This is simply a horrible location. I don't know if this is private owned, or whatever. But, clearly whoever runs it does not care about operating in a professional manner. I should have known when I saw the writing on the machines, pictured below. I will not even waste my time with the car wash. It's conveniently located near my home, but I would much rather, and highly suggest you go to the self car wash on the corner of Mallory and Liberty Pike. It is much more clean, professionally operated, and the vacuums work Update: Okay. Today it rained, and because my car is parked under a tree, it had a whole lot of leaf and seedling residue all over it. Against my better judgement, I stopped here again, just to run the high pressure soap and then rinse off the car. I put in 8 quarters and got 4 minutes, which is typical for self car washes. However, the soap didn't start coming out until about 30 seconds ran off the clock. I quickly soaped up the car while blowing the leaf residue off. I had 60 seconds on the clock. I turned it to power rinse, and the soap never stopped coming out. 60 seconds later, when it shut off, it was still spraying out soap. Not surprisingly, when I called the number listed on the premises, it's not in service. When calling the number listed on the Yelp profile, it just rang and rang, with no voicemail. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, AND THE OWNER RUN OUT OF TOWN. read more

I used the automatic car wash. It did practically nothing but spray water on my SUV. I had to go home and hand wash it in my driveway to get it clean. No better than using your garden hose and spraying water over it. Do it yourself or go to Great White in Spring Hill behind Arbys and actually get a good car wash. Avoid this place. Outdated equipment and terrible customer service. Spent $20 and left with a dirt card. My $10 cash got me as far as a message to enter when the light turned green which it never did. Another $10 on my debit card with same result. Called the customer service number posted at the change machines and big surprise, never got a response. Owners don't care. Go to newer facility off Royal Oaks where for same price you get a clean car, free functioning vacuums and cleaning supplies. read more

My car was damaged while going though this car wash. I have made countless phone calls to Tim Cameron (owner), as well as to his office. They have refused to return a single voice mail or answer any phone call -- well, aside from one that Tim seemingly answered accidentally. On this call, Tim hung up on me as soon as I told him my car was damaged by his car wash. Classy. Interestingly enough, my girlfriend called and left a voicemail saying the car wash took her money and asked for help. Tim quickly responded to her offering to refund her and apologized. Even more classy. All I've asked for is a phone call to help me figure out what to do... nothing. But when a sweet, young girl asks for help, Tim is ALL OVER IT. Sad. So sad. Terrible car wash. DO NOT GO HERE! I lost $20 on a bay that didn't work! There was no water pressure at all, which I didn't find out until after the pre-soak was on my car. I went to the next bay to wash the soap off, and that bay didn't even have the clear coat working. Do I ended up spending $30 for a partial and crappy car wash when I could have gone to MILOs. Pathetic. And the phone number for the car wash only works if you can speak clearly to a fax machine. A skill I've not yet mastered. The place is also not well maintained. AVOID!!!! read more

Just spent $20 cleaning our tiny RV, then used the tri-color gloss, and it stained the white areas of the RV pink and blue. We had to go get bleach to clean it and it still didn't all come off. Wish I had gotten pics before we got the bleach, looked like a clown RV. But even with the bleach, it's still streaked it in places. read more

Recently visited this car wash had to spend $20 for two $10 automatic car washes. 1st time only completed less than 1/2 the cycle then stopped 2nd time it to complete the cycle but my car doors had visible dirt that easily come off with my clean rag I use to wipe water off my car. I've called 3 times in 3 days but they have not returned any of my calls. Absolutely do not recommend this company. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. read more

This was nice at one point. It's not now. Every time I go back something else is broken. Today, half the wash bays didn't work at all. I just went thru this auto washer and it did absolutely nothing as far as washing my car. I pulled up paid for $8 dollar wash and pulled in and it spayed the car for like 15 sec and then sprayed on some soap and then said done Green light. I pulled out of there with my car in worse shape them I went in. Why should we have to research a simple thing like this to see if its going to be a good wash or not. read more
