Please read. I talked to Steve the owner and let him know that I would keep my car at home until he was ready as he stated it would be a week to week and a half for repairs, which was great, which he stated to bring the car midweek the following week. After dropping the car off and following back up two weeks later it had not been started, but was told it would be that week. This happened 3 more times and at that point I decided I would let him contact me once its ready after it sitting for almost two months. I contacted Steve after three months of having the car and it still wasnt started, but would be this weekend and I was able to pick up the following week. Once picked up the front bumper cover on my Corvette that was damaged wasnt replaced as it was supposed to be according to the quote and insurance. The front clip had been painted, but the damage was still easily visible, additionally the front clip had three chips in the paint on a newly painted bumper, as well as the Corvette logo was not replaced and was left on faded (again in the quote to replace). Not the end of the world, but I feel it was very disrespectful that my corvette was clean when dropped off, however it was very dirty with grease as well as mud all over the tires and it did appear that it was left out for the 3 1/2 months outside with the tree sap and gravel dust all over it. Even though they now have a detail shop inside. NO I am not a complainer as it took me a month to decide to write this as I never write a negative review, but I felt as if others needed to see. Missing piece not replaced. Steve did a good job replacing my top however a piece of the roof was missing when I got the car back .. I asked him about it and he said he would try to find the piece. i had just bought this car and am so disappointed that this piece was "lost" while my roof was being replace and had not been replaced . At this point I am sure it will never be replace . I am curious as to where this part went especially since it seems like this is a hard piece to replace . Unfortunately I think it may have been taken to replace someone else's missing piece. Vehicle has been in the shop for 7 weeks after promised it would be done in 4. They didn't even start working on it till it had been there for 2 weeks bc they "didn't have the space". Had to pay out of pocket for the last 3 weeks for another rental and now after promising it would be done tomorrow,,, they just now realized they didn't order parts they needed to fix it. My car sat there for 5 months. All along Steve kept promising he'd get the top on. That never happened until I said I'm coming to get the damn car. The BMW emblem on the the back looked like someone had taken a key and scratched it or it had been swapped out out. The car was filthy and the back seat was scratched. When we went to get the car I didn't look it over, and when I got home with it there was a gap between the window and the headliner and also the top would not go down. I called Steve and he tells me it needs glue and I'd need to bring it back over. I live a hour away, and I have to get someone to come with me. I take it back over and he tells me it will be ready in three days. We were going out of town so I give him two week. WELL!!! It was there for two flipping months. I call and he still didn't have it done. That's when I went off on him. His response was , did you just call to tell me off. I'm working here by myself and bla bla bla. Frankly I don't give a shit.
