    This review is a warning to customers purchasing a more inexpensive used vehicle. I so had hoped I would be able to leave a better review. Initially the staff was excellent! We were very happy with our experience... until we left. Within 8 miles our dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. We purchased this car three weeks ago and have only had it in our possession for a full 72 hours. Last night after my husband got in the car after working a twelve hour shift as an RN, the vehicle would not start. I was put in contact with Matt Coop, the used car sales manager. Matt did not hesitate to remind me that the state of TN does not have lemon laws in place and we purchased the car "as is" according to our contract. While I understand and acknowledge these facts, I feel that the quality and presentation of the vehicle were falsely represented at the time of the purchase. It is very difficult to hear a company use buzz words like "integrity" "family owned" etc when you are completely disregarded as a customer. I realize that our purchase was less than $10k, however I do believe in the principle of providing the same care and concern for customers regardless of the amount they have spent. If you are in the market for a more economically priced used vehicle, I would highly discourage you from working with this organization. ALSO we realized there was a massive hole in our floor mats that was definitely not there when we dropped it off for repairs the day after buying it. wild As far as the owners response: The first time we spoke with Matt was at 8:21pm. He did not offer a resolution other than to call the number on the windshield.. after we purchased the vehicle due to a leak the windshield was replaced and I guess the sticker was left behind. Yes Matt did call me back at 10:16pm. After we had not received any contact since around 9pm. He never offered a resolution aside from calling the number on the windshield. At this point in the evening we were able to find a resolution on our own without the assistance of any persons from your organization. Based on my phone records Matt did not attempt to make any contact on Saturday. Also when he called at 10:16pm, he did not leave a voicemail and did not provide any other follow up via written communication. Im not sure why anyone would respond to a random phone call at 10:16pm from someone who had spoken to me the way Matt did? Mind you we had brought the vehicle home after the repairs and also noticed that when they replaced the windshield destroyed the headliner of the car. The engine bay hardly anything holding it places. The battery was literally just floating. And even after all of these fixes we still had to go out and buy body clips to hold down the stuff they missed in the engine bay. Wasn't 100% sure it was the battery so drove to my closest Advanced Auto Parts on Moores lane in Brentwood and requested their complementary battery test. Was just me taking care of this as my husband was out of town and I had just taken on a foster hospice dog that cannot be left alone so he was in the car with me. One of their employees, Dana, went above and beyond to accommodate me and my stressful situation. Dana happily tested the battery, finding it to be in need of replacement, and then quoted me the price; $255 which included the tax, core exchange, battery, and install. I could not believe the difference, not only in price, but that this wonderful company was willing to install it for me as well -zero charge! I was so grateful! Especially at a time like this during Christmas coupled w/several expensive repairs we are trying facing at our home from leaky roof to main floor of our home sinking into our crawlspace -the money savings Advanced Auto Parts saved us from taking it into the shop was a godsend! An extra appreciative shout out to employee, Dana -she not only incredibly professional, and in all around bad @ss chick with her mechanical knowledge and capability, but also an incredibly compassionate and professional person who, if I own my owned business, I would I want to clone her and have her work, my companies. She is a true asset to this company who, having my first experience with this establishment, has made me a new lifelong customer as well as my husband, and they will get our recommendation for anyone whoever ever asks! Thank you to this wonderful company that offers the service of testing batteries, and also installing them, it is such a neighborly and kind thing to do that stands out from so many other companies that take advantage of nicking and diming people at their most dire moments. I bought it back and they said that my truck didn't have enough power to run the light bar and my tail lights, so they charged me more money to install LED taillights. After a couple years my LED bulbs burnt out (both at the same time) and Ford changed them back to normal bulbs and disconnected the light bar saying it was installed incorrectly. When I contacted Truck Trendz they informed me they now knew the light bar was designed incorrectly for my truck and I could buy a new one and pay to have it installed. Never mind that I'd already paid them for the light bar, the installation, and Ford to fix my taillights, but I now have a light bar that doesn't work and I'm out a grand. They took zero responsibility for selling me a defective unit and said I could reach out to the manufacturer if I chose to. I will gladly take my business elsewhere moving forward and find a company that values my business and money.

    Firestone was my go to place for several years. But over the last couple of years, the service…read morelevel has really gone down. I took my car there because the AC was not working. (An oil change place said that it looked as those the compressor was not working.) Firestone told me that they could not find anything wrong. They suggested that they recharge the AC and include a dye that would identify a leak if one exists. A.month later. In 90 degree weather, the AC was no longer cooling the car. I took it back to Firestone and they told me that they could not find a leak. They suspected that it could be under the dash and recommended that I take it to a dealership. I took the car to a dealership and they told me that they would need to recharge the AC and include dye. I told them that Firestone had already done that. The dealership told me that they do not see any remnants of dye in the system and it is likely that I was lied to. So I pay another fee for a recharge with dye and a month later, in 90 degree weather, the car no longer heated. I took it back to the dealership and they showed me where the compressor was leaking using a black light. Which confirms that Firestone never added any dye and that the oil change shop was correct to begin with. I spent way more money than I should ever have to fix what should have been an obvious issue for a repair shop to identify. I was a repeat customer for years. I am highly disappointed in Firestone.
