After running errands I went back and told them I was missing my floor mats. They said they looked at the camera and they only took out one set and put them back. They took out the top mats but never unsnapped the manufacturer floor mats. If they had vacuumed under there it wouldn't have sand in dirt. They say I lost them before I got to carwash. Those floor mats never come out of my truck ever. Poor customer service. No offer to give me a discount on my car wash It felt like they were trying to prove me wrong about misplacing them. They told me to come in and look at the camera. I don't need to look at a camera because I know they were in my truck and in the same place they always are. I'm just trying to get them back. I imagine they were put in somebody else's vehicle. I sure hope they appreciate the high $ floor mats. My car was clean but it had streaks on the windows and they never cleaned my instrument panel. I would have wiped that down myself because it wasn't that big of a deal but losing my floor mats is a deal breaker for me.

It's not been *bad* historically but it is not great and what I'd consider acceptable. This last wash something changed. It was louder and welp, there goes the right windshield wiper. It grabbed the rubber and peeled it and threw it while I was watching. Got through the wash with a still dirty car and lost the ability to use the wipers until I replaced them later that day. I recently had an option to do the best at no additional charge and did it... no real difference in how it removed dirt. Wheels and rims filthy, top of the car pretty much unchanged, sides looked good. This place is good for maintaining, but if you need some actual cleaning such as a flock of birds decided to gift you with an unexpected Jackson Pollock hood painting, it doesn't do so great. They'll tell you you can come around and run it through again and they do live up to that, but it still doesn't really clean that well. Got spoiled at a Buck-ee's car wash that my car came out sparkly at I guess.

Oh well...after almost 13 years as a loyal customer, I canceled all of my memberships here and moved my business to the Brentwood Car Wash on Wilson Pike Circle. Locally owned, staffed by very polite team members - they do a great job and demonstrate value for their customers.

I should have known when I saw the writing on the machines, pictured below. I will not even waste my time with the car wash. It's conveniently located near my home, but I would much rather, and highly suggest you go to the self car wash on the corner of Mallory and Liberty Pike. It is much more clean, professionally operated, and the vacuums work Update: Okay. Today it rained, and because my car is parked under a tree, it had a whole lot of leaf and seedling residue all over it. Against my better judgement, I stopped here again, just to run the high pressure soap and then rinse off the car. I put in 8 quarters and got 4 minutes, which is typical for self car washes. However, the soap didn't start coming out until about 30 seconds ran off the clock. I quickly soaped up the car while blowing the leaf residue off. I had 60 seconds on the clock. I turned it to power rinse, and the soap never stopped coming out. 60 seconds later, when it shut off, it was still spraying out soap. Not surprisingly, when I called the number listed on the premises, it's not in service. When calling the number listed on the Yelp profile, it just rang and rang, with no voicemail. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, AND THE OWNER RUN OUT OF TOWN.
