They say most places don't do the work properly and we asked how they would do it - afterward, I asked a few places how they would make the fix we need, and these other places said the same things. They also talked about how they only need the vehicle for 3-5 days and most places don't have availability and take the car for 2-3 weeks. I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. Not the honest way to conduct a business.

And even though the original estimate was too much for me to pay right now they found a way to, let me build the system overtime. We returned at 5:10 and they were closed!! Keys to the car which includes keys to her apartment are locked in the building until Monday morning. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE TO CLOSE AN HOUR EARLY WITHOUT A PHONE CALL & WAITING FOR US TO PICK UP!!! We could have paid over the phone and they could've hidden the keys. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
