Great experience with the store manager Juan. My mother in law had a battery she bought at an Autozone in Michigan prior to moving here. It was six months old. We could not find the receipt, but Juan checked the battery and saw it was still under warranty. He quickly grabbed a new one, got out his tools and swapped it out in ten minutes. He did a great job and was very nice and engaging. He also pointed out that the brake fluid was a little low. So that was an easy fix. Thanks for a great job! read more

NOTE: It's across the street from where Google/Waze says it should be. I think they just moved 2 weeks ago into this new building. It's gorgeous btw. As a lady, no lady ever wants to go to an auto store, like ever... But ESPECIALLY if something could be wrong. Thankfully my friends in town needed to go so while I was there I asked if someone could check our battery/whatever diagnostics CAN be run, yes please do it. Ok so turns out my battery isn't holding a charge. The battery we have currently has a 1.5 year warranty, which it's been WAY over 1.5 years since we got it. After talking with Thomas R., it's probably best that we get a new one. As there isn't really a place to pull over if the battery just DIES. Thomas R. is the BEST! Needs a raise!!!!! ;-) Highly recommend this spot if you're in need of some diagnostics, etc. read more

I wandered in here looking like a deer in headlights. I came to find a steering wheel cover and air freshener. Seems simple enough but I'm not familiar with anything car related nor have I ever been in an Autozone. The store is bright and very clean. It didn't smell like tires which was my assumption from seeing the name of the business. It was pretty busy for a midday on a weekday but I was greeted by someone behind the counter. The guy at the front saw my lost face and offered assistance. I'm happy to say I found the perfect steering wheel cover to match my personality. It has rhinestones on it lol! Pretty cheap air freshener trees and I was in and out in about ten minutes. I'll be back if I need anything for my car for sure. read more

I heard that when you buy a new car battery from Auto Zone they will install it for free. I decided to see if this was true! I called this location and the guy who answered the phone was very friendly and answered all my questions and even offered suggestions. I drove over on my lunch break, and even though I had to wait, I was probably in and out within 30 minutes! The gentleman behind the counter and Justin (the one who actually did the battery test and install) were extremely helpful, friendly and took care of my needs. Justin had a great personality and made conversation with me while I was watching him work. He seemed to really enjoy what he was doing. It clearly was not "just a job". He was so engaging, fun and helpful. From here on out. I will go to this Auto Zone FIRST before going to the my normal habit of going to dealership mechanics. This was such a pleasant experience! Do not buy a battery here. My battery was manufactured March 2019 and purchased after that at AutoZone. During cold weather it malfunctioned and is completely dead, will not charge. Took back AutoZone in Franklin, Tennessee today and worker would not replace or even test the battery. AutoZone advertised a two year warranty with this battery. Beware. Had a similar issue a couple years ago with a battery purchased from Oriley Autoparts and the battery was replaced with no issues. Should have stayed away from AutoZone. read more

Set of calibers for a Honda not impressed. Yes price fine but when i washed wheels with wheel cleaner the paint came off revealing hidden rust. See the picture posted. The store wouldn't offer any recourse. Won't buy autozone calibers ever again and you shouldn't either can't be trusted who knows what else they are doing wrong. Brakes can kill and these offer no confidence. painting over rust with a non binding paint this is scary. Didn't like the way the calipers operated either they have a limited extending range from the slider pins less them my honda calipers. read more

This young man helped me change a fuse in my Subaru that I desperately needed in order to charge my phone. He was so kind and helpful. The best part was everything was free. Wow - Exemplary Customer Service! Because I enjoy doing a lot of my own work on my car, (in my spare time, when I have it) I tend to frequent auto parts stores in whatever area I'm currently living, and they all tend to be pretty decent in terms of taking care of people. Over the last couple of days, I've been in several stores in this area, trying to find one part, and then another. On my first visit to this particular AutoZone store, I noticed immediately that everyone was friendly, working hard, and ready to assist. Amanda, the woman who helped me, was incredibly helpful, really knew her stuff, and even went so far as to recommend a different (and as it turns out, less expensive) part. Really good experience. Then today, despite a major snowstorm and the store closing early, I found the service to be just as great. Particularly impressive was the store manager's willingness, make that initiative, to jump in and help when one of his employees was having trouble finding a part for me. When I walked out the door a couple of minutes later, someone was shoveling and scraping ice. It wasn't an employee - it was Bryan, the same store manager. It's clear why everyone in the store is so friendly and helpful - they are led well. Bryan is a true example of servant leadership - and that is something we need more of. They've earned a customer for life. read more

Customer service is always great at this location. They just recently moved into this new building so the sales floor is real nice. Clean and shiny. Everyone at the counter is always for help and help you feel comfortable with whatever question you may need. Also their rewards program is great to get as it helps when you buy car supplies regularly. This is a nice Autozone. I needed a replacement battery for my car. The service was prompt, the salesperson showed me the batteries that were available, and installed the battery for me in just a few minutes. The only negative was that there was a $20 rebate offered for the 5-year battery I bought (the "top shelf" battery they offered), but when I went online to file the rebate, the only rebate listed was for $10. So I might not get the full $20 that was offered in the promotion. read more

I went to have my battery replaced. it was installed backward, which caused damage to my alternator, computer, and radio. after 5 weeks of fighting with them to pay, I finally get my car back, but now they are refusing to replace the radio they destroyed. If I could give negative stars I would. Had a situation where I bought rotors and brakes and it took $19 off bc it was a promotion. I took back the rotors bc I bought the wrong ones. I wanted to do an exchange but the manager Juan explained that I had to return them completely and buy what I needed. He turned around and gave me a discount on the new ones which I didn't request he did that at his own free will thinking it was a courtesy but it wasn't because a couple of days later I'm going over my receipt and seeing that I didn't receive the correct amount back. I go in this morning and he explains to me I did not get the entire amount back bc it was a bundle deal and it took $20 off. Well I explained to him that he did not remind me or explain to me that had happened with the original transaction. Him and the sales associate where ride to me with matter of fact attitudes and were careless and did not care to understand or make it right. I got shorted a few dollars more than the discount when I returned the items and I should not have had a full $20 off of my return when I wasn't even returning the entire bundle. Biggest issue of it all for me is this could have all been avoided if Juan had of did a simple exchange instead of making me return the product and buy it back. It's been nothing but confusion and instead of apology for the misunderstanding he tells me "Well the price is different bc you got $20 off bc it was a bundle", Then I said ok I didn't know I bought a bundle I added those items to my order individually and you didn't explain that to me when I came in to pick up my order or when I came to do and an exchange which you wouldn't allow you made me return the items and by them back. "He replies saying well it wasn't a problem that day when I was helping you". First of all I work on customer service and I would never treat a customer the way I was treated today. All he simply had to do was take the time out to nicely and patiently explain the receipts and explain to me what happened. Being rude and dismissive wasn't the answer. I not once got upset but I did explain to him that i came in the for understanding and I wasn't blaming anyone or saying anyone had did anything wrong I was coming in there seeking understanding or and explanation. I've never been so disrespected not sure if it was bc I was a woman or what but the way I was talked to and treated today was unbelievable. I thought I had been cheated, which I have been, but they did not care nor did they take the time to understand or listen to me. I will never ever buy anything from autozone ever again bc if that experience my entire family shops there frequently but they no longer will bc of this experience. The customer service at this Franklin location and Spring Hill is horrible. All the men are rude and disrespectful to women and they don't feel obligated nor does it seem to be required by the company to have or give a good customer experience or give good customer service. Juan should learn to be more respectful and teach his staff to do the same. They were impatient, once again disrespectful, condensing, and by Juan saying "it wasn't a problem then" as if he had did me a favor. First of all I didn't ask or request for him to change the price on what I was buying the second time, he did that on his own and told me after the fact and I explained that to him. I didn't care for a discount either time, I didn't even care about the difference in money on the return. I came in there thinking I was shorted on my return it was his job to be patient, assess the situation and explain to me in a peaceful and respectful manner what had happened and explained the itemized receipt.
