They say most places don't do the work properly and we asked how they would do it - afterward, I asked a few places how they would make the fix we need, and these other places said the same things. They also talked about how they only need the vehicle for 3-5 days and most places don't have availability and take the car for 2-3 weeks. I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. Not the honest way to conduct a business.

Had it towed to my mechanic and he noticed that several bolts from the lift job were literally hanging on by 1 thread. Some were sitting on the frame. 90% of them were improperly torqued. It ended up costing me an additional 1500 plus parts to fix their mistakes. Nice enough guys but unfortunately couldn't be more disappointed.

I was quoted $100 flat rate which was very reasonable considering a local shop quoted me $85 just for the tow to their shop. Matt arrived at my home at the specified time. He was able to back the broken spark plug out without damaging cylinder or the engine. He allowed me to watch his progress and answered all of my questions while he completed the job!
