shit service and ownership over their craft. Make sure to take pictures of your vehicle before you let them touch it. read more

David did the ceramic coating on my 2016 F-150 when it was new. I can honestly say that when he was finished it looked "better than new" it sits outside all the time and that coat held up well. After almost 7 years it was time to get it re done. David did a great paint correction and recoated the truck with his best graphene infused ceramic. I have to say that there have been some advances in ceramic coatings and the truck feels amazingly slick and looks just as amazing. The looks are due to David's skill in paint correction and it's back to looking better than new which will last several more years. I'm very pleased! read more

Took two cars covered in old pine sap. The guys worked meticulously to get off every bit possible. I didn't think it would all come off, but the cars look great! Service was prompt and thorough and guys were professional and friendly. Definitely worth the money! read more

I brought in my Hyundai sedan for a exterior and interior detail. About 3 hours later, my car looked completely brand new! So impressed with the work, and all at an expected cost (~$300). read more

After receiving help from Dr. Detail earlier in the year to clean my cars window inside the cab I went back a second time to get my headlights cleaned up. As I have an older car it definitely needed the service! It took a shorter amount of time then expected which I appreciated and the quality of the work came through in the finished product. Definitely recommend. read more

I called on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, a day I believe the shop would have been closed for the holiday and the owner was nice enough to have me come down to look at some film on the interior or my car window. I had tried a few You Tube suggestions to clean it and nothing worked. When I arrived one of the technicians came out and using some of the products they had available and took care of the film. It was a simple job, it did not take long and he was generous enough to take care of it without cost. I went based on previous reviews and the location. I talked with the technician and am looking to go back for a headlight cleaning. read more

TL;DR: highly recommended! +: - care about and patiently listening to our concerns - great communication: consistently responding to our requests quickly and kindly - has the initiative go the extra miles to satisfy our needs - offering very competitive price for the service given - paint restoration and PDR service under 1 roof - did not upsell us any unnecessary services -: - missed (very few) spots, but quickly handle all follow up requests we just have to make this long review due to the above and beyond service given by David and his team! after spending some time researching, we initially showed up at Dr. Detail's shop on a Saturday without appointment. immediately assisted by Kevin. he was very kind, patiently listening to our concerns, and immediately coordinate with David to give a quote after assessing the paint condition of the car. without our asking, he offered to work on a "test spot". result was amazing, thus we immediately booked. please note that this is for an older car, working on it will require more skills and efforts. to us, this is one of the best Corolla ever made by Toyota (probably built the same year Toyota built those indestructible Hilux), thus we want to restore it as much as we can without disregarding the originality of its paint and parts, also due to sentimental reasons. went to a few body shops, they are not interested in first trying to restore the original paint but instead quoting the cost to do a whole body repaint (which none of them recommended anyway because it will be more expensive than the car's current market price). we were also looking for a detailing shop that also offers paintless-dent-removal (PDR) service. Dr. Detail is the only shop we found offering that service under one roof. David helped us connect to Chris who has decades of PDR experience who was then patiently explained and quoted a very reasonable price to remove the dents on almost every panel of the 28 years old car! we are very satisfied with the work they did. it is now almost impossible to find any trace of oxidized paint or dents! oh in addition to that, they even helped us touched up the paints! we would give 6 stars if possible! read more

Took my Ford Raptor in for a detail and it turned out perfect both inside and out. I recently moved to Nashville and Dave is the first auto detail place I've used. Thankful I found him and will be using him again! read more

Had never gotten a true detailing before. Got an exterior detail and headlight restoration for a fair price. Captain Jack (my car) is very happy! I had my car detailed by Dr. Detail yesterday and it looks better than ever! He was even able to get rid of some unsightly scratches. Inside and out, my car looks off the lot clean. Getting an appointment was easy, he was on time and really nice. I'll definitely use Dr. Detail in the future. Woohoo!!! read more

I had a great experience with Dr. Detail. He pulled up in his little truck hauling his water source. I went out handed him the keys and said I was going out to do some things, I came back about 4 hours later, he was wrapping up and the car was gleaming. it has been a lot nicer to ride around in afterward. Dr. Detail is a great little outfit, and if you like to treat your car to some TLC once in a while, he is the man. however I am not sure where he got his PHD, I forgot to ask. read more

Guy swung by my work and cleaned off headlights in almost no time. Very reasonable price and great work. Thanks! I'll be calling when I need a detail for sure. read more

With another car lease coming to an end, I remember how pleased I was with Dr. Detail's work last time around and contacted David to see if he could perform an Express Detail to pretty the car up before we have our end-of-lease inspection. This time, David sent a two-man crew (Caleb and Patrick) who showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and in two hours had our Prius looking good as new. Color me impressed. Again. For the service, convenience and value, I'd say this is 5 stars all the way! read more

His job on my car paint correction and ceramic coating was unbelievable! I would highly recommend his services on any exotic car.

I had several concerns with my car paint and wasn't exactly sure how to handle it all. It is important to keep auto paint in good shape in order to have good trade value (and also just to keep it looking nice). David explained to me exactly what his steps and the necessary processes required to put my paint back in perfect condition. I got a quick glance at other jobs that were in the shop and all were in an immaculate and perfect condition. I stand behind and see the integrity in this business. Every question I had was explained thoroughly and I am more than content with the outcome. Will definitely return in the future. read more

I saw the reviews on yelp so I gave David a call. I have dogs so I had a lot of hair in my car. David said probably about $250.00. I had no problem with that. They should up at my wifes work right on time. They looked the car over and said it would be $200.00 not $250.00 they easily could have charged that but did not. That impressed me very much. The car looks brand new they did a great job. I will recommend them and I sure I will use them again. Thanks David for the 2 guys you sent out. I don't have there names but it was Thursday Sep.2nd at 9:30 am that should tell you who that was. Thanks Tim read more

Called to see about getting my daughter's car detailed while she was out of town. They were busy but for my convenience came out on a day they normally do not work. I decided to let them detail two vehicles. David came out by himself and showed up on time (even a little early). He proceeded to detail both the SUV's and probably worked on them non stop for approximately seven hours. I was very pleased with the outcome. Both cars looked almost new again. I would highly recommend Dr. Detail for any detail job. Both cars look amazing. read more

I've had express detail jobs done to my car over the years, but I've never had a completely thorough detail done, inside and out. I contacted David via email and he replied quickly to set up an appointment. He came to my home and in less than 2 hours my Honda Element looked just like it did when I bought it over 6 years ago! Excellent level of service, great quality of work. I received several compliments about how good my car looked. Highly recommended! read more

The service from Dr. Detail was SUPREME! The interior of our SUV is mostly white and cream. It was a mess! There were spots on the white visors and head liner. The seats had blue dye on them from jeans. Every crevice and vent was dirty. I expected the vehicle to be cleaned, but I've paid the almost the same at car washes for a thorough detail, including carpet clean, and my car has never been perfect....ever, before Dr. Detail did their magic! They will even come to you! I highly recommend them. read more

HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION My cat urinated in my Tacoma and enough spilled off the floor mat that the odor traveled with me everywhere I went. No scrubbing or deodorizer or carpet freshener made any difference, so I looked into having the carpets cleaned. I found Dr Detail, and, after many emails from me and his patient and professional replies, we scheduled a time. David came to my house, steam cleaned the truck's carpet and seats and interior, did an excellent job cleaning every interior surface, and left an ozone generator running for about 90 minutes. Now, when I get into the truck, I don't catch a hint of cat urine. Instead it's almost a new car kind of smell. I've cleaned the interiors of my vehicles for years, sometimes putting in a lot of time and effort, but I've never gotten anywhere close to the level of clean Dr Detail achieved. This was my first experience paying someone to detail a vehicle, and what he did far exceeds anything I ever did. Overall, I highly recommend Dr Detail. David is friendly and professional, and his service is outstanding. He worked hard to accommodate my scheduling problems. He arrived when he said he would, his work was better than promised, and his price was reasonable. He made the interior of my 2003 Tacoma look brand new (well, as much as that was possible given the dirt I've tracked into it over the years) and took care of a nasty odor issue. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience. read more

It's funny what the mind can get accustomed, especially when it comes to your car. I had forgotten that the seats of my car were a light tan until the Dr Detail team came to my workplace and detailed my car to an almost new condition. They are also very reasonably priced so that's a bonus. read more
